Arcane Storm: Alizeh vs Shimmerlace

Truth is, it was a bit of a bluff. If she’d had less to prove, if there weren’t violet eyes hanging somewhere on the horizon, the figure-four might have pulled a lightning-fast submission from the feychild. Even firing with that rocket fuel, Shimmerlace felt uneasy. If Alizeh had put much more intensity into the hold—lifted it into a killer figure-8, say—that might have breached her limit.

Still. Bullshit luck or no, the knuckles wrenched across the Storm’s face felt glittery as post-workout coffee on a Saturday morning. When the vice on her legs didn’t unfold, Shimmer clapped her palms together, gathered that sunshiney feeling to her core, and pulled the two clenched hands into an overhead arc. Her eyes bugged out, her jaw shook, she gave a roar. One attempted jack-hammer strike after another, aimed at cheek and cranium and jaw, punctuated with grunt and growl, until either Alizeh struck the assault down or ceded her hold.

"TAKE THEE…THY FAIR ARSE…” Even in the midst of all that sturm and drang, Shimmerlace remembered the mockery of her voice. "...AN’ GIT!”

Despite having the figure four locked on tight Alizeh didn't quite elevate to a figure eight or other such level up, but she did hold it for all it was worth, waiting to see what Shimmer would do in response. Needless to say though Alizeh didn't expect a straight up punch to the face! One that admittedly rocked her, leaving her somewhat stunned as Shimmer than raised her hands up, clasped together and brought them down hard on Alizeh's head! "Ngh!" she groaned out, the hold loosening somewhat right out of the gate, but the moment a second hammer blow connected that was the last straw as Alizeh's legs immediately untied from Shimmer's own, the green haired girl collapsing backwards with a dazed look on her face from the force of Shimmer's blows!

As soon as her legs were free, Shimmerlace rolled up tight as a walnut and cradled her knee. The relief as joints and muscles folded back to the position nature intended was intense but brought with it a last wave of angry ache. Shimmer clenched and groaned. ...Tick tock, cunt.

Aye—aye. A glance confirmed that Alizeh was staying supine, but that was sure to change quick. Shimmerlace forced a huff of air through her lips—come on now—rolled onto her butt, and aimed to take hold of Alizeh’s ankles, and if that passed then—

She blinked. Eh, then what? Exactly? Fiery and vengeful beam of moonlight fire! Was not a real wrestling move. Shimmer dug into her memory for any trained dusty mote of something, nabbed the first thing that sparkled, and tried to set the plan in motion:

Stand (though this part proves to be achy and teetering after what Alizeh did to your knees), face the downed, tanned girl, her ankles in-arm. Shoot a grin (if you can manage it), fangs gleaming all predatory-like. Then Step over her hip so you’ve got one leg between hers, then wrap her legs in a big X around yours. And then the fun bit: Step over her, rolling her on her gut, and squat into a sharpshooter!

Caught off guard by the force of Shimmer's initial punch Alizeh wasn't prepared for what followed next. Leading to a duo of incoming hammer fists colliding with the greenette's head and rattling her pretty heavily as a result with each blow. Naturally this had forced Alizeh to undo her hold on Shimmer's legs and fall back on the mat with a dazed expression on her face.

Thus giving Shimmerlace the perfect opportunity to get up and get a bit of revenge on Alizeh as the blonde reached down, grabbing Alizeh's legs and, after a small amount of confusion it seemed like Shimmer had decided on her hold of choice.

Looking up just in time to see her legs crossed Alizeh's eyes would widen, recognizing the mood but being too late to stop it as Shimmer stepped over successfully, turning Alizeh over before getting squatted on into a tight and painful sharpshooter submission hold!

"Aghhhh!" Screaming out in pain despite the fact that the hold wasn't locked in as tight or perfectly as could be, it was certainly still painful and it made Alizeh groan as she buried her face in her arm, trying to refocus from the hammer blows to figure out a way to counter this!

They made it look easy, though, didn’t they—those photogenic ring queens all done up in their glossy posters with their sexy boston crabs and titillating Texas cloverleafs? But fuck, holding a submission was hard.

Sweat began to gleam in Shimmer’s brow as her thighs heaved into the hold. How long had she been able to hold a squat last she’d tried? Not long enough, Eleanor made that clear in no uncertain terms. Droplets of moisture trickled down her navel, soaked the silk and cotton around her waist.

