As Ambre began to become slightly stronger than her opponent, she began to feel pain on her legs and legs from fatigue. A small distance was created between the two powerful wrestlers after Astrid took a step back, their bodies had stopped pressing against each other to push each other and it was for the best because Ambre was not used to using her body to push her opponent away, she mainly used her arms, legs and weight. Going into this match, Ambre had cemented herself as the plucky underdog. Not only was she facing a woman who seemed taller and more imposing than she was, she was the former Heavyweight Champion, and one of the most accomplished and celebrated wrestlers in all of LAW! And yet, despite the odds, Ambre was willing to meet the challenge head-on; she had stepped up to the plate herself, in fact, just to prove that she could! It all spoke to her courage and her indomitable spirit, and that alone was enough to get the fans cheering their hearts out for her. When Ambre was going up against Astrid in a test of strength, and actually managing to overpower her, the fans could only grow more excited than ever!

But it was going to take more than that to get Astrid Ostberg to back down - much more! Even if Ambre had momentarily overpowered her, the Norsewoman was only going to come back swinging! Her fingers clamped down tighter around Ambre's hands to anchor herself in place, and her muscles bulged under the pressure. And then, Astrid decided to throw a wrench in the plan to keep Ambre guessing, as she pulled back to try and bring the Black Pearl toward her! It was a plan that was going to test Ambre's wits as much as it would her strength, forcing her to adapt to a rapid and sudden shift in momentum. But Ambre was willing to put both up to the test - and rather than falling toward Astrid, she shoved back at her as hard as she could!

Astrid had already compromised her stance in order to pull Ambre inward. She was hoping that by taking control of her foe, she could make up for any ground she lost in the process. But Ambre was a step ahead of her! When Ambre pushed at Astrid just as Astrid pulled back, the former champion simply couldn't stand up against the force, and she dropped to one knee, meeting the canvas with a thud!

The fact that Ambre had been able to take Astrid off of even one foot was an achievement in and of itself. That was enough to send the fans erupting in cheers, convinced of Ambre's power! But Astrid wasn't about to let that be the end, either. She shook herself out, brushing some sweaty strands of hair away from her eyes - and this time, she released one of Ambre's arms to grab onto the other with both hands, pulling back as hard as she could to try and yank her off her feet with an arm drag!

This match, in addition to being important in the eyes of the Black Pearl, was as hard as she imagined. The seconds were so slow, so tiring and the pressure was so hard to overcome at the beginning. So that was what it was like to fight against one of the best wrestlers in LAW, one of the icons of the heavyweight division and also the former champion.. Above all, it was very exciting! The Black Pearl couldn't hide her smile which was getting bigger and bigger, just like the drops of sweat on her forehead. Strangely, even if the fight became more and more difficult due to exhaustion, Ambre did not seem to weaken because she continued to improve by learning, surpassing herself physically and mentally and even going so far as to surpass Astrid by forcing the former champion to kneel against the mat.

She had made progress in improving her stamina but was still having a little trouble keeping it up, and it was a bad sign for the rest of the match if she didn't find a solution quickly.

Her smile faded slightly, her teeth clenching again as she calmed the small burst of stress and frustration as she thought about why she was in that ring. She had challenged Astrid on her own, she was looking to be recognized at LAW, she wanted to prove that she was capable of challenging the current champion. Then she remembered the people she had fought and talked to at LAW, all the incredible wrestlers who allowed her to improve and become as strong as she is today. Then she remembers what she had just accomplished in her last minute, having managed to conquer the hearts of the public and having forced a giant like Astrid to put one knee on the ground. It was already incredible but not enough, more was needed, always more. It was at this moment that Ambre resumed a fairly normal breathing and found her smile, she was ready to fight again and this time, she was determined to force her opponent to place her second knee on the ground.

"It's not over!... KNEEL!.."

As one of her hands was grabbed by both of Astrid's hands, Ambre used her second free hand to wrap it lightly behind the blonde's neck before slamming the palm of her hand onto her opponent's trapezius before pulling her away. with all her strength forward to force her to place her second knee on the ground. The Black Pearl's arms were not the only ones working, Ambre's foot was also pushing on the mast to push her body backwards and resist Astrid's pull who could continue to pull her towards her.

Now that Ambre had proven how formidable her strength truly was, Astrid knew she needed to double down on her efforts to match her opponent, and to show her every bit of commitment that Ambre had just shown her. And now that Ambre had managed to bring Astrid low...she knew that she could achieve something even more, and she was going to chase after it!

