Main Event - Astrid Ostberg (c) vs "Amazon" Alaina Sanders vs "Super Kitty"Kat Hart for the LAW Heavyweight Championship

Her rib cage was a total mess and Kat managed to land the perfect kick. The big amazon was dead weight as she was rolled back into the ring and things were only about to get worse. Kat had hold of Alaina and her weak slapping, clawing and pawing were token gestures as she was lift up and her skull spiked off the canvas! Alaina let out a howl of pain before her limp body flopped to the mat with Alaina aware just barely as her level of consciousness was up for debate. She couldn't help but think her body gave out and she was about to be pinned blowing her second LAW Heavyweight title match in her tenure here....... this had to be it.

She should prepare a jumbled retirement speech or so her scattered thoughts kept telling her as her body didn't want to cooperate with what she was telling it to do in her half-conscious state.

"ONE!!"

This was it, it seemed. All three women had put up a valiant fight, and all three of them had strived with every fiber of their being to emerge from this match as champion - that much was undeniable. But in the end, only one of them could be victorious. Now, Astrid was outside the ring, dazed from her impact with the unforgiving steel steps. And Alaina had just taken the Sheer Hart Attack, slamming her head hard into the mat. If the force of the impact alone wasn't enough to knock her unconscious, it would surely have left her so rattled that to shrug it off and get back into the game would have been a herculean effort. Now, Kat had Alaina pinned. Alaina was making no effort to break free - and the ref was counting! In just a moment, it seemed, Kat Hart would add another belt to her list of accomplishments!

"TWO!!"

This was, of course, big news for everyone in attendance! The entire arena had lit up with cheers. Everyone was eager to see Kat bring things home. When the ref counted two, and Alaina showed no signs of escaping any time soon, no one could take their eyes away from her perfectly-executed pin attempt! Kat had certanly garnered an impressive fanbase through her storied career, and from the cheers echoing down from the bleachers, it was those fans who had turned out in full force tonight!

In fact, everyone was so focused on that pin that no one could blame anyone for paying no heed to what Astrid was doing. After all, the champion had just taken such a nasty fall that it seemed unthinkable that she would even get back up, let alone be able to stand up for her title. But what they wouldn't notice was that Astrid was beginning to stir. Slowly, from where she lay in a heap, her eyelids began to flutter, and her limp body began to wriggle and twitch. The strength was returning to her, a little bit at a time. And then, her eyes opened. To Alaina and Kat, the Heavyweight Championship might have represented an ideal worth pursuing - something to strive for. To Astrid, it was something different, but no less important. To Astrid, that belt was the centerpiece of her career. It was an honor that she held with pride, and that lent credence to everything she was doing; that told her that all her hard work had paid off, and that it meant something. She wasn't just going to let that slip through her fingers so easily. And it was that determination, that refusal to give in, that fueled Astrid now - as, suddenly, she shot up straight into a seated position, and charged the ring! She still had something left in her, and as long as that spark remained, Astrid was going to use everything she had to retain her title!

"THR-NO!!"

It happened so quickly that no one even had a chance to notice Astrid as she ran for the ring - they could barely tell she was there until she was already through the ropes! But just as the referee was about to count three, Astrid reached out to grab Kat from behind - and hoisted her up, going to drag her off of Alaina and into a German suplex! Now it was the champion's fans who had their turn to ring out with cheers! Astrid was still in this!

It all came together. Multiwoman matches like these were all about creating the right opportunity to score the pinfall or submission in the ring. Kat had been looking for it from the opening bell! She took advantage of her speed and her technique to try and capture the gold while she had one or both women incapacitated! And with Ostberg outside the ring hurting from a very karmic impact against the steel steps, The Super Kitty looked to do just that!

Kat had never executed her finisher so quickly! The sense of urgency she showed when she set Alaina up for the Sheer Hart Attack painted the whole picture. Here and now, Kat Hart would further her journey to becoming a paragon of pro wrestling. She'd further her journey to become LAW's first Grand Slam Champion!

Hart had Alaina folded up good and well! Her hands gripped the back of The Amazon's thighs, forcing Alaina's muscled glutes skyward! Kat's legs were hooked over Alaina's arms! Kat nodded with fervor! She grit her teeth! Her gaze snapped to Alaina's incapacitated expression, then very quickly, she looked through the ropes to see the Heavyweight Title on the announce desk! Even now, Astrid was still on the outside!

The crowd went nuts! You couldn't even hear the referee's count or her slapping of the mats with the sheer volume of the cheers and the screams!

The first count came! Then the second! Kat nodded firmly with each count! You could see the mix of hope and desperation on her face as she came within heartbeats of not just adding another belt to the lineup in her trophy room, but to driving home the fact that if she could come up from nothing and make it this far in the wrestling world, others could, too! And as she held fast to those convictions, the third count......never came!

