Rebecca was pacing back and forth in the locker room giddy with excitement!How did this happen? What do I do? What do I wear? Rebecca's head was spinning as she ran around the locker room trying on outfits only to tear if off and try another. Rebecca still got the nerves before a match even after her debut, but this was something different. She was going to face Sakura Hagiwara!! Spoiler
Rebecca had followed Sakura up through her idol career with a love of her music and watched nervously as she made the transition to wrestling. In some ways Rebecca had Sakura in her mind when she decided to give the wrestling thing a shot. She loved Sakura's work ethic and no quit attitude that Rebecca saw as a role model for many. Being able to have a match with her was a dream come true! Spoiler
As Rebecca's music began, the crowd cheered waiting to see the busty blonde back in the ring again. As she skipped down to the ring Rebecca was beaming with a great big smile. The energy coursing through her body was indescribable. She slid into the ring and popped up on a turnbuckle blowing kisses to the crowd and adding a little chest shake. She retreated to the corner still trying to calm her nerves to not come across as too much of a fan girl when Sakura appeared in front of her.
Sakura took a deep breath in preparation for the match ahead of her. Being on a bit of a losing streak as of late she was determined to end that sooner than later, particularly today she had the perfect opportunity too today against a relative new comer to LAW. A former MMA fighter by the name of Rebecca it seemed. Sakura didn't know too much else about her, but that didn't matter, all she needed was to try and do everything in her power to win. Insuring her attire was on and set up, Sakura sighed, once again wishing she hadn't lost her actual attire to Noelle, but this new one was certainly still capable. Spoiler
Heading out of the locker room and down the hallway while her opponent's entrance played through Sakura would stop at the guerrilla position, taking one last breath as her opponent's entrance finished up. As it did Sakura would get her que as her own music began to play through the speaker, causing choruses of cheers to resound out around the arena. Spoiler
Smiling at the crowd as she came out Sakura felt her heart swell a bit as she was welcomed so warmly by them all despite her losses as of late. Strutting down the ramp towards the fans with a smile on her face, waving and blowing kisses to the people in the front row Sakura would gradually make her way down to the ring, hopping onto the apron and then flipping over the ropes and into a ring. Looking up to see her opponent Sakura would smile a bit and approach the blonde, holding her hand out with a small smile on her face. "Hi nice to meet you!" Sakura said in a friendly manner to her opponent.
As Sakura approached Rebecca and held out her hand, Rebecca was completely starstruck causing an awkward silence to develop until she finally came back to reality. "Hi I'm Rebecca and I'm a huge fan of your music and wrestling! You're a massive part of why I got into wrestling at all!" Rebecca stopped herself and clasped her hands over her mouth. She felt like she outed herself as a total fan girl and worried she came across as a complete freak.
The moment was almost too much for Rebecca to handle as she removed her hands from her mouth and tried to calm herself by taking a deep breath and finally reached out to shake Sakura's hand. "Sorry, I promised myself I wouldn't freak out, but I guess I got a little overwhelmed. I'm beyond excited to have a match with you! It's like a dream come true for me!"
Getting over the initial shock of the moment, Rebecca finally began to settle a little bit. The one thing on her mind now was to ensure she gave the best possible performance to help herself and Sakura shine for the crowd. She knew Sakura was on a losing skid, but that did't mean she would just give up and lose to help her idol push forward."Let's have a great match!"
Approaching her opponent and offering a handshake to the girl Sakura would raise an eyebrow in slight confusion as she didn't get an immediate response, but that would all be cleared up in the next few seconds as Rebecca began to fan girl out a bit. Blushing at the praise she received Sakura waved her hands a bit humbly before reaching out as Rebecca finally moved out to accept the handshake as well as apologize for flipping out. "Oh no its quite alright! I''m just happy to have inspired you in some way! Though I don't feel totally deserving of the praise haha." Sakura said with a smile before letting go of her opponent's hand and stepping away while placing her hands up, the bell ringing as she did so, prompting the idol to move forward in a effort to lock up with the blonde!
Rebecca was still flush in the face given the situation she found herself in. She had to bring herself back to reality a little as Sakura released the handshake and backed away. Rebecca would mimic her and do the same. She readied herself in much the same manner as the bell seemed to ring almost instantly upon taking her stance.
Rebecca would approach Sakura and the two women would lock up in the center of the ring. They would struggle back and forth for a short time. Rebecca wanted to try and cause some early damage. Moving her hands to the back of Sakura's head, she would look to trap her head and begin throwing knees at Sakura chest and stomach. If she could keep her still she would try to land as many as possible for maximum damage.
Locking up with Rebecca early on and pushing against her it wouldn't be long before the blonde changed up tactics, locking her hands behind the idol's head and starting to unload knee strike after knee strike into her stomach! "Ngh! Gah!" Ugh!" Sakura cried out in pain from each of the blows before gritting her teeth, trying to withstand the pain before reaching her arm down, trying to try catch her opponent's leg the next time it came up for a strike and if successful she would pull backwards to try and go for a fisher woman's suplex!
The knees were having what seemed like a great effect on Sakura judging by her reactions. Rebecca kept going to try and inflict as much damage as possible. However, she kept the attack going too long and Sakura caught one of Rebecca's legs as it came up to land another strike. Rebecca quickly saw herself being picked up from the mat and flipped over Sakura onto her back.
"Argghhhhh" Rebecca landed with a thud on the mat as she arched her back and grabbed at it to soothe the pain from the impact. Clenching her teeth Rebecca would try to get back to her feet although the impact left her movements slightly sluggish.
Despite taking a series of knee strikes from her opponent it was still only the start of the match and Sakura wasn't about to be done in so early, as such she managed to respond successfully back with a fisher woman's suplex! Standing back up right after Sakura looked over her shoulder and noticed that Rebecca was getting back up slowly so she decided to take advantage of things. Breaking into a run towards the ropes Sakura would turn and hit the ropes back first, rebounding off them and back at her opponent, leaping up as she neared to try and deliver a dropkick into Rebecca's chest to send her crashing into the mat!
Rebecca needed to be able to react quickly to Sakura, it the duplex had left her dragging. As she tried to stand up, she noticed too late that Sakura had rushed her and left her feet. The next moment, Sakura’s feet were planted in Rebecca’s chest sending the blonde backward onto the canvas. “Grhhhhh”
Rebecca was once again on her back. The impact was not as great as the suplex, but it still hurt all the same. Rebecca was in bad position to go on the offensive. Knowing this she felt her best bet was to ready herself for a counter. The blonde tried pulling herself to her knees to ready for the next attack she was sure was coming.
Success! Landing her dropkick flush on her blonde opponent Sakura was quick to roll over and get back onto her feet in order to plan out her next attack. While momentum was on her side so far she needed to keep up the pressure if she wanted it to stay that way. Eyeing the ropes once again while taking note of Rebecca getting to her knees Sakura would run towards them at full speed, turning as she neared to rebound off them and back at her opponent, jumping up while turning midair as she approached, attempting to slam her but into Rebecca's face with a hip attack!