"Ah fuck sake…. Shimmer puffed breaths. In and out, keep the oxygen train going. This was stupid. Alizeh was the one being bent here! Focus on that for a tick. And—oh yes. There was gratification to be had. Aghhhh! Yes, very good. The stuff to make a girl crack a smile in spite of the aches, to make her glance back and catch a look at that lovely curving back and green-haired face buried in her arm. Nice pair of gloves too. The whole image made Shimmerlace feel something iridescent in her gut.

…Then her legs started shaking. Holding this squat was getting real tiresome. "Nng…Fuuuckin’ fuck…! She could let her opponent go, or she could lean into the pain. Shimmerlace chose the latter. There wasn’t an ounce of technique to the tightening, and the whole knot felt ready to snap, and the whole while her knees wobbled and neck went taut and face cherry red, but she leaned with all the weight she had to lean into her squat.

The sharpshooter applied to Alizeh wasn't one of the better ones she had been, in fact it probably tracked as one of the more novice level ones. But between the hits to the noggin she had suffered she was dazed enough that she couldn't capitalize how weakly it had been applied, or how shakey the foundation of the one holding it on her was, not until her head cleared at least. Unfortunately for Alizeh though Shimmerlace was looking to milk the hold for all it was worth, leaning as far back as possible to put as much strain on Alizeh's legs as the hold could mount.

"GAHHHHH!" Screaming in agony the extent of Shimmerlace's lean maximized the pain output of the submission, but in turn also made Shimmer's foundation as weak as fragile as could. "Ngh.. grrr." Growling in determination Alizeh would push her hands against lifting her torso up off the mat before pushing herself to the side, forcing herself to turn over and get Shimmer to step back over Alizeh and, if successful Alizeh would pull the girl in before kicking out with her leg to push Shimmerlace off and finally break the hold!

That last squat has Shimmer’s lower back and quads turning rubber even before Alizeh executed her quick, precise escape. The ease with which the Emerald Storm rolled Shimmerlace around and kicked her off might have served as a pedagogical demonstration for how cleanly it came off.

The fairy herself went stumbling on legs burning with exhaustion, and the ropes caught her, and her arms went over and she hung with her head down and butt on the second rope, huffing and gasping—sweet relief. Sort of. She knew how she looked, and it made her cheeks burn. But fuck. Getting weight off her legs was like ice-pack to a wound.

The relief wouldn’t last long, though, she knew. She raised her eyes, leery, pink, caught in the shade of her forehead, to try and catch a look at whatever comeback Alizeh was cooking to send her way.

Alizeh winced and groaned softly as she turned herself over and softly rubbed her aching legs before sighing softly in release. Despite the sharpshooter not being locked in to its full efficiency it was still an incredibly painful hold at its base level. Thankfully she had managed to get out of it on her own power, and better yet she had even managed to kick her opponent away from her in the process.

Getting over and pushing herself up Alizeh would look to see Shimmerlace leaning against the ropes, looking a bit gassed out already.. 'Hmm I can use that.' Alizeh thought to herself before pushing forward, breaking into a dash towards her opponent! As she got close then Alizeh would raise a leg up as if going for a running knee! However it wouldn't hit cause it was only a feint. Alizeh just wanted to get Shimmer's guard up, so that the moment she realized something was wrong and lowered it.. Alizeh could send a stinging knife edge chop right to Shimmer's breasts!

Caught it! Our jungle cat here could pounce like thunder, but Shimmerlace still saw the—

And then the move switched places, shocking as magic. The Feychild’s block guard blocked a lot of air while Alizeh struck her breasts. Breath choked on her throat, and she backed away a pace, hand at her chest. Pain radiated from her sternum, adding to the sense of weight growing between her shoulder. She gasped, clenched her teeth, and groaned. But it was the embarrassment that made her ears burn pink. Outfoxed.

"Aight ye fuck… Shake the head. This was no moment to be falling asleep! Shimmer pushed the exhaustion down, laced her fingers, and arced back at Alizeh with a (alas, telegraphed) spinning pair of firsts.

Success. A little bit of quick maneuvering had enabled Alizeh to not only avoid her opponent's but slip past her guard all together and land a stinging chop right across the girl's chest! Smirking slightly Alizhe watched as the lioness recoiled, holding her chest in pain as she waited to see what she would do in order to retaliate against her. Leaning back and watching her carefully Alizeh prepared herself as she watched the girl turn and swing her hands around for a bold, but predictable spinning hammer blow.

'Too slow.' Alizeh thought to herself as she ducked low under the blow and turned so that she was facing her opponent's back, intending to wrap her arms around the girl's waist before pulling back, intending on lifting Shimmer over herself before slamming the lioness down into the mat with a german suplex! Should the move land successfully than Alizeh would bridge, intending to to transition the hold directly into a pinfall attempt!
