Blood Feud: Kyo Akamatsu vs Wisteria Khan

After enduring Sheena's devastating Shere Lock, he needed an opening to take charge of this match once again. He quickly found it as he nailed Sheena with a brutal feint and followed up with a stunner that left the other wrestler staggering back against the ropes, dazed. Good, he thought to himself. Now all he needed to do was follow up on this, and he would be firmly in control of the match once more.

Rolling back up to his feet, Kyo would grab a hold of Sheena's arms and try to fold them behind her back, trapping them. Unless Sheena did something to counter him at that moment, he would pull back from the ropes and arch back, aiming to tilt Sheena back and slamming her hard into the mat for a suplex, keeping a hold of her arms to make sure her shoulder stayed on the mat for a pinfall!

[Bare]

Focused solely on Kyo and trying to resume the fight Sheena had unintentionally left herself open for the boy to catch her off guard with a counter and follow up stunner. One that left her stumbling into the ropes, completely defenseless and unable to do much of anything as Kyo came upon her once more.

"Ngh..." Grunting softly as her arms were seized and pinned behind her back Sheena was left unable to do much of anything before she was suddenly pulled backwards and slammed down into the mat with a dragon suplex! "AGH!" Sheena cried out in pain, her legs hanging over her as the ref dropped down to count the pin!

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

Just after the two count Sheena would suck a breath in and jerk her hips to the side, attempting to break Kyo's grip on her and fall down on her side to escape the pinning predicament!

The mat banged underneath them as Kyo brought Sheena crashing down in a dragon suplex. Keeping Sheena's arms locked under his, he remained arched off the mat, his face pressed up against the small of Sheena's back as he kept her shoulders down on the mat, eager to end this match decisively. He waited as the nearby ref suddenly began the countdown, and his heartbeat increased as the count reached two...

No, of course it wouldn't be that easy. Before the count could reach three, Sheena jerked out, tumbling to the side and breaking the pinfall. He exhaled a deep breath as he flopped down to his back: of course a fighter of Sheena's caliber was going to kick out. Sheena was absolutely living up to her reputation, and was probably the toughest opponent he had faced here in LAW so far.

Sitting up, he rolled over and shoved Sheena back onto her front. "That muta lock you put me in earlier was really well executed," he told her, showing respect and admiration to his opponent even as he grabbed for one of her boots. "One good hold deserves another, I think." And with no further formalities, he would place a knee against Sheena's back and yank on her trapped leg, trying to arch it across his shoulders. If all went according to plan, he would lock in a stretch muffler, trying to bend Sheena into a C-shape as he trapped her in one of his signature finishers!

Covered and pinned Sheena knew she was in danger and put all she had into kicking out before the third count could even begin to approach. Unfortunately however kicking out left her on her side and breathing heavily, unprepared for really much of anything, let alone Kyo forcing her over onto her stomach!

"Ngh!" Sheena grunted from the weight on her back, starting to writhe but not before her leg was grabbed and as it was raised up, combined with what Kyo was saying, made her eyes widen in realization at what was about to happen to her! "Aghhhhh!" Sheena cried out in pain, instinctively grabbing at her hair as a way to deal with the pain setting in, for now forced to just lay there and take the hold for the time being!

The match had reached a particularly tense point now. While earlier, Kyo had been at Sheena's mercy, and forced to endure one of the nastiest submission holds in her arsenal, things had reversed, and now it was Sheena who was in trouble. It took only a second for Kyo to drape Sheena's leg across his back, keeping his knee pressed down against the small of her back as he pushed down on her knee and on the toe of her boot; a few seconds was all it took before Sheena started to shriek as her leg and back were contorted to their limit!

"WI-STER-RIA!" Around them, the fans were chanting Sheena's ring name, stomping in unison with the chant. "WI-STER-RIA!" Kyo wasn't insulted that the crowd was favouring Sheena in this fight-- she was the more established wrestler here, after all-- but family honour was on the line, and he absolutely wasn't going to relent. He breathed hard, sweat shining on his brow and chest as he torqued the hold further leaning down as he bent Sheena's leg until her boot was now hovered just above her violet haired head. At this rate, even if Sheena tried to crawl to the ropes, their positions would make it extremely difficult for her to do so, all the while Kyo would be bending her like a pretzel.

