Ice and Quiet: Wisteria vs. Isljoninna

Unsurprisingly, the referee had began counting as soon as she began using the pole for this leglock. But Isljoninna would make use of her time her to harm wisteria's legs as much as she could. She let go as soon as the referee required her to, but not a moment before, then quickly got to her feet and rolled into the ring.

But, Carolina was not quite finished outside of the ring, so she quickly rolled back out, returning to the corner she pulled her opponent into. From there, she'd try to reach into the ring to grab Wisteria by one of her hands, then pull her close enough that she could grab her head and pull on it until it hung off the ring apron.

Pain was coursing throughout Sheena's system as a result of the corner assisted figure four, leaving her unable to respond, with her only option being to try and withstand it! Because as painful as this corner assisted figure four was, it wasn't exactly a legal hold and the ref was counting down, forcing Isljoninna to abandon the hold after a few moments, leading to some relief finally by her.

Laying back against the mat as her legs were untangled from her opponent's Sheena wasn't able to react fast enough to do anything as her opponent re entered the ring only to go back out, grabbing her hand in the process and pulling her partially out of the ring. 'Damn... what is she planning?' Sheena thought to herself, struggling slightly, trying to pull her hand away but not having much luck.

If her opponent had been prone instead of on her back, Carolina would have probably taken a different approach than what she was going for. But she couldn't take the risk of using up time trying to roll Wisteria over, lest she lose the opportunity to continue her offense unabetted. So instead, she'd improvise. Modifying one of her signature's, The Ice Lioness wraped an arm around her opponent's neck while facing away from the ring, after pulling the woman somewhat more of the ring. Carolina would then violently spin around, aiming to slam her foe face first into the padded concrete below.

An Inverted Hanging Ice Whip!

Sheena was still hurting and stunned from her opponent's attack, leaving her relatively easy to be grabbed and pulled partially out of the ring. Despite her attempt to struggle and resist against Isljoninna's grip the purple haired woman wasn't able to do anything meaningful to make the woman let go. As such she was held out of the ring, waiting, before ultimately being swung out and into the floor with a major impact! "Ugh!" Shena cried out in pain, flopping to the floor below and immediately cradling her head in pain as a result!

"How's your face feeling, Sheena?" Carolina asked as she spun up to her feet after her move. There was a semi-performative disdain in her tone, She had no particular reason to dislike her opponent, she so didn't, but she was certainly trying to put her in debilitating pain. Eager to use Sheena's vulnerablity against her as quickly as she possibly could. First by stomping down once on the elbow that she'd kicked earlier in the match, hoping to worsen any damage done to it. Secondly, she'd reach down to pull Wisteria up to her feet, just enough for Isljoninna to attempt to sling the woman head first into the ringside-steel steps.

Sheena groaned softly in pain on the floor after being dropped rather unceremoniously by her foe, unable to respond to the woman's taunt, not that she cared much right now. Instead all Sheena was focused on was trying to recollect her breath to get her bearings once again so that her opponent couldn't keep dominating her. Naturally though the lioness was looking to do just that, stomping on her while she was down!

"Ngh!" Sheena grunted out in pain before being hauled up to her feet, hissing slightly, knowing that it was now or never as she was pulled before steeling her nerves. Digging her feet into the floor she would pivot on her feet, trying to stop her momentum before tugging on Isljoninna's arm, trying to reverse things and send her opponent into the steel steps instead!

Carolina had felt that this moment was her chance to definitively secure the match. She'd been on offense for a good little while at this point, surely a thunderous slam into the steps would bring her close enough to victory to taste it, if next she got her into the ring...

But the Ice lioness wouldn't even get as far to succesfully swing Wisteria into the steps. Her foe managed to keep her feet planted firmly in the ground and instead send the blonde into her target, backfirst!

"AHHHHH" Carolina screamed on impact as the sound of her impact rang out through the ring from her back hitting cold, hard, steel. She lay on her side against the steps, the pain made worse by knowing how much closer to victory she'd have been had Sheena been feeling it instead of her.

Sheena had been battered and beaten enough in this match and she was not about to take more. Looking up with a glare as she stood up straight she noticed her opponent propped against the steps still. Just perfect for Sheena.

Taking a few steps back she would take a quick breath before running forward, leaping up as she approached to try and come crashing into her opponent's chest with a dropkick, intending on pushing the lioness even deeper against the steel steps!

Carolina remained seated, helpless & hurting from her crash into the steps. It was 'good' news that Sheena appeared to be taking a breather as welk, but unsurprisingly, she was recovering faster than The Ice lioness was. Before long, the woman charged at her. In desperation, Carolina attempted to half lean half dive herself flat, which night havw been the right thing to do, but it happened at the worst possibke time.

Wisteria's dropkick connected with the blonde with immense force, Isljoninna no longer had the flat steel of the side of the steps to her back, but the sharp edge of the side of the steps.

"ARGHHHHH" Came out Carolina's bloodcurdling scream.

One edge of the steel steps just barely missed landing between two vertebrae of her spine, which would have almost certainly left her seriously injured, to say the least. She grabbed her back with one hand as she kicked at the ground to cope with the suffering. She'd be 'fine' enough to keep fighting, but that's the best that could be said about how she felt. There was no way that Wisteria could have known how much her move would have hurt her, or that she woukd have wanted it to had she known, but through to pain, carolina attempted to catch a glimpse of her face, to see if she could tell.

Sheena was determined to win, she had too, and as she ran towards the blonde against the steps she intended to do just that by drop kicking her against the flat side of them. However while mid air Sheena barely noticed the way Isljoninna was curling up and what that would mean. 'She can't.' Was as far as her inner thoughts went before gravity and momentum did their job and Sheena came crashing against her opponent's chest with a heavy impact.

Rolling backwards Sheena looked on, concern clear on her face as she watched her opponent, hoping that the worst didn't happen. Luckily while she seemed hurt she didn't so beyond a normal level. She saw movement from all her limbs at least which was good. Even so there was an entirely new reason for her to try and win this now, and it was the safety of her opponent.

Reaching down and grabbing hold of the woman's shoulder and hair Sheena tugged the woman up, trying to not jostle her neck too much before turning and trying to push the blonde back in the ring. If successful Sheena would follow right after, dropping her self on top of Isljoninna and hooking her leg for a pin fall, hoping that the lioness had the good sense to not over stress her body.
