Helena DuBois vs Lyra Heartfield - Steel Cage Match

"Ugh... NGH! ARGH!" Helena shouted as she flailed her arms and stomped her legs while her face was bashed hard against the cage and raked alongside it! She was trying to push herself back or kick at Lyra, struggling to free herself from the grip of the smaller wrestler. Helena was surprised by this and not prepared for how brutal and blunt Lyra's fighting style had been thus far in the match.

Lyra then brought Helena back hoping to run and launch her a good few inches into the cage wall! The audience would be cringing at how Helena was being dominated in the early opening of this match. Sure, The Selection is known for being brutal, but it surprisingly felt bittersweet when Helena was taking this punishment. Some fans still cheered on her destruction, but others didn’t want to see her totally get injured. Lyra kicked down at Helena repeatedly with no referee in sight to stop the madness!

Helena was down on the mat being stomped relentlessly using her arms to try to cover up while she kicked the canvas in pain. She was trying to grab hold of one of Lyra's feet to get the stomping to stop either thinking of pushing her away or pulling her to maybe get her to fall... right now Helena's options were limited and she was willing to try what little she could to get some breathing room.

Lyra was gleefully taking it to Helena and the smug braggart was having more trouble than she thought. In a moment of clarity, Helena grabbed one of Lyra’s legs hanging on for dear life. Lyra tried shaking her off, but Helena tumbled Lyra down to the mat as Helena was trying to figure out her escape plan. This wasn’t turning out how she wanted, but she probably had the idea she needed to match Lyra’s brutality and relentless attitude. Two can play at that game as they say.

Helena had Lyra down and tried to crawl on top of her. She reached out and dug her nails into Lyra's face raking her nails across Lyra's eyes! Helena was trying to stun her so she could land some hard punches to the face before yanking her up by the hair. Helena would try to pick Lyra up and hold her up while running into the cage as hard as she could smashing Lyra back-first into it before tossing her back down to the canvas. She was going to break this little bratty fortune teller tonight...

Lyra gasped as Helena raked her eyes and she tried shielding her head from the punches, but Helena was coming down hard. There were no restrictions so Helena could be as violent as she wanted to be. Helena picked Lyra up by her blonde hair and was rammed back first into the steel cage as Lyra covered her face grabbing her back. The crowd winced a little and expected cries of mercy, but Lyra lifted her head laughing manically. She could feel pain, suffering, agony rolling through her back, but the power of The Anomaly twisted her sense of reality. Sometimes, pain and suffering were a joyful thing and the perfect pawn for mind games.

Helena heard Lyra... laugh? She scowled and her anger quickly took over. "Shut that mouth of yours you bratty little bitch!" Helena shouted as she raised her leg to stomp down hard on Lyra's face before grabbing her by the hair to pull her to her feet. Helena was going to try to lift Lyra up and step forward to hit her with a backbreaker before keeping hold and stepping towards the cage looking to use Lyra like a battering ram against the wall, her skull leading the way for the impact against the cage! Helena was on a mission and driven to determine she was superior to this little girl who somehow beat her before. Helena was going to make sure that didn't happen again.

Lyra coughed and wheezed as Helena kept shoving her boot in the face of the fortune teller, but Lyra still held onto a bit of a grin despite the amount of pain Helena was putting her through. Helena brought Lyra up sideways before hitting a Backbreaker on the knee getting a mild scream out of Lyra. She lifted her again as the Canadian would then seek to bash Lyra's face into the cage. Lyra hit the cage with her skull as the entirety of the cage wall rattled from the impact as Lyra slumped over Helena's shoulder. Lyra kept her cheeky grin as the pain fueled her, but Helena had control of the match regardless.

Helena wanted to wipe that look right off Lyra so badly.....

The Canadian took Lyra and pulled her up by the hair running towards the corner. She wanted to use Lyra's head like a battering ram against the turnbuckle then looked to repeatedly bash her face off the turnbuckle as hard as she could! Helena was on a mission and hoped to smash some sense into this crazy little fortune teller girl.....

Lyra, under the control of her master, loved the pain being inflicted upon her and in turn, it made an unsettling feeling for the rest of this match. Did Lyra build up an immunity to the pain thus far and could last longer against such punishment? Helena wanted to disapprove that theory so she grabbed Lyra up and bashed her face off the turnbuckle. While Lyra took a few shots and had blurry vision, she thought it was time to get back in control of this match. When Helena wasn’t paying attention, Lyra lifted one of her legs back to low blow Helena to counter!