"WHA-?!" A look of shock washed over The Super Kitty! ..she had experienced Alaina's version of digging down deep to find the best version of herself, but she had never seen it from Ostberg! Like a gunshot, the Norwegian Warrior darted into the ring and got behind her!

Astrid embraced Kat from behind and quickly hauled her up from a seated position, deadlifting the Legendary Luchadora off the canvas! The champ's toughness was no joke, but even when watching the tapes of Astrid's matches, Kat had never seen this level of sheer urgency and drive from Ostberg! Kat reached out to Alaina while she was in Astrid's grasp! She was so close! But close wasn't good enough! Astrid swung her bigger frame backward, taking Kat along with her and throwing the Super Kitty down onto her head and neck with a vicious German Suplex late in the game!

The cheers crescendoed! Somehow, some way, Astrid saved the match and her championship! She threw Kat back with a force that saw her bounce off the canvas and roll backward! Kat would end up in a seated position against the bottom rope! The luchadora was dazed. Her eyes were nearly blank. Slowly, she pawed up at the middle rope with her hands to try and pull herself up! Kat had managed to come close to winning a few times now! The commentary team and many fans in the arena were confident that if anyone could seal the deal, it was The Super Kitty!

Astrid was down on the outside of the ring, and Kat had Alaina laid out with the Sheer Hart Attack - and down for the pin. Almost everyone watching was sure, by this point, that they were about to witness a title change, with Kat adding another championship to her collection. After all the damage Astrid had took and all the times she'd been knocked around, it seemed as though this final landing just might have been enough to keep her down for good. But Astrid's iron will and determination had always been just as strong as her grip strength and brute force - and when the title she had made her name on, that she held so close to her heart, was on the line, she was more motivated than ever. It was going to take more than one woman's best efforts to keep Astrid down for the count - maybe not even two! Her will to win fueled her as she fought her way back up. And as soon as she rose, she narrowed her eyes in on Kat, knowing just what she had to do!

Her timing couldn't have been more impeccable. A fraction of a second off, and this match would have already been over. But like a bolt of lightning, Astrid propelled herself to the ring; her fatigue couldn't hold her back when she was driven by such a powerful sense of purpose! There she dived through the ropes to get behind Kat. And just as the referee was about to make the third count, the luchadora was slung over Astrid's shoulders, plummeting to the ground with a thud!

The canvas shook under the impact of Kat's shoulders, and Astrid's fans let out another thunderous roar of cheers. There, the Norwegian rolled over onto her knees before lifting herself to her feet. Now that she had a moment to think, Astrid could feel the aches setting back into her body - she bent a little bit lower, her shoulders sagging and her arms dangling under her own weight as she stopped to pant for breath. She knew this match was taking a toll on her body, and she didn't know how much longer she could go before her strength gave out. But the moment she looked back at Kat, crumpled in the corner, Astrid forgot about all those aches and pains. She stood taller, and her heart pumped faster in her chest with a spike of adrenaline. Now with Kat down, Astrid was closer than ever to winning this match. This was her chance - and she couldn't waste it!

Propelled onward by sheer willpower, Astrid stormed toward Kat. She bent lower, sweeping an arm around the luchadora's waist and going to pull her up to her feet. "You've fought well," Astrid muttered. "For my first time facing you, I couldn't have asked for anything better. I can see how much you want to win...but it won't be enough!"

Astrid pushed up with her hips, going to hoist Kat higher, up onto her shoulders. The position she took was unmistakable. She had the Super Kitty set up for her finisher, the horizontal muscle buster she had dubbed the Stavanger Buster! The fans were already going wild as she took a step toward the center of the ring - and then, as she threw her weight back, Astrid was prepared to slam Kat straight down into the canvas!

It all happened so fast. In just a matter of seconds, all the energy in the arena and all the momentum I match had swung from Super Kitty Kat Hart to the workhorse Heavyweight Champion, Astrid Ostberg! No one was sure how Astrid was still trucking along. It was that same grit that had made her a successful champion thus far that saw her save the match for herself just now!

"Nghh!" Hart grunted with equal parts frustration and anguish. She held the back of her head and neck. She grit her teeth and tugged on the ropes to steady herself up to a kneeling position.

The cheers that followed the second count weren't in celebration of a championship win. No, it heralded Ostberg's second or even third wind in this match! Kat struggled to raise her head and lay eyes on the blonde. The moment she locked eyes with Astrid, Kat gestured, bringing her index finger and thumb close together to show she had come this close! And the fans seemed to agree!

Astrid stood tall and marched over to the downed luchadora. Her stomps against the canvas were forceful, purposeful even. Kat tried to haul herself up, but the German Suplex she had just taken saw to it that she was still stunned!

