A promised training (Alicja and Susanna)

Sue would hear the words of her opponent and her expression would change from a playful smile to a confused stare for just a moment. Then her expression changed again, this time to a twisted smirk. Without saying anything the woman would step to the side easily evading the incoming uppercut. She would smirk right into Alicja´s face while bending her knees and going lower. Then she would suddenly shoot upwards again, darting partly past the polish fighter! THe blond woman turned her upper body to the other side and with all she had she would throw an uppercut right into the stomach of Alicja trying to hit her with all she got!
After that Sue would jump backwards, creating space and putting her guard up… Only then she realized what she did! “oh no I am sorry!” she said looking shocked at her opponent. She would take a step forwards and grabbed the shoulders of Alicja to check in on her, knowing that a punch like that could really do damage on an amature…

One moment Alicja saw her punch drift through the air, right past Sue, then suddenly her vision went white with pain, her diaphragm collapsing onto itself as all the air was pushed out of her and her legs gave out. She briefly dropped to all fours, trying to cough with empty lungs before actually remembering how to take a breath. It really felt like there couldn't possibly be any training she could go through to be prepared for a strike like this and for a moment she was just happy it was here and not in the real fight. Then as she was still getting up from all fours to her knees, she realized that Sue was probably not meaning to do that and would be scared half to death at what just happened. The ability to speak seemed to leave Alicja for a moment as she simply gave a thumbs up to signal she would be fine before the words finally came to her"Good... one" Through it all she was clearly pained and probably not fit to go on like that.

Sue was a little bit flustered when she heard how Alicja complimented her punch. The Japanese woman would turn her head away trying to hide the fact that she was flustered… but this only made it more obvious. After giving Alicja a moment to break sue would look at her again. “you feeling well again? How about you show me how hard you can punch? I would really love to feel your power.. your strength and will!”

Sue would slowly lift her hands and brough both of them behind her head and stood as tall as she could. She would flex her abs in front of Alicja as much as she could and would give her a look that told her to hit it once… of a few times if she wanted to…

This was not to show off, sue wanted to feel the strength of Alicja for real! The polish woman had something on herself that made sue feel pulled towards, she wanted to know as much as possible about her… learn as much as possible about her…

It took a bit of time for Alicja to steady her breath and for the pain to subside enough for her to properly stand up, the silver lining was she got to watch how cute the other woman was when she got flustered, it honestly felt like it was worth it to have her gut absolutely wrecked like that to see it. Though she might change her mind on that if the following days will remind her of taking such a punch, either way, now she was able to pick herself up and looked at Sue with a smile.

"You know, I don't think I can really do anything impressive like you can." She said, feeling it was obvious, Sue was stronger, faster and actually well trained, unlike Alicja who really only had the strength to speak of and even then nothing to match someone of Sue's stature. "But I can give it a shot!" She said, taking a stance and lining up her fist to try and nail Sue's abs as hard as she could, even if it would pale in comparison to Sue's own power!

Seeing how Alicja was pulling back her arm to throw her punch made sue tense up a lot more. She would prepare herself and BAM! The punch hit her right into the abs, a loud slap was heard though the gym as the fist would hit the stone hard abs. Sue would bend a little bit forward after the first hit but would try to not move too much. She would breathe out while looking at Alicja.

“Not bad… but you can do way better, don´t hold back!” would sue say. “or are these beautiful muscles just for show?” Askes sue with a small smirk, not realizing that she began to flirt with Alicja again. Sue would flex her abs a bit more pushing them towards Alicja as she wanted to taunt her using them.

Hearing Sue's comment and seeing how little impression she made on the woman, Alicja smirked, letting her hand stay on the woman's abs after the punch. It was nice to see some playfulness come out of Sue, now she wondered if she could keep her calm. Spreading her fingers out, Alicja would delicately pass the tips of her fingers over Sue's belly, looking into her eyes and saying. "Can't expect me to punch through steel, can you?"

Right after that, anticipating it might get Sue at least a bit distracted she'd fire off another uppercut from the opposite side, making sure to pay attention to the footwork and hip rotation Sue taught her about earlier today to see if she could manage to make a bit more of a dent.

Getting eye contact with Alicja made Sue´s heart begin to race! She would feel her mouth drying up for a moment, leaving her unable to speak for a moment. The finger tips running down her skin made a shiver run down her spine before sue would shake her head catching herself again just in time.

Sue watched the movement of Alicja together and would fee how she actually put forward everything the blond told her! Another loud slap was heard throughout the gym. Sue would be forced to breathe out a little bit. But though she would flinch a lot more this time and would lean forwards she would be left standing without taking a step backwards. She would smirk right at Alicja. “Great one…“ she said before sucking air back into her mouth. “This one I almost felt for real… but try to do it in one smooth movement. Step forwards then move your body forwards as well as turning your hip! You did the movement part an then the spinning part. Hit me again! Come on!” would sue encourage her new friend.

Alicja noded as Sue spoke, listening to every word and trying to visualize what she had to do. Knowing she did part of the move right, she retraced her moves, going slow and only touching Sue with her fist as a part of it, making sure she had it right. Then, she would take a step back and go through the same exercise including the step into the mix. "Like that, right?" She asked and if she got the confirmation she'd now deliver the whole move in one swift motion, bringing the power from both her legs, rotation of her hips and the arm itself to her most powerful punch yet!

Sue would be forced to grunt and then let out a little moan as the first of Alicja smashed into her abs once more. This time sue would need to take half a step back while bending forwards. It only took a moment for the blond to shoot back upwards and smile right at her trainings partner, with sparking eyes of excitement.
“yes…again…harder! That… was great!” would sue say with a heavy voice between sucking in air between her teeth and pressing it out again. She would not break eye contact with alicja as she stood tall again. “this was great but you can do better! I believe in you!”

"Are you sure? that last one seemed pretty hard." Alicja said though all the same, she readied herself to try and deliver another blow, so far she was going for uppercuts, this time she would try a hook as she lined it up and rehearsed the movement for a second to make sure she'd get it right. "Wait a second! You are enjoying it, aren't you?" She asked teasingly with a mischievous grin and not waiting for the other woman to reply, would fire off another blow, following the same strategy from before and trying to put as much force into the strike as she could but changing the type of the punch!
