LAW Apex No Holds Barred Match

No Holds Barred. Korra had been dreaming of a chance to finally end her war with Amy. A match that couldn’t end until one of them was done was the only way it could end after what he two of them had done to one another. After Korra had her tossed off a boat before a PPV on the off chance that she was the partner of the Alumni’s opponent Amy had been throwing herself at her every chance she got. Including the match that she was trying to remove her from. Korra supposed it was to be expected when you made things that personal. No one could avoid holding a grudge after what would feel like an attempted murder. It was Korra’s fault for not handling things better and making sure she’d made Amy afraid of crossing the Alumni again. Maybe Amy didn’t feel fear, or maybe she was too dumb to understand when she should back away. Regardless of the why the only thing that mattered now was that she would end it. Her road had been fraught with troubles but nothing she couldn’t handle. First was the cheerleader Cheryl Williams who dared think she could be anything other than easy mark for Korra to play with. She got closer than she ought have yet still fell like she was expected to. Next was Loretta Sombra Who treated a match with her like a time to play sexpot and show off. Korra turned that beating into a lesson about when it was time to play around, and how it was never when you were in the ring with her. Maybe whatever she broke in her chest would help her remember that lesson. The final one was Doctor Fabulous who tried to have Korra’s head examined by splitting it open. Showing ruthlessness that would make a conversation between her and Haruka a nightmare for any patient she came the closest to earning any respect from the Enforcer. Still she had a lesson to learn like all the others. That lesson? Korra the Enforcer was not someone you can beat.

It was a lesson meant for everyone to learn. Amy would get her second class in it, seeing as she couldn’t understand this the last time Korra tried to teach her. Indeed it was obvious Amy wasn’t in a learning mood even having Korra As an ally didn’t help her learn that fighting her was futile. This was the only way it would end. Flanked by her teammates Noloty and Haruka of the Alumni Korra was stepping out at the top of the ramp to more of her usual boos. The enforcer simply rolled her eyes and marched down to the ring with the two following closely behind her. “Eyes out for Amy until she’s in that ring with me. Once things are clear I want both of you to clear out.” “What?” “That’s not a good idea. You lose and we’re all in big tro-” “Clear. Out. Don’t make me repeat myself.” Her words were final. Yes Robin demanded a win here. So what? Korra never needed help winning a fight and her biggest fight wasn’t going to be when she got it. They would do things the bosses way once this was over. Amy was hers to destroy and she didn’t want another bruise on that blonde bitches face unless she was the one who made it. Only she entered the ring while Noloty and Haruka stayed outside looking around for any signs of that lionness. Unless she came from the ramp they would intervene to avoid her getting a cheap shot on Korra. They knew how unhinged she’d become with them since they dumped her into the sea so her anger couldn’t ruin this night. “Show yourself Lion. Show yourself so I can end you.”

Fighting was about the only thing that made sense to Amy. Normally what she had with Korra would be a simple battle between rivals seeking to prove they're stronger. She had many of those, some outside of LAW and others in it like her fights with Karina, who she fought to get here. All Amy had done was fight through her qualifiers and not worry too much about other things, having many battles that tested how much she could take like her matches against Toshiko and Alison did or how she had to get creative to beat people like Charlotte who packed a punch for someone Amy had a size and strength advantage over. Those were what she lived for, so besides Alison who needed her ass beat again later she was happy with her journey and the results. This wasn't about a fight, this was about smacking the shit out of a bitch who was leading a group Amy wanted to destroy. As expected when such a group tries to throw you off a boat and gives you a silly life raft as your only means of staying alive. Amy enjoyed getting back at them for that but she wouldn't be content until all of them were buried in the ocean they tried to leave her in.

Amy's entrance was her usual somber song Lion, and she walked out cracking her neck while she looked down at the ring where Korra was waiting for her. So much about her casual sadism with opponents in the ring to her attitude with everyone reminded Amy of...The old her. It really said a lot that Amy didn't like to talk about how much Korra disgusted her for that reason alone, she wasn't sure if she could change, not truly but she was at least happy she wasn't like her anymore. Amy stepped down to the ring and stepped in the ring, the crowd cheering her on ready to see her beat the Enforcer. Amy had no words for her, or anyone she brought with her, they'd said enough getting to this point so all Amy had for Korra was fists.