"Ah!" The Super Kitty exhaled in shock when Astrid scooped her up off the canvas before hoisting Kat onto her shoulders! She recognized the move immediately! The Super Kitty's body language communicated nothing but urgency as she looked for an answer!

It came as no surprise to Kat that Astrid would try to take out the moment she got her hands on her! What did come as a surprise, however, was the fatigue and damage setting in! Both of with denied her the chance to escape or counter!

"Crap!" Kat exclaimed when she found herself on her side and laid across the champion's shoulders! She kicked meekly! Even as Astrid repositioned herself and stepped forward towards the center of the ring, closer to a downed Alaina, the masked blonde continued gritting her teeth and making visible efforts to pry herself free! But to no avail

The sound of the crash that followed pierced through the cheers for a moment! Astrid slammed Kat down with reckless abandon! She took the full force of Astrid's Stavanger Buster! Kat was thrown down onto her back and side with authority! The luchadora was laid out on her back! Her buxom chest heaved as she breathed deeply and looked up at the lights in the rafters with her eyes glazed over!

It happened so fast! The tables turned once more! Kat stayed down, listless and motionless! Just seconds ago, The Super Kitty was a fraction of a second away from pinning Alaina and winning the match! And now Astrid had all but vanquished Kat and poised herself to retain!!!

The momentum of this match had been in constant flux since the moment the bell rang, and now, as the clock ticked closer and closer to when the champion would finally be declared, things hadn't calmed down even in the slightest. In fact, if anything, the heat was growing even more intense! All three women knew exactly what they stood to gain, and Astrid in particular knew what she had to lose. It was spurring all of them to put forth their very best efforts - and all three had fought valiantly when the title of Heavyweight Champion hung in the balance! Now, every time it looked as though the match was about to end, another contender pulled out all the stops to pull ahead! The fans had seen plenty of reversals and near-falls up to this point, and they weren't stopping any time soon. Astrid had just shown the world proof enough of that!

The Norsewoman looked down to see Kat's gesture, expressing how close she had come to taking the lead. But Astrid only met it with a cold, steely glare, one that betrayed no sympathy for the Super Kitty's plight. Kat might have worked hard for this win, and no one could blame her. The greatest prize in her division was right in front of her, and with it came one step closer to her goal of becoming a Grand Slam Champion. But what Astrid faced was something even greater - the opportunity to continue the legacy that she owed her success to, and wanted to do justice to with every move she made. Kat and Alaina both had certainly proven themselves worthy of a title shot thus far, and Astrid wouldn't be too disappointed if any of them made it. But she owed it to herself to give her championship the respect it deserved, and that meant defending it with everything she had. Anything less simply wouldn't do! And it was Kat who was about to get that all!

With that, Astrid scooped Kat up onto her shoulders. The whole arena was ringing out with cheers, and the stomps of their feet against the stands echoed like thunder. Even before the move had landed, everyone knew what was to come. It had become a fixture of Astrid's arsenal, and the setup was unmistakeable! Now, it seemed like Astrid had victory well within her grasp - and when she and Kat both landed with a ring-shaking thud moments later, the cheers would only ring out even louder!

Now, the life was knocked out of Kat, who sank limp against the canvas! Astrid didn't waste a second in making her move. Now that she had Kat down, she would roll over her, reaching to hook her leg and to roll her into the pin. And the ref girl was right there to count it, nary missing a beat before she fell at Astrid's side.

"ONE!!"

Alaina was barely stirring as the commotion went on. She knew she was saved by Astrid, and the fact that she wasn't kicking out of that finisher on her own ate away at her a bit. However right now she roll-over and saw Kat get crushed by Astrid and pinned! Alaina pushed herself up as the pin count began and wobbled, bouncing against the ropes.

"TWO!"

Alaina lumbered forward moving as quickly as she could ignoring the fact that she was in a daze and her ribcage throbbed with every little movement she did. Alaina couldn't let this end, not now, not like this! Alaina shouted and leapt right at Astrid leading with her feet and aiming a running dropkick right at her head as she had Kat pinned!

"THRE-"

Alaina managed to barely, just barely boot Astrid off and keep the match going! With Kat down and Astrid the one doing the pinning it was clear to her that Astrid was the one to focus on. Alaina hobbled up and knew Astrid was going to be rising as well. The amazon would grab Astrid by the hair with her left hand and begin planting her head and face with hard right punches to try to soften her up, hoping to take her by surprise!

This was it. Kat was pinned down, and Astrid's fingers squeezed even tighter around her leg as her grip tightened. She clenched her teeth, her body rigid; every muscle was tense as she leaned in closer to watch her opponent with rapt attention. Astrid knew she was only seconds away from victory, and with Kat barely moving, it seemed unlikely she'd have to worry about the luchadora fighting her way back up. But she knew all too well that anything could happen - this match had proven as much already. She wanted to be prepared for anything. And when it was a moment that so much had built up to, that had so much riding on it, Astrid couldn't help but be transfixed to the scene. She couldn't take her eyes off of it, not even if she wanted to!

