LAW Elimination Chamber 2023

Raquel came crashing down on top of Phoebe and then quickly positioned herself to go for a pin! She pressed down on Pheobe's shoulders and hooked a leg pulling it close and really getting a good position! She was hurting all over and all smiles as the official came over, Raquel coming back into things after her disastrous start.

A sad thing it was for poor Raquel - though perhaps not so much Phoebe's - that the moment the official in the center of the ring began to count, the fifth entrant into this match had her door begin to open. Emphasis on begin - for it did not progress further in hasty fashion!

Having watched the chaos unfold from behind the opaque one way glass all this while, the fifth entrant into the elimination chamber was rearing to go to say the least. Which only made the slow opening of her cell door all the more painful to behold, as it became apparent that her pod and perhaps her pod alone was in dire need of some WD40!

"Come on...COME ON..." She'd scream from behind the pod, face yet unseen as her bellows distracted the officials whilst at the same time making those in the nearby seats aware who was in the pod. For there was little denying the owner of the voice now practically screaming out.

"I SAID..COME...ON..." Though her words would be redundant, as a complete lack of patience from the fifth entrant soon saw about her raising her boot. Before literally kicking it against the jammed door!

Forcing it fully open, if with a extreme bend to that wavy material, the owner of that vicious kick couldn't contain herself as she scrambled over the remains of the door. Clambering rather clumsily to the point where she nearly fell, she'd soon see about her frame in ring courtesy of an inadvertently agile tumble in-ring. Where she would find her feet, before once more extending them.

To poor little Raquel!

Screaming as she unleashed that hellacious big boot clean to the side of the girl atop of Phoebe, no reasoning could be given for why this individual opted to save a contender in this match up from what could of been a pinfall. Said pinfall wouldn't have hampered her chances after all - in fact they would have improved them all the better, given that Phoebe could of perhaps have been eliminated in tandem with her entry!

Though reasoning and sound logic seldom applied to the figure whom would drive her boot forward, before ideally having the momentum carry her past both with her hands now raised high.

"Fucking eat it..." Roared Karen Starring, the fifth entrant who opted to raise her hands with her fists clenched in response to the roaring crowd. Things were about to get zesty.

Raquel thought she had a pin here, and after her awful start it would have felt good to eliminate someone to help justify her presence here. However after hearing a fast stomping Raquel looked up at the two count just in time to get absolutely crushed by Karen Starring as she entered the match! Raquel's head whipped to the side, her hair flying as her body limply flopped to the mat and rolled off Phoebe coming to rest right next to her cradling her head in her arms as her momentum came to a devastating halt thanks to the surging newcomer to the match!

As soon as Catalina had landed, Doctor Fabulous threw her superkick directly at her chin! It collided flush and sent her opponent directly to the mat. The exertion of flipping her and immediately kicking her had taken quite a bit out of her though, and the Wrestling Professor fell to one knee after, panting as she brushed some of her hair out of her face. And then the pod opening ceremony began, and the Good Doctor looked back at the remaining pods to see which one would open. And to her surprise, it was busted open entirely with a mighty kick! It was Karen Starring... not an ideal new entrant into this match.

Doc Fab knew she needed to figure out something while Starring was distracted. She didn't want to risk getting too beaten up now, especially not against a fresh powerhouse in this match. She took a deep breath, and then went into motion--Fabulous had a simple idea: give Starring someone else to play with. Going over to Catalina, she began to pull her up to her feet. "Sorry, Cat... but I think we both need a new fight partner," said Fabulous. She would then grab Cat by her shoulder and her tights, running her directly towards the ropes.

Then, Doc Fab would attempt to torpedo Catalina through the ropes with all of her strength, hoping to send her back into the ring and closer to the soon-to-be rampaging Karen Starring! And then Doc Fab would stumble back towards one of the pods, scooting down to a seated position and giving herself some time to rest. It was a tactical retreat if there ever was one, and if Doctor Fabulous wanted to win this, she knew she needed to use her mind above all else to stay in it.

Catalina was left groaning on the mat after making impact with Fabulous's foot, leaving her dazed and unsure of what was going on. Barely even aware of the buzzer signifying that someone else had now entered the match, let alone being aware of who it was specifically. Really it wasn't until she was grabbed by the hand and tights that she started to come to her senses somewhat, getting pulled to her feet she was able to process things now while looking forward to see what was going on. Only for said eyes to widen as she saw the absolute titan of a woman now towering in the ring.... And she was now being sent hurtling right towards her!

Thinking as quick as her brain would allow her Catalina would suck in a breath as she neared the ropes, mentally and physically preparing herself as just like Fabulous had intended Cat would fly through the ropes. Only Cat would grab the middle and top ropes as she passed, pulling on them flung her legs up forward through the ropes with her, adding even more momentum on top of what Fabulous had thrown her with, almost as if she was slingshotting herself rather than just getting torpedoed. If this worked than Catalina would land in the ring, spin and close the distance to Karen Starring, swinging her leg up as she did so to try and land a modified version of her signature move Lanza Cohete into Karen's side!