The Alumni watched and waited for Amy to arrive not trusting the music playing to be where she arrived until they saw her come out. As she started to walk down the ramp Korra looked back at Haruka and Noloty who nodded and started to walk away. Briefly they crossed paths with Amy and for a tense moment everyone thought they might attack her despite Korra telling them not too. That ended when the two kept walking with only Noloty turning around to give Amy a wink and snickering before she left. They had decided to honor Korra’s request trusting that she would deliver the Alumni a victory. Now it was just them. Korra watched Amy enter and stayed away. She knew this moment was special and would let Amy savor it before ripping it away from her. “Are you ready? This might be the last time you get to go all out. Injuries can catch up to you after a fight like this?”

Amy slowed down when she saw Noloty and Haruka start to walk towards her, and kept her eyes on them when they slowed down walking past her. They kept going, but Amy didn't stop watching them and even turned her back to the side against the railing so she could keep looking back between them and Korra until both of them were out of sight. That was a few less problems to deal with, now it was just the person she was here for. Noloty and Haruka would get theirs later. Her attention went back to Korra who had a few words for her, since she wanted to talk Amy had a few for her.

"You think I'm scared of getting hurt, you must've been doing something else instead of watching the matches I took to get here. You're far from the scariest thing I've been fighting these past few months." Amy said. At least if someone like Alison or Charlotte threw her overboard they might actually make sure Amy didn't get back up. A mistake that was about to cost Korra full control of her body for the next year.

Now she was telling her she’d been through worse than what she was about to go through now. Amy really loved trying to kill the mood. “I’ve already seen everything you can do. I hate to disappoint you by telling I wasn’t quaking in my boots watching you struggle with those below me.” If Amy thought she could imply anyone was better than her she had forgotten how easy it would be for Korra to lift or crush half the roster. She was an unstoppable juggernaut without equal. Once upon a time she dared to think Amy could be close to her. Not anymore. Now she was a mess Korra her to clean up before becoming LAW’s finest champion. She was done waiting around to do it, rushing in since both of them seemed ready before anyone could stop her and opening the match with a running punch to Amy’s head!

Amy didn’t want to keep talking her gums off with Korra, she only had so much to say and the rest could be resolved without talking. She was ready to start this match and put an end to the personal matters between them. The only thing stopping her was the opening bell and the moment she saw Korra running at her she knew that not even that was going to be enough.

Korra was fast so Amy only had a few moments to act and instead of blocking or punching back Amy ducked under it and would instead try to grab Korra and lift her up on her shoulders. Quickly stepping forward so she was closer to the edge of the ring Amy would try to put this away early by going for an F-5 before Korra had a chance to react. If that connected Amy would push her to her back and pull her leg for a pin attempt.

Korra ran in and the bell followed her action. This was a no holds barred match so everything was up to them and Korra wasn’t waiting any longer. She aimed for Amy’s head to start things off and watched the Lion slink below her to start the match off by lifting Korra up. Not just for a random move either, she was going for a game ending F-5 as her opening gambit! Korra shook herself to fight out of Amy’s arms so she could get back on her feet before she was dropped. She wasn’t going to be taken out that quickly! Korra grabbed an arm and turned Amy towards her by pulling it, ripcording Amy into her fist for a Korr- hammer!

Amy had Korra up on her shoulders with unimaginable speed considering the size of Korra. She could really get going when she was at full strength and she wasn’t going to waste time playing games with her. She tried to finish it and throw her off for the move when Korra quickly started to fight back and slipped out once Amy released her, landing on her feet instead and stopping the move cold. Amy barely had time to notice it when Korra grabbed her hand and tried to ripcord her. She’d seen this move before, used on many of Korra’s past opponents including her and knew to duck the moment she was pulled back. It seemed that knowing each other meant that early big spots like this were harder to pull off, but Amy wasn’t going to give up yet. Instead of trying to pull her arm free from Korra she would pull on her arm to make Korra turn her way and when she did she would try to flatten her with a big lariat.

If that hit Amy had more where that came from, grabbing her arm and pulling her back up before Korra had time to recover and then sitting in behind her to grab her waist and toss her back with a german suplex! Her eyes would watch Korra the entire time for signs that she was fighting back, prepared to meet and counter whatever she did to escape.

Back on her feet and Amy still in her sights. “What made you think you could catch me in that?” Korra’s anger fueled her while going fly another punch, this time one known for putting people down for her finishers to do the rest. Assuming the Kor-hammer itself wasn’t already too much to handle. Whatever the case might’ve been with Amy went unanswered when the blonde ducked her punch again. This time she turned her around and slammed her chest with her entire arm. Her chest shook on impact. Crushed by the lariat that knocked her down when carried by the power and speed of Amy Evans. She was barely through the pain of that when Amy was hoisting her up by her arm and getting behind her to be lifted up. Korra couldn’t stop herself from following her lead and she couldn’t stop Amy lifting her up the he slammed back down with a powerful german suplex!
