We Need To Do Better

Hey guys, Wanderer here,

This might ruffle some feathers and some people might not like what I have to say, but sometimes, someone needs to put the iron glove over the velvet one so the message can come through more. I’m going to be respectful with this message and I’m not a mod or I ain’t Winner, I’m just a random user on here sharing his thoughts. View this as such please. Straight up, we need to do better as a community.

I’ve heard many stories of “this user does this” and “this user does that” or “this user doesn’t want their character to lose a single match.” Again, stories, but some seem to become more true the more you hear about them. As a wrestling RP community, we need to lift each other up and have some fun booking matches and for the most part, I think we accomplish that goal. However, there seems to be some egos and even if it is a vocal minority, I honestly think they can do better, not calling out any names. All I can say is you know who you are and I implore you to help make LAW a better place whether you’ve been doing that already or you’re facing some troubles. I feel like this would make things a lot easier for everyone else.

Again, I don’t say this to stoke division or tension. I’ve just been feeling really unsatisfied with this website and the community recently. I can only speak for myself and that’s why I’m sharing my thoughts right here. At the same time, I love this place and there are so many good people. Lots of creative people, characters, and stories to tell. That’s why I love having WFPW partner up with it and those that want to be in the partnership love it as well. I’m a realist and I wanted to be straightforward.

Just help make this place great like it should be. Put aside the egos and let’s make this place better. If you’re mad at me for saying this, that’s fine. I just wanted to share my opinions.
