Hot Hurricanes: Phoebe Duclair Vs. Makie Akamatsu

Phoebe charged at Makie, looking for a dropkick that she knew for sure she would hit, there was no way in hell that Makie would expect it. She was about to get a face full of converses right now.

Or so Phoebe thought, as somehow Makie managed to move out of the way, causing Phoebe to kick nothing but air. “HUH?!” Phoebe yelped.

“GAH!” And then Phoebe was kicked right in the midsection by Makie, before dropping to the mat on her stomach like a sack of potatoes, left groaning in pain from something she did not expect at all.

Makie grinned as her counter was pulled off flawlessly. Phoebe had clearly followed up at her thinking Makie had been stunned by that impact, not counting on Makie being able to recover quickly enough...let alone use the ropes to her advantage with a swinging counter attack! As it was, her boots hammered into Phoebe's midsection, sending her crumpling to the mat.

"Sorry, you thought it would be that easy?" Makie taunted. She burst into a run, leaping forward and extending her leg, hoping to nail Phoebe with a leg drop!

Phoebe was crumpled on the mat, basically in a state of shock and pain from the dropkick Makie had given her, she was not at all ready for something like that. The jerk got her in the worst way.

And while she was recovering, Makie was coming straight at her, before landing straight on Phoebe’s neck with a leg drop. “AAAH!” Phoebe groaned in pain, turns out this match will not be nearly as boring as she thought it would be, causing Makie to put up a fight.

Makie's leg drop crashes home, slamming down across Phoebe's neck and leaving the white-collar girl breathing hard. So far, so good, Makie thought: if Phoebe had come into this match thinking she was simply going to outdo Makie in the skill department, then Makie was already proving her wrong.

Without wasting any time, Makie rolled over and draped her body across Phoebe's, hooking one of her legs for the pinfall. "ONE...." the ref's countdown began.

Phoebe had been completely caught off guard by Makie’s offense, turned out this girl would not be as boring as she might have thought. Phoebe was still recovering from the leg drop that made the frontal part of her neck feel like it was on fire.

Then Phoebe was pinned, feeling Makie’s larger body weight pressed on top of her.

Soon after the two count, Phoebe kicked out with as much strength as she could. She would then attempt to roll away from Makie in an attempt to recover.

Makie watched in irritation as Phoebe managed to kick out. As Makie watched, the slightly smaller girl began to roll away from her. Makie reacted quickly, crawling after and trying to shove Phoebe onto her front. So far, Makie had decisively taken control of this match, and the last thing she wanted was to give Phoebe time to recover-- especially if Phoebe had any real skill to back up her attitude.

Trying to straddle Phoebe's back, Makie would grab for Phoebe's arms and try to drape them over her knees. If she managed this, then she would cup Phoebe's chin and wrench back in a camel clutch! "How's that, princess?" Makie would taunt as she stretched away at her opponent.

Phoebe attempted to crawl away, trying to make some space from herself and Makie and get time to think out her next strategy, she clearly needed to rethink how she could fight Makie, and get her to tap out.

“HUH?!” Phoebe yelped as she was grabbed suddenly by Makie and pulled back. Phoebe attempted to struggle but could not as Makie managed to sit on her back, and then pull back her head for a Camel Clutch.

“AAAAGH!” Phoebe screamed as she felt the pain coursing through her body. It hurt so much, and she needed to attempt to crawl towards the ropes and break the hold.

After a shaky start, Makie was now firmly in control of the match and her opponent, mounting Phoebe's back and wrenching back on the smaller girl's chin as she locked in a camel clutch. Debilitating submission holds weren't usually Makie's forte, but as far as she was concerned, if it worked, it worked...and so far it definitely seemed to be working.

"Come on, give up!" she shouted to Phoebe as she felt the other girl start to drag them towards the ropes. She kept the hold locked all the way even as Phoebe dragged them along, hoping to weaken the other girl in the process. Finally, though, Phoebe grabbed the bottom rope; releasing Phoebe, Makie would stand back up and yank on her opponent's arm to drag her up as well, before whipping her across the ring. The moment Phoebe came bouncing back, Makie would burst into a run, doing a quick flip as she ran up to meet Phoebe before trying to shoot an elbow back into her face!

Phoebe managed to save herself by grabbing the bottom rope, stopping herself from submitting to a Camel Clutch, which would definitely have been a humiliating way to lose. She had to take some heavy breaths before attempting to get up.

Sadly, for Phoebe, Makie would do that for her, forcing her back up to her feet, and whipping her towards the ropes, causing her to run towards them.

She bounced off and was met with a back elbow to her face. “AAAH!” Phoebe yelped, as she fell back first to the mat, holding her face in pain.

It seemed like Makie had the advantage over Phoebe, and Phoebe really needed to take Makie seriously, or else a loss will be a serious risk.

Makie felt her elbow slam into Phoebe's face; with a cry, the white-clad princess went crashing down to the mat. Makie, however, did not slow down: her fighting style was all about speed and momentum, and the last thing she wanted was to give Phoebe a chance to recover.

Running towards the ropes, Makie leapt upwards so that her boots landed against the top rope; springing off of it, Makie would launch herself backwards, aiming to come down on the prone Phoebe and crash hard into her with a moonsault! If the moonsault connected, the Makie would waste no time wrapping Phoebe up for a pinfall attempt.
