Outmatched in Oil Quarterfinals - Mina Morgan v. Lucy Lincoln

The fact that Lucy was still trying to grab hold of Mina's wrists wasn't slowing the blonde down at all - she held down her grip so tenaciously, she could barely even feel the tips of her opponent's nails biting into her skin. There, she squeezed down as hard as she could, her teeth clenched in a grimace to draw forth all the strength she could muster. Gritting her teeth to fight through the pain, Mina's hands shot out, one of them going to grab hold of each of Lucy's pigtails. She then gave a sharp tug down as hard as she could - not only trying to deal some damage, but controling Lucy's motions in the process in an attempt to roll her onto her back!

With that, Lucy was able to push at Mina's legs, and as she gathered the force she needed behind her push, she was able to slip out from right between the blonde's thighs, gliding back across the mat.

As Lucy broke away, Mina fell forward onto her hands and knees. For a moment she panted her breath, but it wasn't long before she shook herself out, raising her head to lock a glare in Lucy's direction. She might've escaped, but Mina figured she had already made her point perfectly clear - and she could only hope that Lucy would learn from it. The opening encounter of the battle took a while, and the pinkette hated to admit being at a disadvantage this early on, even if she did get a few good licks on on her opponent. But as she rose, her mind wandered to all those articles about Mina, about the tournament. Nothing of what she researched on the blonde was a lie. She was just as brutal, and just as ferocious a competitor as she was told to be...
