Kyoko Akan vs Akane - Chance for a title match

That devastating last kick had Kyoko ready to take a short nap after a dominating match. Akane was getting her first real chance to show off her striking power after watching it gt shut down for the past few minutes and she wasted none of it to remind Kyoko and the fans that she was lethal with her kicks. Tia's encouragement got Akane moving again, rushing in to pull Kyoko away from the ropes that would give her an easy rope break and instead brought her to the center where it would be easy to pin her. Kyoko felt Akane's body lay across her, and the ref moved down.

"ONE!"

"Raaaagggh!" Kyoko roared, before she kicked out angrily, spiting fans who hoped for the quick comeback and refusing to let herself fall, even to a kick that hard. She was the champ, at the top of her game, she didn't fall like this. She rolled to her stomach, punching the mat angrily to psyche herself back up despite the pain still running through her skull.

Kyoko's roared as she kicked out forcefully, refusing to succumb to defeat so easily. Rolling to her stomach, she pounded the mat in frustration, channeling her anger into motivation to push through the pain.

Meanwhile, Tia continued to cheer Akane on, her voice filled with support for her ally as she urgered the Evil Queen,

"Dawn't laeh' up, Akane! kayp the praesshooah on!"

With renewed focus, Akane would land one more stiff kick to her opponents chest to keep her dazed before whiping Kyoko towards the corner!

Once the Belly Queen was in the corner, Akane intended to follow up with a devastating running attack!

Kyoko was trying to remember how much time they had left, she needed to keep the time in her thoughts so it didn't run out without her seeing it. She sat up and dared to peak a glance at it when Akane caught her with another kick. "Uggh!" Kyoko screamed, almost straightening up from the sharp kick when she was grabbed and pulled up the rest of the way. She then felt herself getting tossed by an Irish whip that sent her to the corner, while Akane went to the other side so that she could come running at her.

It was the next part of her rally, but this time she wanted to stop it here and now. When Akane got close Kyoko would step out of the corner and throw an elbow into Akane's face, trying to stun the redhead completely. If she was still standing Kyoko would then throw a kick to her stomach before grabbing her shoulder and dragging her around until she was facing the other corner, where she would try to Whip her towards the corner and then come after her with a big lariat.

As Akane charged towards her, Kyoko sprung into action, stepping out of the corner and delivering a fierce elbow strike to Akane's face, aiming to stun her opponent and disrupt her attack. If Akane managed to remain standing, Kyoko followed up with a swift kick to the stomach, further weakening her adversary.

With Akane momentarily staggered, Kyoko seized the opportunity to grab her shoulder and forcefully whip her towards the opposite corner. However, Akane quickly countered with a whip of her own, reversing the momentum and sending Kyoko hurtling towards the corner instead!

Kyoko had stopped Akane again, ready to snuff out this comeback before Akane wasted more time, she quickly followed it with a kick to the battered belly of her opponent before she tried to Irish whip her to the other side. When she tried to throw Akane out she turned and grabbed Kyoko, proving she wasn't as stunned as Kyoko thought and tried to reverse her whip to whip her instead.

Akane's plan succeeded, and Kyoko was quickly tossed to the ropes. She turned around and hit the corner backfirst, grabbing the ropes to keep herself up and still so she could try and be ready for whatever Akane planned next. She refused to waste any time now that Akane was trying to stage a comeback.

Akane wasted no time in preparing for her next move. Despite the lingering effects of Kyoko's previous attack, Akane shook off the pain as she charged towards the corner with renewed vigor!

Akane took the moment to charge, ready to punish Kyoko for nearly squashing her earlier. Kyoko was ready for her, having recovered from the whip and prepared herself the moment she was ready and unfortunately for Akane she was running right into a trap. Once she was half way there Kyoko would rush out the rest of the way and raise her leg to crush Akane with a big boot, killing any momentum and knocking Akane down again.

"A little morale support and one distraction aren't going to defeat me!" Kyoko shouted, standing over Akane. She grabbed the challenger's hair and would pull her back up to her feet then would try to lift her up on her shoulders, holding her in the air for a moment and then throwing her up higher so she could fall back and drop her on her knees for a gutbuster. If she pulled it off she would roll Akane over to her back and lay on her again for another pin.

