Serena Kay Thomas vs Phoebe Justice - Flirty battle!

Phoebe could tell that she did some damage on Serena’s leg as she rose, the blonde doing so at the same speed, but with a little difficulty. Phoebe was a competitor, and although she wouldn’t break any rules, she would take any advantage she could get.

As such, trying to exploit her own work, Phoebe would approach the blonde confidently, trying to go for a Low Kick on Serena’s hurting limb!

The Boston Crab maneuver Phoebe locked on her proved being a tough challenge for Serena, but the blonde eventually found the strength to break the hold with a smart hit against her rival. However, the move had already made its effect and Serena could feel a powerful sting of pain coming from one of her legs each time she would use it to support her weight. That was surely going to be a hindrance to her success in that match. It made her walk around with a small limp, one that only a proficient wrestler would notice and exploit since it gave a rival a good chance at making some more damage.

It turned out that Phoebe was that kind of rival. Just when Serena thought they were going to reset and lock into another test of strength or something like that, the raven-haired whipped her leg to launch a low kick aimed just at Serena’s leg. When that kick impacted the sting of pain became way more intense and the Siren clenched her teeth to avoid a yelp and limped a couple steps back, reeling in pain and quite open for her taste.

Normally, Phoebe was the one who had her legs actively targetted by her rivals… but this time? It was weirdly sweet to be on the offensive work over a limb. Phoebe’s kick drove Serena further back, as the blonde found it difficult to keep upright. Pushing confidently forward, Phoebe would try and deliver a hard low kick to her rival’s hurting limb, trying to drop her on her rear!

Being pushed back in pain, Serena contemplated her few options. Attacking the leg was a smart move coming from Phoebe because going for that limb heavily impaired a rival’s chances of effectively moving out of other kind of moves. That was exactly Serena’s situation at the moment, who was just reeling back to get some distance, needing some instants of respite to recover and mount a comeback.

Phoebe had other idea in mind though. Seeing how her leg punishment was working, the raven-haired went for another kick aimed at Serena’s already hurting leg. Now that she was limping while retreating, another hit made the Siren fall on her butt with a gasp of pain and surprise as she was exposed and defenseless against anything Phoebe planned.

Phoebe's strategy forced her to act like an assassin, swift and precise, in order to take Serena down. Though she appreciated the woman, she wanted to climb up the card, she wanted to prove that she was the best at her job... and that meant being a little bit brutal sometimes.

With that, without hesitation, Phoebe swung her leg straight for the blonde's face for a kick, trying to completely floor her!

Phoebe was without a doubt pulling no punches and Serena was taking the blunt of that as the raven-haired fought hard for dominance over that match. While reeling in pain from the previous hit against her leg, the last thing the Siren was expecting was a hit to the face, hit that sent her to the mat, defenseless and open to anything her rival might have in mind.

With Serena floored from Phoebe's kicks, the Detective breathed heavily as she turned away from her rival, swiftly climbing to the top rope as she prepared for her next attack. A thought of her signature move missing did slightly worry her, especially with how many of her flips missed in the company... but Phoebe jumped. She didn't get to LAW by not taking risks. She flipped a full revolution in midair, aiming her body for the blonde as she tried to land on her with a 450 Splash! If she was successful, she would try and pin her rival for the 3!

Phoebe had come at Serena with a flurry of kicks that was just too much for the blonde to handle or block, and that ended with the Siren lying on her back, a little pained but also taken aback by the sudden rush of energy her rival got, and apparently that wasn’t the end of it. Phoebe had proven having some style and now that she was on top the raven-haired wanted to capitalize in a spectacular way.

After climbing on top of the turnbuckle, Phoebe took flight and executed an impressive 450 splash that completely caught the defenseless Serena! After being pinned, the blonde had to breathe a little to try and break so she wouldn’t lose the match. She let the one count pass but just after the second slap on the mat the Siren would violently jerk her body to break the pin. Getting some distance, Serena reflected on how close that was, a testament to Phoebe’s skill as she tried her best to reset the match.

Phoebe punched the canvas in frustration as she got up to her feet. Close... but not quite. Serena still needed to be worked over before Phoebe could go for a winning pin.

Shortly after Phoebe got off the blonde, she would roll off away, trying to recover. While she did so, the Detective waited for Serena to sit up, before she rushed straight at her, and jumped, aiming her knee for her foe's face!

Serena had managed to escape Phoebe’s pinning maneuver, but only by the skin on her teeth and the blonde knew that. That raven-haired was an overall impressive athlete and her wrestling knowledge widely surpassed the Siren’s, so the blonde was on a tough spot in which she would have to recover if she can and get a quick, unpredictable rush of action to take her rival by surprise.

Of course that was way easier said than done. Right now Serena was lying on the mat, strained and exhausted after almost losing the match. While getting to a sitting position the blonde shook her head in an attempt to regain some focus when she noticed some blur of movement rushing at her knee first. Serena’s next movement was an instinctive response more than a well-thought evasion, but it allowed her to lean to one side to avoid being hit in the face by that knee. “Damn it, give me a break.”, she mumbled to herself as she got up. With any luck Phoebe’s miss would make her stumble as she put everything into that knee that didn’t hit its mark so Serena would try to gain the woman’s back and lock a standing nelson hold, trying to gain some time while softening Phoebe.
