Midnight and the Angel - Karen Meadows vs Megumi Mutoh

Megumi was stubborn for sure but stubbornness wouldnt save her aching back from being bent out of shape. Though she tried to break free Megumi's shaking wouldnt quite take her off of the top spot as Karen tried to hold the submission and keep on working the back before eventually she started to lose her grip causing Karen to eventually back off and let go.

Rubbing her hand Karen would grab her and pull her up by her hair trying to hold her up and throw her towards the turnbuckle to try and keep her in the corner and allow her to stay up as she moved in and went for an enziguri across the face.

Despite her struggle, Megumi was unable to throw Karen off of her, and she was only freed because her opponent had lost her grip on her. The camel clutch had left her weakened, and she was unable to stop Karen from pulling her up and throwing her towards the corner where she slumped there. Then, Karen moved in to deliver an enzuigiri to her face!

"Bwuhh!!"

Megumi's head whipped aside from the enzuigiri, and she staggered away from the corner to the ropes. She draped her arm over the top rope to prevent herself from falling. She placed her other hand on the spot where she was hit, groaning in pain. "Uuurghh..." It would be difficult for Megumi to defend herself from Karen's next move.

Trying to stay on the girl was a bit tiring, but the efforts seem to be paying off. If this was a bit more like the show she was on or a more intense match she might have gone for a weapon something she had grown accustomed to. Though at this rate Karen was going to be trying to get the better of the girl and moved in to throw a punch to Megumi's belly.

Her face grew more determined as she sensed she had Megumi hurting all over and maybe just maybe she could beat the Genius if she was smart enough to crush the girl. Grabbing the ropes and driving her shoulder into her opponents midsection a few times to crush the air from her opponents lungs.

Weakened, Megumi was unable to stop Karen from driving her fist into her belly, causing her to sputter, left breathless. "Muughh!!" Then, Karen proceeded to drive her shoulder into her belly a few times, which made it even harder for her to breathe. "Hnnghh!! Uuughh!! Huughh!!" Things didn't look too good for Megumi so far, and she needed to do something to prevent her situation from going even worse.

As Karen continued driving her shoulder into Megumi's belly, the former Wrestle Angel would try to grab Karen by her head as she would attempt to smash her forearm right to the side of her face, hoping to disorient her with the blow.

Karen was staying on the attack, feeling Megumi's body suffer from the constant attacks, just like Karen was subjected to early on in the contest. Though for her part Megumi was certainly not giving up or showing signs of doing so, which prompted Karen to start hitting her with everything she had as she drove her body into her abs. Even then that only served to stop her for the moment. as the girl quickly grabbed her and stopped her with a forearm.

"Kaagh!" Karen groaned as she felt her head turn to the side stunning her for a second as she tried to back up which failed cause of Megumi holding onto her head..shaking her head she tried to throw a forearm back into Megumi to try and get her to let go of her head.

The forearm hit her opponent, and Megumi was looking to keep it up, only to receive a smash from Karen, causing her to let go of her opponent's head. "Mrrghh!!" Shaking her head, she decided to deliver another attack by attempting a toe kick right into Karen's belly, looking to have her doubling over before her so that she could grab her head once again, this time wrapping her head under her arm in a front headlock.

Right after that, Megumi was planning to throw Karen over the ropes, looking to throw her outside the ring with a devastating vertical suplex! She figured that the damage dealt from the move would be tremendous, considering that she could fling her out of the ring in such a manner.

Karen had gotten herself in a bind with her head being wrapped but she had just stuck out of it only to be stopped her tracks by a sudden kick to the belly. Karen let out a slight gasp as the tip of the girls boots struck her stomach and made her lean in to be grabbed again, holding her in place to be launched over with the vertical suplex. Flying over the top rope and falling to the outside, her back hitting the ring apron on her way down.

"AAggh!" Karen screamed out as she rolled and fell to the floor holding her hurting back before turning to her side. The impact was already going to be a rough one on account of the long drop to the less forgiving floor but that really didnt help matters as Karen had to roll around on the floor tending to the spot she landed on

Megumi managed to send Karen outside the ring with the vertical suplex over the top rope. Seeing Karen rolling outside the ring on the floor, Megumi decided to do something dangerous but breathtaking. She raised one arm, the one with the elbow pad. She would tug at the pad as she would get her leg on the middle rope as her eyes were focused on Karen outside.

Using the ropes as a springboard, she would leap up outside the ring, going for a diving elbow drop plancha on Karen, driving her elbow right into Karen's belly. Due to the height involved, Megumi was sure that the damage dealt would be tremendous.

The impact had left her with little movement left in her for now, with Karen trying and failing to turn back to her feet and hope for the best though by this point the girl thought she was in a secure enough position. Megumi was far from fine either and if she came for her Karen might have some chance to stand up or counter what she tried, though that was an all a theory. One that didnt pan out as Megumi opted to jump rather then come down normally, Karen noticed her too late and ended feeling her weight and that elbow come down on her belly.

"Ouugghgh!" Karen's face told the whole story, her eyes lighting up and her body jerking upward as she looked a mix of shocked and hurt before her face looked glazed over and she flopped back to the ground her body wanting to curl up and protect her stomach at all costs after that devasting blow.

Hitting Karen with the elbow drop, Megumi would get herself off of Karen and pick herself back up. The referee started counting them out, so she needed to be quick before the two of them ended up being counted out. So, she would bend down, grabbing Karen by her head before she slipped her arm between her legs and putting her other hand on her shoulder.

"Raaah!!"

With this setup, Megumi would try lifting Karen up, turning around before slamming her down into the hard floor with a body slam, hoping that the hard floor would make the move more devastating.
