Kyoko Akan vs Akane - Chance for a title match

Tia actually jumped back at her, risking a DQ that Kyoko was trying to prevent just to preserve the integrity of her challenges. Thankfully the ref was of the same mindset and was warning Tia off Kyoko, even as the two started a shoving match that saw more insults fly between them. Akane was slipping away in the confusion until finally the ref ejected Tia, who stopped to turn and complain to fight for her spot. Kyoko smirked and would shove her away one last time before she would re-enter the ring.

"Finally a ref who does her job! You should've taken care of her earlier, get lost Tia!" Kyoko said waving her off before she looked at Akane and saw her messing with the corner. She grabbed the ref and turned her that way so she'd notice that too and get on Akane's case and let Kyoko go to the other corner, then when she started to fix the case against Akane's wishes she'd run in going for another Spear to take her down. She wasn't good enough to kick out twice!

As Kyoko charged towards her, Akane's heart raced with anticipation. She knew this was her chance!

Akane would unleash her secret weapon as she spat out...A cloud of crimson mist! The mist swirled around Kyoko, shrouding her vision and causing her to falter!

Meanwhile, the referee, unaware of Akane's underhanded tactic, continued to adjust the turnbuckle, completely oblivious to the unfolding drama in the ring!

The ref wasn't looking and Akane couldn't move out of the way fast enough, normally this would be the end and Kyoko's spear would close the match off. The Belly Queen got close before Akane turned and used her real plan with the red mist that covered Kyoko's eyes completely.

"Yaaaahhh!" Kyoko screamed, feeling the stuff burn. She wasn't sure if it was mean to do that or if the fact that it got in her eyes at all simply made it do that, but it stopped her dead in her tracks and blinded her. She stumbled around the ring trying to rub the substance out of her eyes so that she could see, unaware of where Akane was at all anymore.

As the red mist clouded Kyoko's vision, panic sets in. She staggered blindly, her hands frantically rubbing at her burning eyes in a futile attempt to clear her sight. In her disorientation, she lost all sense of her surroundings, vulnerable to whatever attack Akane had planned.

With Kyoko incapacitated and defenseless, Akane used the opportunity to strike! Summoning herblast Finisher Gauge Bar, The Evil Queen of Strong-Style unleashed her devastating finishing move, The Chaos Style Kick, once again!

The impact reverberated through the ring, The Chaos Style Kick should leave Kyoko sprawled on the mat.

Satisfied that she had secured victory, Akane wasted no time as she swiftly moved to pin Kyoko, her voice echoing across the arena as she demanded the referee to count.

The ref who had just conviently finished repairing the top turnbuckle turned around to see Akane pinning Kyoko as the ref swiftly dropped down and began the pin count much to the crowd's disapproval!

If Kyoko could still see she'd notice that a meager 15 seconds were left on the clock, just enough time for her spear to have done the trick and gotten the pin. Now it was all that stood between her and Akane's victory, without the ability to see she found herself wide open for Akane's big Chaos Style kick that she practically stumbled into. "Gaaaggh!" Kyoko screamed, the kick knocking her off her feet forcefully with 10 seconds left on the clock. One kick out was all it would take to keep the match going, Akane would get her match but at least it would be a standard one, not one Akane could pick.

"THREE!"

One kickout that wouldn't come. The Belly Queen wasn't able to recover from that final kick, she didn't even see it coming. It knocked her senseless from the surprise and gave Akane the perfect moment to finish the match with. As the bell rang and the ref moved to raise Akane's hands the crowd was in shock that the champ was pinned in her open challenge. Akane endured a beating for most of the match but now she could pick the stipulation for a title match with Kyoko and with proof that she could beat the Queen even with some cheating she now had a chance to rise to the top of the Middleweight division.

Akane felt a burst of exhilaration flooding her system as the referee's hand hit the mat for the third time, signaling her victory.