As Akane charged towards Kyoko, she found herself running headlong into a trap! Kyoko, having recovered from the previous exchange, was ready and waiting, poised to strike back with devastating force.

With a fierce shout, Kyoko lunged forward, her leg extending to deliver a punishing big boot to Akane's chest!

THUD!

The impact sent Akane crashing to the mat, the wind knocked out of her sails as her momentum was abruptly halted!

Kyoko's voice rang out, as she towered over her fallen opponent. Without hesitation, she grabbed Akane's hair, hauling her back up to her feet with a firm grip.

With a display of raw strength, Kyoko hoisted Akane onto her shoulders, holding her aloft for a moment before executing a gut-wrenching maneuver!

"OOOOOOFFFFF!"

Akane's body arched in agony as she was driven down onto Kyoko's knee, the impact jolting through her already battered frame.

As Akane writhed in pain on the mat, Kyoko wasted no time in going for the pin, pressing down on her!

As Akane lay on the mat, reeling from Kyoko's devastating assault, Tia's voice pierced through the chaos of the arena!

"Come on, Akane! Keeck eow'!"

she screamed, her words filled with urgency.

The pin let Kyoko put her eyes on Tia, making sure that the girl never tried to interfere while Kyoko put Akane away. Thankfully she never tried to do anything, but Akane still kicked out before three. The match was still on and now it was getting close to time for Kyoko to start worrying about if she could put Akane away before the timer went out, if she failed Akane would get a title match and she refused to let that happen. One good look at Akane told Kyoko she was one good move away from being finished, even after her kick out she was holding her stomach and staying on the mat, too beaten down to fight back, right now she was fighting to survive until those 10 minutes passed.

"Those kick outs are taking more out of you each time. Even if I somehow can't knock you out with 5 more minutes, I know your body can't keep taking a beating like this." Kyoko taunted, lining herself up with Akane's head before she would run to the ropes again, this time to come off them and go for a low dropkick to Akane's head without giving her the chance to get back up. She wanted to stun her and then go back to her stomach until she finally broke her abs.

As Kyoko prepared to deliver the final blow to Akane, her focus shifted momentarily to Tia, ensuring the interference didn't disrupt her plans. With a sense of relief, she turned her attention back to her downed opponent, determined to end the match once and for all.

However, despite Kyoko's relentless assault, Akane continued to defy the odds, kicking out with a resilience that threatened to prolong the match. With the clock ticking down, Kyoko knew she had to act fast to secure victory before time ran out! Kyoko would taunt before lining herself up for another devastating attack!

As Kyoko charged towards Akane, ready to deliver the finishing blow, Tia leaped onto the ring apron, distracting Kyoko with a barrage of trash talk!

"Hy, baelly queen! Looks loike yaw strugglin t' kayp up weeth the rayl cawmpeteetion!"

She jeered, her words laced with sarcasm as she sought to rattle Kyoko's composure.

She taunted, her words designed to provoke a reaction from the reigning champion while giving some ample time for Akane to recover from Kyoko's gutbuster!

With lightning-fast reflexes, Akane surged forward, delivering a powerful forearm strike to Kyoko's back, followed by a swift dropkick that sent the champion reeling onto the middle ropes. Seizing the advantage, Akane pressed her knee against Kyoko's neck, choking her against the ropes as the referee intervened, pulling Akane away!

The referee's voice cut through the tumult, his tone firm as he issued a warning to Akane.

"Hey, none of that! None...of...that!!! You know the rules, no choking on the ropes!"

He admonished, his words a reminder of the regulations governing the match.

Akane's protests rang out, her voice filled with frustration as she argued with the referee.

"Nani! NANDE!? What's youru proburrem, ref? i'm just wrestring within the rures! you're supposed tū give me a five-count before i have tū ret go,"

As Akane protested the referee's interference, Tia took the distraction as the opportunity to strike, delivering a vicious European uppercut to Kyoko while the referee's back was turned!