Both women hissed and groaned, summoning all the strength they could will into their muscles in the name of turning it against one another. Astrid's biceps rippled and bulged as her fingers tightened down around Ambre's, trying to anchor herself in place so that she could hurl the Frenchwoman to the ground. But even if Astrid had tried to throw her off by switching from push to pull, Ambre was undeterred - she was only more emboldened than ever to stand up to Astrid! Bracing her other hand against Astrid to summon more force, she gave one hard shove off the ground - and finally, Astrid's remaining foot slipped out from under her, bringing her knee to the mat!

The canvas rumbled as the Norwegian's weight dropped downward, and the crowd burst out into another cheer at such a show of Ambre's strength and endurance! But even if Astrid was going to go down, she was at least determined not to be the only one! Her eyes narrowing into a piercing glare, she yanked back as hard as she could at Ambre's arm as she threw herself onto her back, hoping that would at last gather the force she needed to unseat her foe's footing! Astrid wasn't going down without a fight!

Ambre was impressive for her first PPV, she had just proven that she was more than a rookie and that she was capable of being on par with Astrid and even surpassing her for a few moments. But this kind of thing was possible for all LAW top-carders, what would differentiate it from the others was its consistency and stability over time. It was nice to be able to be better than your opponent, but if it was only for a few seconds, then it came down to luck and not talent or merit.

It is for this reason that the Black Pearl continued to fight with such fierceness and determination, to continue to maintain her level and surpass Astrid despite the fatigue and the pain on her arm that her opponent was pulling. Raising her arm to slam her forearm against Astrid's chest while grunting, hoping that the blow alone would be enough to force her opponent to let go of her because if it wasn't the case, Ambre would succumb to the force of Astrid and will place her second knee on the ground.

The match had opened with a veritable tug of war between two heavyweights who were equally determined to win, and it had been a pitched battle from the moment the bell rang - but ultimately, the first victory of the match would go to Ambre, who managed to bring the Norsewoman down to one knee, and then the other. For just a moment, Astrid could feel the sting of disappointment set in; her teeth clenched tighter and a shudder ran down her back. But a moment later, she shook that thought out of her head - it couldn't slow her down. This match was far from over, and Ambre still had a long way to go before she could truly say she had overcome the former Heavyweight Champion.

Even if Astrid had gone to her knees, she wasn't letting go of Ambre's arm. She knew that as long as she held onto that arm, she could keep her opponent under control, and she was willing to do whatever she needed to attain that goal! Ambre held the advantage now in how she could bear her weight down into Astrid from above, but Astrid wouldn't let that intimidate her. She still had some leverage she could exploit, and she had enough awareness of her situation to turn it to her advantage. After all, there was far more to being a champion wrestler than just brute strength, and if Ambre was to be a champion, that was something she'd need to learn.

As she threw her weight back, Astrid managed to pull one of Ambre's knees to the ground. But that wasn't enough - she could do better than that. She needed to bring Ambre all the way to her level, to show her they were on even footing! The Black Pearl was fighting back just as hard, as she grabbed for Astrid's arm to brace herself against it; even now, it was a battle of strength and will. Astrid's knuckles went white under the pressure as she dug her fingers into Ambre's bicep, trying to anchor herself in place, and she yanked back as hard as she could; her eyes narrowed into a glare as her teeth tightened in a grimace. But just as Astrid had tried to upset the balance of the lockup by pulling back on Ambre, so too could Ambre throw something unexpected into the mix - when she thrust her forearm in the Norsewoman's direction, landing it with the sound of a crack!

Astrid threw her head back with a hiss. She had tried as hard as she could to hold on, but in the end, that extra push was all Ambre needed. Her fingers dropped from her opponent's arm, and she went reeling back in an arc, her back landing against the mat with a thump as, for the first time in the match, the two were finally separated. Nevertheless, Astrid was quick to recover, rolling herself over to get onto all fours - and then, as she panted for breath, she planted one foot beneath her, wiping her brow as she pushed herself back to one knee. This wasn't over - and when she looked back at Ambre with a nod, she'd tell her as much!

The duel was intense on both sides, each wrestler defended themselves and fought as best they could to defend their positions and above all prove that they were the strongest. The test of strength was rather equivalent at the beginning but even if the Black Pearl had some difficulty at the beginning because of the difference in size, her adaptation greatly helped her to fill her gaps in experience and allowed her to dominate Astrid, the first time by pushing her away, the second time by forcing her opponent to put her knees on the ground and the second time by completely bringing her to her knees.

Ambre also fell backwards when Astrid let go of her and a long sigh of joy and fatigue. It was just a test of strength... But it was so intense!... Ambre finally realized the difference between a new top-carder and a veteran, the difference in experience was obvious and there was no doubt that she could have lost if she hadn't trained so hard for today... But it wasn't perfect yet, Ambre needed to continue this intensive training if she wanted to continue being at this level... No, she had to become even stronger than today.