"Ask her!" Kyo shouted to the ref. Almost immediately the ref girl dropped down next to Sheena's face to ask her if she gave up. All the while, the crowd around them was shouting with barely contained excitement and panic...

Tabled had been successfully revered with Kyo's skill really starting to shine through now the male locked her into a stretch muffler, torquing her leg and back relentlessly, naturally reaping some screams from Sheena as a result. However a seemingly unintended side effect was the crowd seemingly definitively taking up the side of Sheena as they chanted for her loudly, actually firing Sheena up more and more as she looked up with a determined glare on her face.

"No... way... NGH!" Sheena ground out despite wincing sharply in pain from how far back Kyo was bending her, almost to the point that her foot was touching her head. Despite this however... it actually gave her an idea.

"Gah.. hgnh..." Grunting loudly as she pushed her hands against the mat to brace herself Sheena would use her free leg to raise up, before bringing her heel down on Kyo's head. It wasn't going to be especially strong given the awkward and less than ideal angle, but it would still be her hard boot bashing against Kyo's face, and it was something she'd repeat multiple times to try and force him into letting go of the submission!

Kyo's teeth were clenched as he leaned back further, torquing Sheena's leg further than it was meant to go and testing her flexibility to its limits. The girl's spine had to be on fire now, he knew, and with all of Kyo's weight pressing down against the small of her back, it was all but impossible for Sheena to crawl towards the ropes. Sweat rolled down his forehead as he fought to maintain the hole, pulling her booted foot down to the point where it was hovering over Sheena's purple haired head. Any minute now she had to tap--

And then, from out of nowhere, Sheena's free boot kicked out, hammering Kyo in the face! Stars exploded across his vision, and he grunted, releasing Sheena as he rolled away from her, clutching his face and dizzily trying to get back up to his feet. "Unngh...dammit..." As annoyed as he was by this escape, it also made him all the more impressed with Sheena's tenacity and resolve. Any other foe would have tapped out from that. She was definitely worthy of her family's vaunted legacy.

Sheena was in a world of pain right now. Kyo's stretch muffler was bending her back to its utmost limit and she surely wouldn't be able to put up with it for too much longer. Luckily though she wouldn't have too, with Kyo's own zealousness with the hold being his undoing, with how far he had bent Sheena's leg allowing her the chance to use her free leg to kick at his head until he was finally forced to let go of his hold!

"Hagh..." Sheena gasped out, crawling forward and away from Kyo, knowing that above all else she needed to get some distance from him. Otherwise he could just go right back to unleashing some offense against her that would certainly spell disaster for her if she let it happen. Pushing herself up if Kyo wasn't on her already Sheena would try and get to a vertical base, knowing this would be most critical to getting back into this match.

Kyo almost couldn't believe it. He had had Sheena practically trapped in the center of the ring, unable to escape. His stretch muffler had put away many an opponent in the past. And yet somehow, the Akan girl had.managed to power through all of that and land a kick on him to escape! He rubbed his head.where Sheena had landed the lucky hit. Her tenacity, her determination...Sheena had definitely been the caliber of opponent he had been looking for when he had first come to LAW.

But their match wasnt over yet. Pushing himself back up to his feet, Kyo moved to grab Sheena by the arm and yank her to her feet. As he did so, he he would try to wrap one arm around her head and another around her thigh to swiftly suplex her to the mat again!

Sheena panted and winced in pain softly after finally having her leg freed from Kyo's gruelling submission hold. Despite this thought she knew that she was still in trouble and Kyo was definitely going to want to look to keep pressing her. Truly he was a tenacious and skilled opponent, one that she would have to credit too once the match was over.

Key word being over. For now the match was still definitely on and neither were willing to back down just yet and Kyo unfortunately had the advantage as he surged forward, grabbing her by the arm and forcing her up to her feet before shifting to hold her head and leg, something that could be potentially disastrous if she let it connect! "Ngh! No way!" Sheena groaned out, using her free leg to hook over Kyo's leg before grabbing his shoulder and falling backwards, trying to pull him over her for a roll up pin!
