Blood Feud: Kyo Akamatsu vs Wisteria Khan

At first, Kyo felt no resistance from Sheena as he yanked her up off the mat, ready to slam her down again at a moment's notice with a quick and effective suplex. But Sheena once again was quick to remind him that she wasn't out of this match, not by a long shot: he gasped in surprise as he felt one of Sheena's legs wrapping around his, and the next thing he knew he was being flipped forward, his body rolling until he was suddenly pressed with his shoulders on the mat, his legs entwined up with Sheena's in a roll-up pin.

In an instant, the ref girl was beside them. "One...two..."

Cursing, Kyo kicked forwards, trying to unbalance the two of them so that Sheena fell back with Kyo now on top of her. If he managed that, then he would waste no time trying to grab her hands with his own, trying to force her arms to the mat as he pressed his shoulders and chest down against hers, responding to her pin attempt with one of his own!

Sheena was still in a fair amount of pain from Kyo's stretch muffler which left her more than a bit out of it and unable to properly react in many ways as Kyo forced her to her feet. What she could do however was pull him down into a a quick roll up pin! Naturally however Kyo wouldn't be done in by this pin, and Sheena knew that but it stopped the suplex at least. Forced to unroll from him and onto her back by his kickout though Sheena found him on top of her making her eyes widen. 'Shit.' She thought to herself as the ref dropped down.

"ONE!"

"TWO!!

Feeling her hands grabbed and forcefully intertwined with Kyo's own Sheena was pressed down in a rather intimate pin! However adrenaline was coursing like a flood in her ot the point she didn't notice as she gave a light knee strike to Kyo's side, trying to make him jerk just a bit so she could turn sharply, looking to roll the two over so that she could now mount Kyo and pin his hands down to the mat instead in a bid to try and reverse the pinfall attempt!

Admittedly, at first Kyo didn't notice the rather...intimate position of his pin either, at first. His main focus was on countering Sheena's pin attempt with one of his own, and on getting the Akan girl's wrists and shoulders pressed against the mat. It wasn't until the pin was in place, and the two count was in place, that he realized how suggestive the position was as he stared down into Sheena's eyes and felt her twisting underneath him...at which point his face suddenly turned red...

...and then suddenly Kyo felt a knee explode against his side, and then Sheena twisted around and suddenly their positions were reversed. Kyo's momentary embarassment was forgotten as now Sheena was suddenly the one mounting him in a dominant pin of her own! His eyes widened at the sudden reversal, even as the countdown began again.

"ONE!"

"TWO--"

Gritting his teeth, Kyo arched upwards against Sheena, trying to roll her off of him. For a moment the two of them were forced onto their sides, Kyo's forehead briefly pressing against Sheena's as the two fought for control, with Kyo trying to roll over and once again get Sheena onto her back...

Unfortunately, Kyo had forgotten how close they were to the edge of the ring, and was given a reminder as both he and Sheena suddenly went toppling over the side! Kyo gave a cry of alarm before he smacked down side-first against the ringside floor, the blow causing him to release Sheena as he went sprawling onto his back, gasping sharply in pain...

Saying that it had been a battle of wills between Kyo and Sheena so far would have been a massive understatement. Wills, skill, strength, endurance, all of it was being put to the test between the two of them, each fighting not just for themselves but for their families and legacies as well, doing everything in their respective power to win no matter what.

Right now was perhaps the tightest a pitch of contest between them thus far. With Sheena having initiated a battle of pinfalls with her first rolle up she would find herself in turn reversed into a pin, only to roll them over and turn it into a pin herself right back on Kyo! Once again of course this made for a rather intimate positioning, but she was far too focused to even notice.

Forced to turn over once again by Kyo the purple haired girl would immediately grunt and groan softly, only for a sudden sense of weightlessness to take hold and feeling of her stomach dropping. Only now realizing that Kyo's recent turn to reverse things between them had forced the two to go under the ropes and take the two out of the ring all together causing both to crash to the floor below!

"Ngh! Ugh... dunce...." Sheena groaned out softly in annoyance as she pushed herself away from Kyo, rolling away a bit while holding her back in pain, the fall not doing anything for it, especially after Kyo's previous submission hold. In any case while it may not have been ideal, they were separated at least and being on the outside... made for a unique opportunity to turn things around.

Trying to roll away a fair bit of distance from the male Sheena would attempt to force herself up to her feet, stumbling slightly as she did so before managing to steady herself. Looking towards Kyo who would no doubt be trying to do the same Sheena would take a deep waiting for him to rise up just enough before rushing forward, jumping as she approached to try and land a running knee strike that would send him crashing head first into the ring apron!

Idiot...IDIOT... Kyo thought angrily to himself as he lay flat on his back, breathing hard as he stared up at the arena lights. His side was hurting pretty badly from where it had impacted with the ring floor, and he actually had to probe his ribs with his palm to make sure nothing was broken (thankfully, nothing was). This was just a momentary setback, he told himself. He was still in this match. He kept telling himself as he willed his hurting body to move, still somewhat red-faced from that rather intimate pin.