She sat up slightly, getting onto her knees and could see Astrid in front of her, already up on one knee. She continued to pant softly to regain her breath and energy and smiled slightly following her opponent's comments and rose to a full standing position, tapping her thighs and arms quickly before getting into a grappler stance, raising her hands at the level of her shoulders to be able to protect herself from Astrid's next attack when it came at her.

Both Astrid and Ambre were putting every ounce of strength they could wring out of their bodies into the pursuit of matching, surpassing, and outdoing the other, and like two skillful duelists, both of them matched and countered one another every step of the way, trading each push and pull with one of equal force. At last, Ambre had been able to knock Astrid away from her, sending the Norsewoman tumbling across the mat, and it was only then, as Astrid rolled herself up onto her knees and began to push herself back to her feet, that she was reminded of just how much she had spent her stamina - her biceps burned with soreness, and her teeth clenched in a snarl as she reached around to grab and rub at the aching muscle. The match had barely begun, and already it was like she'd run a marathon! But even still, that wasn't going to slow Astrid down. This match wasn't over, and both women were still intent on throwing everything they could into it. If Ambre was going to keep that momentum going, Astrid was going to stay right behind her!

"Oh, I know as much!" Astrid huffed. With one last push, she sprung back to her feet and shook out her arms, and once again she felt refreshed and ready as ever, a proud smirk crossing her face as her eyes settled on her foe. "So far, though, you haven't disappointed...we just need to see how well you can keep it up!"

Putting down her head, Astrid took off in a charge, closing in on Ambre like a raging bull! It didn't intimidate her in the least that Ambre's arms were out and ready to catch her - Astrid had more than enough faith in her strength to be sure that if she slammed into Ambre with all her might, the Black Pearl would be powerless to stop her! As she came into range, she would duck down before swinging her shoulder in an upward arc, attempting to drive an uppercut into Ambre's midsection with her entire body!

The public was in delirium after seeing such a fierce and tight fight from the start of this match, it promised only good things for the future. Even if Ambre was less popular and less impressive than Astrid because of her build and what she did at LAW, she still managed to impress some people with this simple test of strength and gradually began to succeed in what she wanted to accomplish, to prove that she was worthy of competing against other important wrestlers and especially other champions.

But the Black Pearl had no time to enjoy the public or to rest, she quickly got up and put herself on guard to be ready to fight Astrid again, a more motivated Astrid who was heading straight towards the Black Pearl. Ambre was confident in her strength, she had still managed to block Honie's butt several times thanks to her hands and her strength alone, but her opponent tonight was far from being a monster of power. Astrid knew exactly how to fight and while Ambre thought she would receive a Body Splash, she instead received a powerful uppercut to the stomach!

“Gurgh!!”

The Black Pearl's defense was inadequate and this allowed Astrid to deliver a powerful blow to the Frenchwoman's stomach. She groaned loudly in pain and did one step back on instinct, also placing one of her arms at her stomach to hold her. Astrid's uppercut, in addition to being taken head-on, was extremely powerful, enough to pierce the Frenchwoman's abs and force her to let the air escape from her lungs. Even though Ambre was used to being hit there, she had never experienced a blow as powerful as this one. She was going to need a few seconds to recover and get used to the pain, she was almost defenseless against Astrid's next attack!

Even if Ambre thought that she was ready to catch Astrid, the Norsewoman was ready to bring the fight to her. The sight of her standing there at the ready, with her arms held out to the side, wasn't even enough to make Astrid raise an eyebrow - she knew how much force she was capable of putting behind herself when she put her head down and charged, and no matter what Ambre had in store for her, Astrid was sure she could surpass it! Perhaps it was cocky of her to think that, but no one could deny that Astrid's cockiness was backed up by a long and proud career of incredible results. And sure enough, when she slammed her shoulder against Ambre's gut as she came near, it was enough to send her stumbling backward in a daze!

Still, Ambre had managed to weather the storm. When Astrid pushed herself back up and dusted off her shoulder, she could see that Ambre was still standing - even if the air had been driven from her lungs, she was still on her feet. Astrid raised an eyebrow to that, intrigued. She was expecting her uppercut would be enough to throw Ambre straight over her shoulder with the rising motion of her body, but it seemed that wouldn't be the case. Ambre, it seemed, was made of tougher stuff than that!

But Astrid wasn't about to let that intimidate her, either. The important part, she reminded herself, was that she had Ambre in a daze, and now, she was in prime territory to take advantage of that! Throwing her arms around Ambre's waist, Astrid sucked in a deep breath to draw on the strength she needed to hoist her up off her feet, her muscles rippling along her arms and back as she sucked in a deep breath - and then, she threw her weight back to try and sling Ambre over her shoulder for a German suplex!
