Cute Culling: Seraphina Kane vs Cleo Ashworthy

Standard Match: Winner to be declared via pinfall, submission, or knockout.

Seraphina hummed softly as she draped a cloak over herself before fixing the mask she usually wore for her entrances over her face in preparation for the last minute match that she had been selected for. Not only was it last minute though, but it was against a male, a first for her in LAW, but not in general having fought men before on the indies. Still it would surely help make an impression with her growing presence in LAW, so despite the last minute nature of this match she was willing to tolerate for the returns she'd be able to expect.

As her music started up she would strut out and hold her arms up proudly, despite the fans booing her name for the attitude she had displayed. Not that she cared at all as she began to march down the ring with poise and grace, the faceless mask of hers making the entrance all the more ominous as she did so. Making it to the steps she would climb up, strutting to the center of the outside apron where she would pull the cloak off her and threw it into the air before grabbing her mak and sliding it off, showing herself in all her glory with an arm in the air!

Preening just a bit she would lean back, rolling over the top rope, extending her legs out as she descended and landed on her feet in the ring with unmatched grace. Doing a quick twirl Sera would strut to her corner and lean against it, looking up to see which guy she would be facing and how much of a difference in size she should expect to deal with. With how last minute this all came together for her Sera didn't have the chance to do much research on whoever Cleo was, but it wouldn't matter to her, what she intended to do was still the same.

”Cleo Ashworthy

Cleo was busy doing some shadowboxing to pre pare for his actual scheduled in ring debut. Considering how he was accidentally pulled into a match while he was trying to go see Eirika before a match she had, it quickly turned into a day he did not expect. However, he learned a lot from that experience, and that experience made sure he was as cute as ever.

”Eirika Karlson”

Wishing you good luck Cleo, sorry I could not be here for your debut.” Eirika said, clad in her ring gear for a later match on the card. “I heard about your opponent for tonight, even saw some photos. Lemme tell you, she has some amazing abs.” Eirika said as her face turned a bright red.

“No need to worry, I’m sure she is a real cutie. But she is definitely going to receive a couple of punches and a Cutie Driver. Besides, no girl will ever be as cute as us.” Cleo said before leaning in for a kiss, as Eirika gave him.

Soon enough, Cleo got the notification that his opponent had already hit the ring. It wad time to get Cleo’s true debut started as he skipped to gueriulla decision, wishing his girlfriend Eirika good luck in her match tonight.

The lights turned blue, and Cleo came out to loud cheers from the audience, waving to the crowd as he skipped down to the ring, shaking hands with fans. He walked up the steel steps, before going underneath the middle rope and heading to the center of the ring, to do a cute pose reminiscent of an idol.

Cleo headed to his corner, before saying something about Seraphina. “You are so cute. How did you do your multi colored hair. And those abs, Eirika was not lying. Hopefully I won’t hurt those too bad with my punches.” Cleo said, as he waited for a response.

Sera waited patiently in the ring for her opponent, still not quite sure what he may look like, but prepared all the same for whoever would step through that curtain.... well so she thought at least. Until her opponent stepped through the entrance curtain and appeared on the stage, looking almost as effeminate as her!

Blinking a bit in surprise she looked down at the special interpreter LAW had ringside for her and flashed a few signs to them. "This is a mixed match right?" Only for her to get confirmation right after.

"Yeah it is." Raising an eyebrow again she would instead turn her focus back to her opponent who at this point was entering the ring and face off across from her.

Now that he was he wasted no time trying to chat her up and admittedly paid some nice compliments, they meant nothing really to her, but for now feigning acceptance of them was for best.

Nodding with a small smile to show she accepted the compliments she would point to her throat before holding a fist in front of her mouth, a pretty universal sign for "Im mute" to show why she wouldn't be responding verbally.

Otherwise however she would enter into a casual, but ready stance. Ready for the bout ahead, guy or not, his size compared to her own was far less than it could have been, more than workable for her, so to say her confidence was shooting up was a massive understatement.

