The Idol Dragons vs Irish Oldschool - Tornado Tag Match for the WOWW Tag Titles

Something clearly wasn't working. More than once, Nashi and Yukino had tried to help each other back up, but every time they got close, the members of Irish Oldschool were right there to strike them back down. After taking two hard slams in quick succession, Yukino was feeling sore all over; as she started to sit back up on the mat she winced and hissed through her teeth, hugging her arm closer to herself. She knew that she wouldn't be able to withstand much more of this punishment if it kept up. Even now, she could barely find it in her to get up. But she could, out of the corner of her eye, see how Nashi was rolling toward the ropes - and that gave her an idea. Peggy and Lauren would almost certainly be hot on her heels, unless...

Looking back at the pink-haired girl, Yukino nodded her head. "Yeah, of course...we've come too far!" she shouted back. But then, she turned back toward her opponents, settling a glare on them. "You might think you're so tough...but Nashi and I are still going to win this! You couldn't even win at Apex!" she added, turning toward Peggy. She was sure that, for the Irishwoman, being reminded of her defeat would strike a nerve, and if she could direct their opponents' ire her way, it would leave Nashi free to set up whatever she needed to do to take back control. A shudder ran down Yukino's spine - she knew that whatever they could do to her was going to hurt. But it just might work!

Peggy and Lauren saw Yukino get up, which shocked the both of them after slamming her as hard as they could. Peggy shook her head and scowled at Yukino. "Oh shut yer mouth ya whiney little git! Like you would know what its like to claw your way up when you show up and immediately get chances other woman had to wrestle in obscurity for years to get!" Peggy shouted. Both she and Lauren were now chasing after Yukino looking to get their hands on her!

Nashi had sweat coming down her from how harsh this match has been between for both teams. Nashi looked Yukino who seemed to already figure out a plan of action. Rather than fight them head on she was trying to get the Oldschool focusing on her rather than Nashi. She let out a gasp, the idea of these two double teaming her partner could spell the end for match, but Nashi knew Yukino had something up her sleeve.

When she heard the winter idol roast Peggy it did cause Nashi to snicker a bit. Now that the Oldschool had their sights on her, Nashi would try and roll over to the side of the ring and slowly pull herself up on the ropes. If successful she would stretch her back out letting out some deep breath's trying to make sure she'll be ready to continue the fight in a minute or so.

As she saw Peggy and Lauren drawing closer by the minute, Yukino sucked down a gulp. Her heart was pounding, and her teeth were locked into a grimace as she clenched her hands tightly at her sides to try and keep herself from trembling too much. The anger she heard rising in Peggy's voice didn't make it any easier. As she was reminded of the pain she was in, a shudder ran through her body, and as it did, she hugged her arm a little closer. That soreness was just another reminder that she couldn't take another hard hit in her current state. Certainly she couldn't take whatever the members of Irish Oldschool had in store for her...

But she couldn't turn back now. She was doing this for Nashi. She was putting all she had on the line so that her partner could make her move, and do what she needed to do. Sucking in a gulp, Yukino looked over to where Nashi was going for the ropes. She was fighting her way up slowly but surely...but not fast enough to ease Yukino's fears. And Irish Oldschool was gaining on her. Every second that ticked by made her grow more and more tense. All she could do was hope this would work...

"Come on, Nashi..." she whispered, more to herself than anything else. "Get up..."

Peggy was the faster of the two anti showed as she was gaining on Yukino. She jumped and leapt tacking Yukino down and giving her a hard hit to the head before rolling off her. She knew Lauren was coming. "All right get her!" Peggy shouted as Lauren nodded, leaping up and extending her elbow looking to come crashing down on Yukino's back with a big elbow drop!

The two members of Irish Oldschool then grabbed Yukino up and looked like they had an idea. They were setting up to both grab hold of Yukino and lift her up for a double suplex only she would come crashing down with her back across the top of the turnbuckle instead of simply landing on the ground if they were able to pull this off!

Nashi was pulling herself up to herself up to her feet to try and help out her partner. They were lifting up Yukino with Nashi's eyes widening."NOOOO!" She yelled as she forced herself forward to run from behind and went to pull back both her fist aiming to punch both members of the Irish Oldschool to prevent the slam from happening!

"Ugh!"

