Rosie Knuckles vs. Aphrodite - Apex Qualifier

Rosie Knuckles landed on the mat when she was released, falling in a heap and grimacing from the pain. It was a far better landing than she was about to take. The cute brawler took a moment to look at Aphrodite, standing against the ropes and kicking wildly in her direction. Knuckles scoffed and then replied to her. "Yeah, we'll see if I pay. Or at least, I will," taunted Rosie, pushing herself up with a smirk.

After getting to one knee, the Pink-Haired Pugilist paused and took a deep breath. Then, she would rise and charge directly at Aphrodite, throwing a clothesline towards Aphrodite with her good arm. It wouldn't be as strong, but it would definitely hurt enough and have enough force behind it. Rosie was ready to send Aphrodite up and over the top rope and onto the outside, to hopefully give herself a moment to recover again.

"When I... grrrrr...when I get my hands on you..." she spoke. The referee, like the earlier crotch hit, had not seen the eye rake, not having sight of it at their angle as the goddess staggered back to her feet only to be struck right across the chest as she was against the ropes, flipping her over with the leverage as she soon fell out of the ring to the padded ground below. She'd actually hit feet first, Aphrodite stumbling back and then up against the steel barrier. Her head in a tizzy, she was utterly confused as she tried to stand back up, falling down with a wince as she clutched the back of her head. It hurt like a torture session in Hades, but such wasn't going to stop her from getting back into the ring.

Slowly she'd try to stand back up, stumbling as she did so as the referee began to count. Aphrodite would eventually get back to her feet, stumbling as she did to the ring before stopping herself. At the count of 4, she began to walk away from the ring towards the ramp, as if to leave, waving Rosie off as the crowd booed her.

Rosie Knuckles' arm collided with Aphrodite, sending her flying up and over the ropes and to the outside! The Pink-Haired Pugilist would then rest against the ropes, slinging her good arm over the top rope as she panted, taking the moment to try recovering. This was exactly what she needed. The brawler needed a moment to recover, wiping a hand down her face to get the sweat off of her. Scowling, she watched as Aphrodite began to stand up, and she knew she needed to follow up now while she still had the upper hand.

She dropped down onto her back abruptly and then rolled under the bottom rope as she hugged her hurt arm to her chest. She then saw that Aphrodite seemed like she was trying to run away and ask, making Rosie's lip furl as she got pissed at her opponent for trying to take the cowardly way out. She ran right at her blonde opponent and then grabbed her by the hair. "Oooooh no bitch. You're seeing this one through," said Rosie before adjusting her grip to hold Aphrodite's head, whipping her around and then attempting to slam her face-first into the ring apron, not wanting her another opportunity to try getting away!

Aphrodite's ruse was working as she managed to break the count for her being out of the ring and prompting her foe to leave to go after her. The goddess was giving off a false sense of defeat, letting Rosie grab her by the hair and haul her ass back to the ring in a quick manner. She could tell that she was hurting just as much as she was, Aphrodite doing a good amount of work on the arm with her earlier submission. Now it was time to bring herself back on the offensive once more as she was brought to the ring apron. Her head was pulled back before being thrown down towards the apron, likely to be smashed into it if she didn't stop it.

Unfortunately for Rosie, Aphrodite did, putting an arm down to stop the momentum before attempting to smash an elbow right into Rosie's unprotected gut. The goddess was putting it all on the line now, pushing to set up for a vicious chop to Rosie's chest as the referee counted them down to the count of 4. The crowd was starting to get excited.

Rosie Knuckles was feeling confident as she went charging after her annoying opponent. She was sick of her attitude and ready to just knock her ass out and put and end to this match. And, most importantly, finally shut Aphrodite up.

As Knuckles grabbed hold of her opponent's head and went to slam it into the apron, she only had a hold of her head with one hand. Normally, she would have made sure to keep both hands on her head, but her arm and shoulder were still killing her, and she wanted to exert as little pressure on it as she could. A move that would cost the Pink-Haired Pugilist, as Aphrodite was able to halt the attack.

