Angie's aftermath - The rookie gets some advice!

Well if Angie wanted to learn how to not get hurt by wrestling moves... It stands to reason she should practice taking one. She stood nervously and nodded her head at Erika, she would stand patiently as she would let her walk up to Angie to perform the maneuver... And try to not get hurt in the process.

"Ok... But please don't let it hurt too much..."

Maybe it was the anticipation of if, but letting her opponent do something like this was extremely nerve-racking... Angie's body tensed up as she stood ready to take it.

"I'll do my best <3" Erika carefully lifted Angie up for a suplex trying to make it less painful as possible for her new friend. "Are you ready it's gonna hurt a bit sorry ;("
Erika then lifted Angie and nailed the suplex hoping she didn't hurt her too much..

"Are you ok?" Erika told Angie after the suplex hoping that she didn't hurt her too much but she needed it in order to improve at least her endurance or she would just be a manneqin to the others..

Angie obediently bowed her head as Erika placed it under her right arm and softly guided Angie's right arm over her shoulder. This was the closest Angie had been to Erika so far and she could feel her impressive physique; a solid abdomen and strong muscles... Angie didn't have any of this, how was she supposed to compete against people in this good of shape?

"Ok... I think im readdyyyyy!!!"

Before she had a chance to realize it, Erika had grabbed Angie's thigh and lifted her high into the air! Angie was dangling upside down as she felt all the blood begin rushing down her body, her legs kicking wildly in the air as she realized what was happening!

"Ah! Eep!- Oh god, p-please be careful!"

Angie felt gravity start to rear its head back again as she felt her whole body toppling backwards and landing right against the canvas!

*Slam*

As Angie hit the ring she did her best to widen her back out to spread the impact out across her body~ To... modest success. The impact was certainly loud as she bounced off the canvas and felt the breath leave her body, but to her surprise she wasn't in excruciating pain! Just a sore feeling in her muscles as she began recovering from the suplex.

"Ahh! Jezz... I mean, I guess it wasn't that bad... I did have a lot of time to prepare..."

She sat on the canvas holding her back but was not upset~ it definitely could have hurt a lot worse...

"Seems you are good! Now the only thing you need soon its to prepare urself faster since people are not gonna do this as slow as i did...But this Is already a step! You can train your body to become sturdy and take less damage!" Erika was relieved that She didn't hurt Angie and now She wanted to go for the next step.

"Ok if you are good i wanna switch to Speed training since i saw you running so fast from me i think you can focus on that!... So i'll try to catch you, don't go out of the ring Just evade me!" As soon Angie would be ready Erika would try to catch Her to see if She had enough Speed to evade..

Angie slowly stood to her feet and listened to her instructor. If she could avoid getting caught then there may not be a chance for any pain at all... While this didn't exactly help her offense Angie didn't care in the least~ avoiding injury was key on her mind for this session.

Angie stood nervously opposite the ring of Erika and stared as she amassed a wrestling stance, looking like she was going to grab Angie any second; Angie didn't really know how to respond, she simply stood firmly in place like she was waiting for something as Erika got closer and closer to grabbing her!

"I don't- I don't know what to do!"

If Erika went for it, she'd be able to grapple Angie down to the ground with barely any effort!

[Albentes]

"You Just Need to run! Don't let me to grab you.." Erika said giving more time to Angie before actually attempting to grab her..."Try to think i want to hurt you would you Just let me do It? Thats what u Need to do either avoid or try to hit me!" Erika knew She saw something in Angie, She runned so fast when they meet and wanted to see that again from her.b"Im coming.... Better run.."

As Erika ran toward her, Angie remained frozen until the last possible second~ Before ungracefully swan diving to the side and landing on her chest! While the landing was a little awkward and painful, Angie took note of what happened as she stared back at Erika in the corner... She actually dodged her! Maybe it was out of fear or just instinct, but Angie was pleasantly surprised with herself!

"I- I actually did it! I mean, I kinda fell on my ass but... I dodged you!"

[Albentes]

"See? You can do it if you try! That's the spirit!" Erika was glad that Angie dodged... because she now saw her body better and was a bit stimulating.. "Listen uh.. why you don't try to hit me now? After all you need to defend yourself too!..." Erika was blushing a bit after seeing Angie ass on the air and couldn't look at her closely right now.. "Yes, a punch a kick anything you have in mind..!!!!"

Angie groggily picked herself off the ground and faced Erika, who was asking her to try and hit her;

"Um... I don't want to hurt you... I'll try and um-"

Angie approached Erika and lifted her right leg in the air awkwardly before trying to push her foot against Erika's chest... With barely any impact. Was she trying to shove her with her toes or something?

"Sorry I just... I never hit anyone before...I don't know what to do..."

[Albentes]

"OW! That will need some refinement but you can improve! But i think you will need a proper move... mhhh.." Erika was thinking what move she should teach to Angie when an idea came in mind.

"How about the suplex i did to you? Do you think u can replicate that? Or maybe you could go for a kick in the gut followed by a facebuster?" But Erika to be as clear as possible had a mannequin with her and brought it to the ring executing the moves she just described. "See what i do and do that too, maybe you will learn these moves!"