Cleo was disappointed to learn that his opponent Seraphina was mute. He really did not know how to feel about that. He just took a deep sigh and said “Sorry you don’t have a cute voice, but maybe I can help you with that after I win.” Cleo said before heading to his corner and jumping up and down to warm himself up.

Cleo would then get into a boxing stance, looking ready for the match as the bell would ring.

DING! DING! DING!

Cleo would slowly approach Seraphina and look for her to move. Going head first was nota good option for his fighting style, he needed to look for an opening.

Seraphina's eyes would narrow slightly as she heard the response from Cleo. Specifically him saying that he felt sorry for her. Granted there's not a lot of things that he could have said to get on her good side, but that was arguably one of the worst things he could have said to her.

Afterall pity was one of the things Seraphina needed the least. Now that the bell had rung though Seraphina would approach her opponent, noting that he had a boxing stance to him. Interesting.

Once close enough she would suddenly shift back before throwing her leg up, seemingly going for a high kick at his face! Only she would stop her foot just short of hitting his face.

All because she was hoping to raise his guard up so that she could drop down while swinging her other leg around at the same time, attempting to take Cleo off his feet with a leg sweep!

Cleo did not know how Seraphina was going to respond to what he said or how he approached her, but he knew he had to be ready for basically anything at the moment. He needed to watch her closely, and not get thrown off by anything she did.

It looked like a Seraphina was going for a kick too the head, and Cleo responded by using his hands to guard his head, only that he felt no impact.

And then he fell straight on his ass after getting leg swept. “AAAH!” Cleo yelped as he fell, Seraphina managed to trick him, and now he was in a disadvantageous situation.

Cleo whether intentional or not had insulted Seraphina and made her all the more eager to take the 'Cute Calamity' and make him a whole lot less cute. Managing to succeed in her trick she managed to knock him down to the mat with a leg sweep.

Smirking just a bit wider with evil intent as she did so Seraphina would push up and jump lightly so that she would close the distance between them and land on top of Cleo, straddling his chest! If successful she would start to pepper his face with some ground and pound punches!

Cleo was caught completely off guard by the leg sweep, and now was on his back. Luckily for him, being on your back in wrestling does not mean you are defenseless compared to boxing while being on your back clearly means you’re out.

However, he did not expect Seraphina to sit on her chest, the evil grin on her face clearly meant she was up to no good. So, Cleo put his guard up with both his hands, as punches came crashing onto them.

Cleo knew he needed to wait for an opening, cause Seraphina was not going to stop. As soon as he could, he would attempt to catch one of Seraphina’s punches, and attempt to give her a hook to the face, hoping that the punch would be strong enough to knock her off.

So far the match was starting about as well as it could for Seraphina against her male opponent. Taking Cleo down to the mat relatively easily and dropping herself down on top of him to unleash a rain of punches she hoped this would be enough for a early advantage.

Unfortunately this was not to be the case and rather than a soft face she felt her fists impacts hard forearms. Worst yet she found one of said arms, more specifically the fist digging into her face instead, taking her clear off of Cleo!

"!!!" Releasing the closest thing as possible to a groan of pain as she was knocked down by Cleo the multi toned hair would sit up with a glare at the man across from her. Pushing herself up and twisting her body around to swing her leg straight up Seraphina would try and take advantage of him still being down to try and deliver a kick directly down on his ribs!

Cleo’s punches was something he had a lot of pride in, and he decided to show that when he managed to punch Seraphina right in the face and knock her off. Feeling proud of himself, Cleo tried to move back up in a seated position, watching Seraphina closely.

That was when he saw Seraphina’s leg suddenly move towards him, looking to kick him in the chest. In a panic, and due to not really being used to dealing with kicks, Cleo took the kick to hic chest. “GAH!” He said as he was knocked back down.

Holding his chest in pain, Cleo was not ready for what might happen next.
