An Electronic Reunion

"Nope...can't say I have but with all of you here I feel safe~"

Emma replied to Fang's question.

"I heard it's a pretty popular place according to Christina. I haven't been in a nightclub in quite a while. Last time I went someone mistook me for trying to steal there girl. I swear there were like three of them. Fang knows me...she knows I'm mostly a peaceful man but then one of them started calling me a マンコ or cunt I said fuck it and I immediately headbutted him. Now when I fight in the streets I don't fight fair...well there were three guys to begin with so it wasent fair for me to begin with but I remembered after I headbutt one of them I threw the girl at them, grabbed a glass bottle, and threw it at one of there heads. Then I remember and I swear this is what happened. People started moving out the way and I began just throwing chairs after chairs and eventually one of them tried to grab one of the chairs and I kicked him in the balls. The aftermath of that fight was I got charged with assualt and I was not allowed to enter that club again...which I think is bullshit but hey...it is what it is."

Alexios sat there quietly pondering what everyone was saying (and avoiding Alanna’s glares). Was it possible for him to find love? Twice he was sure of it. But every time he pulled away in various fashions. What was holding him back? He wondered. He listened to Hiro’s story with great interest and was glad that he only fought Hiro when there were rules. Alexios can fight, but he’s only ever fought in sparring or competition. He didn’t learn from the mean streets Hiro came from. ”It is bullshit. Like school punishing the student being bullied when he’s had enough, learns martial arts, and finally fights back,” Alexios said with an edge in his voice.

Even Alanna was surprised to hear that tidbit of introspection from Alexios. Especially since back then she was the bully growing up. ”And that bully was probably getting bullied worse at home and taking it out on anyone she could,” Alanna commented, surprising everyone. She gave Emma’s hand a tight squeeze. After Hiro and Fang reply, she’d pass out her purse with various mini bottles of alcohol. “Okay none for the driver until we park but the rest of you, Santé!”

"Oh...yay..."

Emma commented as she dosent seem to optimistic about taking another drink. Meanwhile Hiro began to curse himself.

"Fuck! Why did I agree to be the designated driver!"

The ride would continue on as Helen and Chrstina were out in the front of the club awaiting Hiro and the rest of gang. They see Hiro's car pulling up as Christina started to wave at them.

"Well we're here everyone. 楽しい時間を過ごしましょう."

The lot of them parked and got out of the car. Alanna had had her beef with Hiro and especially Christina. But for Emma’s sake she was willing to extend an olive branch. ”Hey Hiro. We can always uber home and pick up your car in the morning.” She offered Hiro a mini bottle of vodka to get him going.

Alanna then positioned Emma beside her so that they’d walk in with maximum flair and no doubt that they were a couple. “Indulge me, please? We’re publicly debuting here and I want them to see us in all our glory.” She offered her arm to Emma and they walked inside.

“All I’m saying is, it’s okay to be late to these things. You don’t want to be early to a club. You walk in when you feel like it. You’re gracing them with your presence and are, in that moment, the most interesting person there. Especially when they see you this way for the first time. Trust me.” Helen was attempting to assuage the usually disciplined Christina that it was okay that they were just getting into their Uber while Hiro and the others arrived early (”Ugh poor Alanna!”)

"Because you are such a gentleman." Fang teased Hiro when he complained about being the designated driver, "Besides, there's always time for another drink...later." She would say this as she gave a playful peck on Hiro's cheek. Once they arrived to the club, Fang helped with opening the doors to the vehicle as she waved to Christina.

Christina was happy to see her friends as she smiled and waved back at Fang before approaching her to give her a friendly hug.

"Hey Fang~ great to see you again~"

She looked around to see Emma as she giggled and gave her friend a hug also.

"Emma! Great to see you too~ I'm glad your doing great~ keep up the momentum~"

"Thank you eh~"

Emma replied back as Christina gave Hiro a friendly pat on the shoulder before turning her attention to Alanna.

"Alanna..."

Upon seeing the French woman, it was awkward to see her in the group as the two almost had beef with each other. However Emma won her last match against her and the Two became lovers this avoiding some potential fights.

Finally Christina turned her attention to Alexios as she gave him a Flirtatious look and a wink.

"And hey there Alexios~ how are you today?"

She asked as she totally forgot Helen was behind her.

The tension shot up for various reasons when Christina and Helen came over. ”Christina.” Alanna internally groaned at seeing Christina. The two women had said some cruel things to each other in their promo battle and, while Emma won the match, there was still bad blood between the two. Alanna figured at some point the two would have to settle things in the ring themselves. She then warmly hugged Helen, hoping to put her in a better mood for what was to come.

Helen tensed up upon seeing Alexios. She found her heart racing (Whyyyyy?) They had seen each other in the Iron Titans gym, but mostly avoided each other. Here it was unavoidable. Alanna let go of Emma and clutched Helen’s hand.

“Alexander.”
“Eleni.”

Helen glared at him and they had a staredown for a few moments. Alexios had cheated on her when they were engaged. Her future shattered by an unknown woman wrestler, all she could do was make him as uncomfortable as possible.

The tension turned to awkwardness when Helen turned to see to Hiro and Fang together. Her heart felt a pang of remorse as she was reminded of what could have been if she had the courage to act sooner. Simply put, Fang was beautiful. It made sense that Hiro fell for her. It didn’t make it any easier, though. She smiled weakly and extended her hand. “Χαίρετε. You must be…”

As Fang greeted Christine and Emma, she noted that there seemed to be tensions between two people she was meeting now for tonight. She was a bit concerned about it, but hopefully things would smooth themselves out. She then noticed the woman reached out a hand to greet her.

"Candace, though I'm called mostly Fang these days. Nice to meet you." Fang responded as she gladly shook the other woman's hand, "I take it you are Helen?"

Hiro awkwardly watches Fang and Helen interact. There was a point where Hiro would've asked the gorgeous Greek woman on a date but it just so happened that one day Fang came by the gym and the two bonded for a day and eventually Fang and Hiro became an item.

Meanwhile Christina was trying to get Alexios attention as she mixed next to the Olympian with a smile as she was close to his arms.

"How you doing Alex? Your looking good~"

She giggled and looked at Alexios with a wink.

Alexios felt a sudden rush of heat when Christina brushed up against his arm. ”Christina! Hi! You look amazing. Just wow l, you’ve really-“ Alexios locked eyes with Helen, her glare threw him off his game (as if he had it to begin with when Christina is involved). Alexios then scratched the back of his head awkwardly. “Your training has really paid off. I uh look forward to seeing what you can do,” Alexios replied more stoically.

Meanwhile Helen turned back to Fang after glaring at Alexios once again. “Yes I’m Helen. It’s a pleasure to meet you. Will you be coming by Hiro’s gym? I’d love to train with you.”

Alanna clutched onto Emma. “Come, mon amour. Let’s make our entrance… and get a drink… for me. You don’t have to drink. Whatever makes you happy.” Alanna smiled and pecked Alanna on the cheek before going into the club.
