Sonic Cat vs. Annie Clark - Powers Come in Small Packages

Smashing her own forehead against Annie's, Sonic Cat was finally freed from the bearhug. Still, the headbutt also left her dizzied, and she struggled to remain on her feet even as Annie dropped on her knee. Shaking her head, Sonic Cat would try to retain her footing as she would stand before her opponent before she attempted to deliver a kick right at the side of her opponent's head!

"ORYAAHHH!!!"

Letting out a loud kiai, Sonic Cat would deliver her kick at Annie's head, hoping that the kick would bring her down to the mat. Whether the kick connected or not, Sonic Cat would then stagger to the side, trying her best to not fall down to the mat. She grunted, clutching her head as she tried to soothe the pain from the headbutt earlier.

Annie dropped to her knee, the smol powerhouse was basically left wide open for whatever Sonic Cat wanted to do to her. She was free game for the time being, and could do nothing to stop Sonic Cat, even as Annie heard her loud scream.

And then Sonic Cat’s kick collided with the side of Annie’s head, and the country girl landed on her side, holding her head. She was in a stunned state. Sonic Cat had regained control of the match.

Sonic Cat's kick connected, and she managed to knock Annie down to the mat. "Woooohoo!!" Sonic Cat cheered after successfully knocking her opponent down, though she still needed to shake off the headache from performing the headbutt earlier. Staggering a little, the heroine would take a look at her opponent before she ran past her, moving towards the ropes to rebound from them.

Rebounding from the ropes, Sonic Cat would then return back to where Annie was, making use of her momentum to perform her next move, which was a running moonsault, in which she would flip in the air after running before landing right on top of her opponent. If successful, she would keep herself on top of Annie as she would try to pin her, hooking one of her legs for a pinfall attempt.

Annie was still in pain from the sudden kick that had caught her off guard in this match, still holding her head from the pain. Because of this, she was completely unaware of Sonic Cat running towards the ropes and back at her.

Before she knew it, Sonic Cat slammed on top of her with a moonsault. “OOH!” Annie groaned as she was nailed clean. Straight after this, Annie was pinned by Sonic Cat, her leg being hooked.

And straight after the two count, Annie kicked out and shoved Sonic Cat off of her, needing to take a breather.

Hitting Annie with a running moonsault, Sonic Cat then went for the pin, and she listened to the counts from the referee. Still, Annie managed to kick out after two, which meant the match would still continue. Letting out a sigh, Sonic Cat would pick herself up, preparing herself to continue with her offense as she would grab Annie and pull her up, looking to pull her up alongside her.

"You're pretty strong, but I gotta win this match." Sonic Cat said as she would hold onto Annie's wrist before she attempted to send her running towards a corner with an Irish whip. She was looking to have her hit the turnbuckle, and as soon as she let her go, the heroine would rush after her, looking to hit her with a dropkick as soon as her opponent hit the corner.

Annie had just barely kicked out after the moonsault, her night might have ended right there if she was not plenty durable. It appears Sonic Cat was not about to let the Southerner recover however, as she was being brought up to her feet.

Annie was stumbling for a bit, and before she could recover, Sonic Cat grabbed her hand and whipped her towards the corner. Annie hit the corner back first, causing a loud “UGH!” to be uttered from the country girl’s mouth.

Annie stepped a bit forward after the impact, only to be hit with a mighty dropkick from Sonic Cat, dropping Annie to the mat. Annie was laid flat on her back from the impact.

Sending Annie towards the corner, Sonic Cat then proceeded to follow her and hit her with a dropkick. Her attack connected, and the heroine quickly picked herself up to see her opponent, who was laid out on the mat. Feeling satisfied, Sonic Cat nodded to herself before she moved over to her and grabbed her by her wrists, pulling her slightly away from the corner. Sonic Cat had one thing in mind.

After doing that, Sonic Cat would then walk towards the corner, looking to climb up the turnbuckle. Getting herself up at the top, standing up there, she would look at the direction of her opponent, and after memorizing where her opponent was, the heroine would take flight, performing a picture perfect moonsault, flipping in the air so that she could land right on top of Annie with a moonsault splash!

Annie was left completely vulnerable after being dropped by Sonic Cat after a dropkick. The sothern girl had no answer for Sonic Cat’s exceptionally speedy offense, and she never had the time to get a grip on Sonic Cat and start throwing her.

Being laid out on the mat meant that Annie was not ready for what was next. As she could only feel the vibrations of Sonic Cat running towards the corner.

And before she knew it, Annie was splashed on by Sonic Cat with a perfect moonsault. “UGH!” Annie groaned in pain as her body crumpled from the impact.

Landing right on top of Annie's body, Sonic Cat would maintain her position on top of her, planning to test her luck to see if she could put her away with a pin. Reaching down to one of Annie's legs, Sonic Cat hooked it up as she would go for a pinfall attempt. The referee would come over and start counting for the pin.

"ONE!"

Annie was basically laid out after the moonsault Sonic cat landed on her with, there was no way she could respond to anything at this moment in time.

Only thing Annie could feel is Sonic Cat lay on top of her and hooking her leg, going for a pin attempt.

And just right about when the referee was about to hit the mat a third time, Annie managed to kick out basically at 2.9! She still writhed around in pain, having barely survived the moonsault, but she had to continue fighting.