Peggy and Lauren both stumbled forward and dropped Yukino back to her feet although they still had hold of her. Peggy moved forward trying to push Yukino into the corner to salvage something of their advantage over Yukino. She was going to try to knee, punch, forearm and kick her against the turnbuckle if she could hoping to keep working over her target.

Lauren turned after stumbling forward hoping to address Nashi who was resurgent. Lauren tried to swing a punch into the abdomen of Nashi to strike back hoping to swing more and strike Nashi to halt her advance! Lauren knew she had to be more effective and hoped that big strikes could stop the momentum of Nashi from growing.

Yukino could only suck in a breath and prepare herself for the worst. She knew this was going to hurt - she could only hope she'd still be in fighting shape by the end of it. As Peggy came hurtling toward her, the white-haired girl's body locked up as her eyes squeezed shut in a wince, even before the Irishwoman slammed into her with enough force to bowl her onto her back. As her head struck the mat, it bounced upward with a thud, and she rolled over on her side, clutching at her temples as she reeled in pain - just in time for Lauren to follow soon after with an elbow drop across Yukino's back, which knocked all the air out of her lungs!

"Aackpff-!! Ooooff..!!" Coughing and sputtering, Yukino began to sink lower into the mat. The impact alone had been enough to leave her dizzied - when Peggy and Lauren proceeded to scoop her up into the air, she didn't realize what was about to happen to her until was already held high over the mat. But when she shook herself to her senses, a chill ran down her spine - especially when she looked back over her shoulder at where she was going to land. Any drop this far was going to spell trouble. And when it was onto the turnbuckle, that was even worse! No matter of preparation could have readied Yukino for this, and as she began to tip back slowly, she could feel her heart racing faster and faster, anticipating that painful crescendo...

But it never came. In the heat of the moment, Yukino had almost forgotten that she'd accepted the danger in order to buy Nashi some time. And right when she needed Nashi most, the pink-haired girl came through, slamming into Peggy and Lauren with fists flying!

As she dropped to the mat, Yukino let out a gasp. At first, she was taken by surprise; it seemed like a miracle this was even happening! But once she shook the surprise out of her head, she looked back at Nashi with a grin, and she extended her hand for a high-five. She didn't know why she would ever doubt that Nashi had her back!

"Looks like I owe ya one, Nashi..." she chuckled. But she just as quickly directed her attention back to Irish Oldschool, where her eyes narrowed in focus. They were still on the move, and an active threat - Yukino couldn't let her guard down! "But it looks like we've got our work cut out for us-!"

In a flash, Yukino jumped into action! Peggy was closing in on her fast, but she would be ready! The Irishwoman was throwing a volley of strikes her way, too rapidly for Yukino to ever hope to track them, but if that was the case, Yukino would have to adjust. She bobbed and weaved her way around, keeping her guard raised and her body in motion to dodge as many shots as she could. She was waiting for Peggy to present the opportunity - where she would grab her by the arm and attempt to whip her into the ropes, where she'd be ready to grab her by the head and drop straight down to throw her head-first into the mat with a bulldog on the rebound!

Nashi was racing to save her partner and was hoping her fist would connect... thankfully it did! Right in the neck of time she was able to halt the progress of the Irish Oldschool with Nashi returning the high five to her partner"You can count on me, you get the redhead, i got the blonde" She let out a cheeky grin before being confronted by Lauren. "GUH!" She bent forward spitting out in pain as she was hit in the abdomen. Lauren sent more and more hitting nashi in the face causing her to stumble back"AAAH!" Nashi let out a cry as she went to try and push forward to respond back with a punch to the face!

Lauren was swinging and connecting, but Nashi was fighting back! Lauren had landed her hits but Nashi swung back smashing her in the face! "UGH!" Lauren groaned as she stumbled back a step. She tried to move back in and respond in kind hoping to hammer Nashi in the side of the jaw with a hard right hook to keep the strike-fest going!

Peggy was not faring as well however. She was swinging but the brawler was being evaded until Yukino grabbed her arm and whipped her to the ropes. Peggy bounced off and before she knew it had her face painfully planted to the mat! "ARGH!" Peggy was face down on the mat kicking her feet as her hands covered her now throbbing face as she was down on the canvas hoping that Lauren was faring better than she was.