Karen didn't make the same mistake she had made in the Rumble - a match where she started strongly, before her inflated ego carried her onto a resoundingly quick exit. The moment Karen drank in the thrill of being in another large, noted event, it would be all business.

Turning her back on the crowd as to get a more central view of the ring, the surefire stompings of two individuals outside of the ring itself caught the amazons eye. Where as the two would have certainly had a chance of sneaking up on Karen were they all on nothing but canvas, the metal clangs of the elimination chamber would give away the fact they were moving before they even made their second step.

Though to Karen's delight, the two weren't moving to attack her in a teamed up fashion - but rather one was offering the other as a sacrifice!

Albeit said sacrifice had no desire to be easy pickings, as she turned the launch forced upon her frame into something of benefit. If she was going to collide with Karen, she'd seemingly look to do so with extreme gusto to her frame!

But Karen had little intent on letting such a fact make even the slightest bit of different. For as Catalina began to slide through the ropes, Karen already reared her right hip and arm back. Before firing the latter forward with a fist attached to the end of it - with Karen looking to fully smash this girl out of the air before she'd even touch Karen's curvy frame!

Phoebe was far from out of the fight to not kick out now... but as it turned out, she could save her energy for the pin this time...namely because she had quite a bit of help.

The next pod opened up...and out came the infamous Karen Starring - one of the top Heavyweights in LAW...and she made sure to make her entrance appear as powerful as possible by kicking Raquel clean off Phoebe!

A look of utter confusion adorned the face of the Detective. The only possible reason the heavyweight thought to do that was that, perhaps, the pinfall might've overshadowed her entrance. Regardless, Phoebe was free to take a moment to recover, sitting up to look at and assess the situation.

Raquel was completely out for a moment, that much was obvious.

Fabulous and Catalina, however, would slightly surprise her. Instead of continuing to press her advantage, the blonde would send Catalina towards the newest competitor in the match, like a lamb to the slaughter! Though she would try and attack Karen, all the heavyweight had to do to fight back was to simply lift her arm and launch it with force towards the lightweight!

As much as Phoebe realized the unfairness of the situation, this was the match they were on. It wasn't 100% fair, and each competitor had to take what they could from it...

...besides, Phoebe did have an opportunity to punish the one who sent Catalina to the wolves.

Rising to her feet, her attention would turn to the resting blonde. Deciding not to let her have too much time off, Phoebe would practically jump onto the second rope, before she climbed the turnbuckle, aimed, and jumped at the Good Doctor, trying to ram her feet at the blonde with a Missile Dropkick!

Raquel kicked the mat in pain looking around as she laid there. Karen and Catalina were going at it while Phoebe and Doc were looking like they were going at it. Raquel was the odd woman out. She rolled to the ropes part of her wanting to just lay there and recover a bit but she wasn't going to just be some pushover addition to this. No, she had to show more and that is what she would try to do.

Raquel pulled herself up and watched Phoebe fly at Doc. She would be still and see how that played out before rushing over to attack whoever was standing after Phoebe's flying dropkick....

In and out, Doctor Fabulous took her time breathing as she started to recover from the battle she had with Catalina earlier. And having finally sent her Chamber partner into the ring and to fight the freshest person in the match, and a towering one at that. The Wrestling Professor was feeling good about her decision--a tactical retreat. It was necessary at this point to keep from facing Karen Starring's wrath.

It was a fine enough of a strategy for someone looking to be able to stay until the end of the match. At least, until someone else decided to ruin said plan. While Karen's aim was distracted by Catalina, Phoebe Justice was freed up to choose another target. And that appeared to be Doctor Fabulous.

The Good Doctor stayed sitting against one of the pods and eventually noticed Phoebe ascending the top rope, getting ready to attack! Looking alarmed, Fabulous would push herself up and react, attempting to get to Justice before she got to her, but Justice was already in motion!

Doc Fab was blasted with a missile dropkick directly into her chest, and she was stumbling back at quick speeds, barely able to find any balance, but then her back smashed into the hard steel grating behind her. "Gaaah!" she yelled out, arching her back briefly as she closed her eyes tight. And then ultimately, she fell back against the wall of the chamber, her chest and back killing her now from the hard attack. She cringed, arms out as she clenched her fists, attempting to cope with that awful pain in her spine now!

Catalina was a luchadora by nature and by raising, she was most at home on the ropes, moving at high speed and flying through the air, especially when all three were combined.

This especially made countering or taking otherwise bad events and turning it to her advantage easy to her. Hence when she was practically flung at her opponent from across the battlefield she was able to turn it to her advantage by using the ropes to build up momentum and come launching at the newly entered Karen!

Only for all of her technical skill and lucha expertise to fall short in the way of Karen's sheer reach and power as a jab from the woman cut her off and smashed into her face! "GUH!" Groaning in pain and pushed up onto her feet she would remain there for only a moment, turning after a moment before collapsing face first into the mat, seemingly koed by the blow!
