Nozomi smiled hearing those words of encouragement then she decided to tell her “I know I gotta try to out scissor hold you, and you got way more experience than me. Should I expect to be knocked out or feel like I’m going too?” She asked being as honest as she could with her questions.

The Australian could not cover up her giggle hearing Nozomi worries '' Maybe you are overthinking it a bit too much. Only 2 girls that I trained managed to compete at that level from day 1. I can't promise you won't go out or that your neck won't be a little bit sore after this but... If it ressures you... I got medical training on the field so if you want after... I patch you up. '' Amy would say with a little amused smile.

Nozomi nods as Amy explained how it will work and assuring her that she’ll be patched up when it’s all said and done. “Well that takes some weight off my shoulders.” She said

Amy calmly smiled at Nozomi before stretching a bit asking how she wanted to proceed '' Do you need some time still, do you want to eat something beforehand, do you want to change ? No pressure. '' She would add just not to force her hand on a decision but she was bar open to hear Nozomi out. Her main concern about this was the body heat v.s the efficiency to maintain a slippery hold.

Nozomi took some swigs from her water bottle before answering “I’d say eat after, I don’t wanna end up puking on your nice facility here. Maybe some time to cool before we do this cause I know this is gonna hurt.” She admits but she would try to give Amy a challenge.

Amy smiled amused at how clever Nozomi was to think ahead '' Smart. '' Valentine would casually relax fully laying back down asking about Nozomi previous experiences if she had any '' Is it your first time :? ''

Nozomi giggled as she might not have answered her question fully. “Well my first time in this type of training yes. But Keijo training isn’t easy either. Plus I got a gymnastics background like if I stayed I could’ve gone to the Olympics.” She told Amy.