Unfortunately, Sheena was still in this fight as well...a fact that she quickly reminded Kyo of when he felt a knee exploded against his back. He gasped out loud from the impact, the force of the blow pitching him forward. A second later, his head smacked hard against the side of the ring, and his vision went white.

It was on instinct that he reached out and grabbed the bottom rope, even as he sagged to one knee. Dizzily, he tried to prop himself up. He knew that Sheena had to be behind him, though: if he were in her shoes, he wouldn't wait to give his opponent the chance to recover, even here at ringside. Blindly, he kicked back, hammering a boot up in the hopes of catching Sheena in the head or chest, hopefully while she was approaching him.

"ONE! TWO!..." the ref shouted, starting the countdown for a ringout.

Even with both being sent to the outside rather unceremoniously Shena was able to find a way to at least somewhat turn things around for herself.

More specifically the background she had in more rough and tumble matches helped her out massively since her brain was intrinsically already set on what she should do, what would be most impactful and practical for where she and Kyo were in this match. Darting forward she would knee strike Kyo in the back, sending him forward into the ring for an impactful strike!

Landing on her feet after successfully driving her opponent forward Sheena would stumble back a bit before setting her shoulders and regaining balance before focusing on Kyo who looked fairly weakened. Approaching him at measured pace, content with the risk of the count out she would reach out, intending to grab him by the hair to continue her offense.... Only to instead be met with a boot springing up and catching her in the gut to drive the air out of her system!

"Ugh!" Sheena cried out in pain, immediately driven back by the strike and sent stumbling before falling backwards onto her but in the wake of the kick. "Ngh... Damn." Sheena groaned out in pain, frustrated at coming so close to regaining the edge, only to have it slip from her fingers at the last second, now stunned before Kyo!

"THREE! FOUR!"

Kyo's well-honed ring instincts had paid off, as he had been able to pre-empt Sheena's next attack before she could come at him, catching her in the midriff with a well-timed kick. As he watched, he saw the purplette staggering back, winded. Kyo now had valuable time to catch his breath, to get fully back to his feet...and more importantly, gave him the time he needed to mount a counter attack against his relentless foe.

Moving quickly, Kyo would dart forward; if Sheena aimed to attack him, then he would try to catch her arm and spin, redirecting her movement; even if she didn't attack, though, Kyo would still do the same thing, arm-whipping Sheena in the hopes of flinging her right into the corner post, hoping to stun her with that sudden impact.

"FIVE! SIX!" the countdown went on...

[Bare]

Sheena had been fully intent on making this unintentional trip to the outside worth it, looking to do some big damage to Kyo and hopefully make this the difference maker neccessary to finally end this match. Unfortunately however he was more aware than she had initially given him credit for, and as a result she ran right into a brutal kick to the gut, knocking the wind from her lungs.

As a result Kyo was then able to reach forward, grabbing her arm, pulling on it and sending her careening right towards a corner! Eyes widening at Sheena wouldn't be able to do anything as she collided face and chest first! "Aghhh!" Sheena cried out in pain, bouncing off the corner and onto the floor holding her chest in agony from the move!

"SEVEN! EIGHT!"

Kyo heard the crowd gasp in sympathy as he managed to catch a hold of Sheena's arm, before turning and driving the purplette straight into the corner post! As he watched, Sheena collapsed as though deflated, curling up on the floor and clutching her chest after that brutal move. Such brutality normally wasn't what Kyo resorted to, but Sheena had demonstrated that she was willing to pull out all stops in order to win; at this stage, Kyo knew he would be insulting Sheena if he held back at all.

Grabbing a hold of Sheena's hair and arm, Kyo dragged the Akan girl up to her feet before trying to slide her up under the ropes back into the ring, before sliding in after her, breaking the countdown. Without wasting time, he rolled Sheena onto her back and lay across her heaving chest, hooking one of her legs for a pinfall.

Come on, stay down, he thought to himself, even as the ref girl began the countdown. "ONE....!"

Collisions with the corner always sucked. In her relatively short time since becoming a pro wrestler this was one thing that Sheena had become decidedly against taking if she could. Kyo's swinging her into the corner just reminded her of this as she crashed into it before collapsing to the floor, holding her chest in aching pain and hissing softly in pain and rolling around a bit as she did so.

'Damn.' She thought, knowing full well that there was nothing she could do in response as Kyo pulled her up to her feet and rolled her under the ring before re entering himself and falling on top of her, hooking her leg for the pinfall! However Kyo made a mistake relying just on this to try and beat her. After all she had a little bit of time between the corner impact and getting pinned, likewise, while it may have hurt... it wasn't enough.

"TWO!"

"TH-!!!"

Just before the third count could be finished Sheena would use everything she had to turn on her side while pulling her leg free of Kyo's grip, kicking out in a nearfall for even more dramatic action that had the fans in a uproar!