But ironically enough, Astrid should have been watching her surroundings - if she did, she would know that Alaina was still in the game, and still intent on winning this match! When her attention was focused solely on having Kat pinned down beneath her, Astrid didn't even realize that Alaina was getting to her feet. She didn't realize that she was closing in on the two blondes. Not until she heard Alaina cry out - and when she turned toward the sound just in time for her boots to come crashing into her face!

Astrid barely even had any time to let out a gasp before Alaina had already struck. In just seconds, her head turned to the side with the sound of a crack, her hair whipping in an arc behind it. She went tumbling down, off of Kat and into a heap as she rolled aside. And before Astrid even had a chance to process what was happening to her - even as she groaned and clenched her teeth and squinted as she waited for the world around her to stop spinning - Alaina had made her next move; the Amazon was still going after her! Just as Astrid was beginning to push herself back to her feet, Alaina grabbed her by the hair - and laid into her with a series of punches, each one causing her head to swing back and forth with the sound of a crack. She buckled at the knees, and she began to sink lower. Astrid knew she had to fight back; that she had to keep going. She was, after all, up against higher stakes than ever, and this was a cause she believed in dearly. But after all the punishment she'd already sustained, the damage was catching up to her, and the weight of fatigue was starting to set into her body...

Alaina was running on fumes, and she knew it. The oldest challenger for the title had to be smart and decisive. Kat was down the way she had been previously but she also had Astrid here, capable of fighting back in nearly any situation. Alaina slammed her knee into Astrid as hard as she could before wrapping an arm around Astrids head, leaning back to spike Astrid to the mat with a DDT!

That was just a drop of water in the ocean to keep Astrid down or so Alaina felt. However if it could do the trick to stun the champion Alaina felt like she had the opening she needed to capitalize on this! She fought through the pain of her throbbing body, seemingly jolting now with each heartbeat. If she couldn't do this here then she was effectively done. Alaina stumbled to her feet grabbing Astrid up and wrapping an arm around her head again. Alaina was trying to lift her up again but this time she had her in muscle buster position as the crowd roared! Alaina was going to try to smash Astrid with her muscle buster into brain buster combo, the amabuster! She was going to end Astrid with the best most she had or bust! This was it and Alaina was going big.

If she pulled off her finisher she would transition into a pinning position and would pin the champion hoping that this was it!

With the match already taking its toll on Astrid, leaving her body sore and her breaths short, the punches that Alaina had delivered to her face were already enough to rattle her - her temples throbbed, and the world around her spun and blurred, as she staggered from one side to the other after each blow. When the Amazon followed that with a powerful knee straight upward into Astrid's chin, it landed like a jackhammer! Crying out in shock, Astrid's head reeled back in an arc, her hair whipping around her and a trail of saliva flying from her mouth as she began to stagger away from the impact. She felt like she could topple over at any moment as it were...but Alaina wasn't taking her chances, either; she grabbed Astrid by the head to slam her down with a DDT to make that a certainty!

Astrid landed with a thud, causing the ring to shake under her impact. Her legs kicked up into the air, and she let out a low groan as she sank lower into the mat. Her body was motionless, slack and dripping with sweat. But Alaina still wasn't done. One of Astrid's greatest assets was her seemingly inhuman endurance, and her ability to withstand punishment that would have floored some women and keep on fighting regardless. Alaina knew that - she knew that it was going to take a lot to keep the Norsewoman down, but she was ready to dish it out! She lifted her again - and this time, Astrid was limp in her clutches, her body sagging as she hoisted it higher, putting her in a muscle buster position of her own! The fans were cheering even louder now - even those who had cheered Astrid a moment ago had no choice but to be captivated by the strength and willpower Alaina had to command in order to make such strides against the champion! Nowm with Astrid on her shoulders, she promised to land an even more incredible finish than ever - and when she did, Astrid offered her no resistance, hanging limp in her clutches! She plummeted straight down to the mat, impacting the canvas face-first with a loud clang, and one that was soon punctuated by an uproar of cheers as the force of gravity caused her to flop over in a heap!

This meant so much more to Alaina than even being able to stand up to Astrid would on its own. The fact that she was capable of such feats told everyone that she was closing in on a victory over the champion - and a chance at taking the title for herself! This was the moment she had been striving for her entire career in LAW - and now, it seemed, she was closer than ever! Astrid certainly didn't show much resistance as she lay out flat - her eyes glazed over in a daze; her limbs splayed out around her. Alaina made her move. And at the sight of it, the referee was quick to duck down at her side, starting the count again - this time, with the champion herself pinned!

"ONE!!"