And an elbow to Rosie's toned stomach hit flush, doubling over the Cute Brawler as she let out a loud groan. Then, Knuckles was chopped in the chest, the impact echoing throughout the arena as she put her good arm over her chest, turning and stumbling away along the side of the ring. "Ahhhh... Shit!" yelled Knuckles as she eventually got to the end of the ring and stopped just short of the corner post. The impact had been a shock to her system and had her sucking in deep breaths as she tried to focus her mind on the match again.

Both of them were breathing rather hard as the match was wearing on. The chop had made such so, like a hot knife through butter, leaving likely a stinging sensation that would be felt the next morning. She made sure it was right and dead center, not going for a breast hit but square on the chest, a shocking and deliberate strike to deliver pain in its most simplest form possible. Momentum was shifting and she was going to keep at it now to with intent on stopping until Rosie was defeated by her hands or she herself could not move no longer.

Taking a step back, Aphrodite would twist her body, using her kickboxing skills and trained talent to deliver a strike out of the normal wheel book of her matches, breifly shown in her fight against another wrestler weeks before. A high roughhouse kick, the waist moving as she aimed her strike right for Rosie's head, attempting to follow through with such a strike to bring her opponent down.

Rosie Knuckles was struggling as she leaned against the apron, holding her burning chest as she took deep breaths. She knew she couldn't spend too much time staying there though. Aphrodite was sure to be on her tail now. Her body heaved as she allowed herself three more deep breaths before facing her assailant again. That was all she could have or else things would end even worse for her.

One... Two... Three...

And Rosie turned around just in time to see Aphrodite coming at her. The blonde stepped forward and threw a roundhouse kick directly towards her head. Rosie went to lift her arm to block it--but she couldn't lift it high enough. Her limb hurt like hell, and her shoulder locked up as she attempted it. She cried out in pain, slumping to her hurt side for the moment, and then she was nailed in the head with that roundhouse kick.

Looking rattled, Rosie took two steps back before her feet went out under her and she fell onto her behind before the rest of her body followed after, landing with her back on the mat in a daze, mind buzzing with pain as she was disoriented entirely from the strike on the outside.

Aphrodite could only smile as she was now standing over the downed body of her opponent Rosie on the ground. A head rattling strike to the head that could very well change the fate of this match. She'd however over her now, looking down and laughing, "All that bravado from you and now all the crowd can see is the true cream rising to the top right before them," she says before getting a devious idea in her head.

In all honesty, the goddess of love probably shouldn't be doing this as she roughly pulled Rosie by the hair before she roughly rolled her back into the ring, making sure that she was only partially in. The two of them had mutual anger for each other, the grabbing and the taunting, all that fighting against one another only made the crowd love the match even more as the goddess stood over Rosie's hanging head. Pushing her breasts together, Aphrodite would then plop them down right over foe's face, going for a smother. She wouldn't talk for this, instead laughing at Rosie as the referee stopped their count out to go to counting against the move.

The Pink-Haired Pugilist was stunned, to say the least. That kick had leveled her, and she was struggling now to even know where she was. Even as Aphrodite had pulled her up and tossed her into the ring again, Rosie was still in a stupor. She couldn't hear the trash talking of her opponent, which no doubt would have simply pissed her off even more. Instead, Knuckles was simply taking it right now as she tried to pull it together.

She was draped over the edge of the ring though, and then things got even worse for the cute brawler. Her face was suddenly engulfed in those ample breasts that she had already tattooed with red marks earlier in the match. This, at the very least, was enough to get Rosie Knuckles moving again. Her body bucked inside the ring as she struggled for air now. She used her good hand to try batting and pushing back at Aphrodite to get her bossom off of her.

Eventually, the referee's count forced Aphrodite to release her and Rosie flopped over and took a deep gasp of air like a fish out of water, eyes wide as she took heavy breaths. She had enough awareness to now roll her way back into the ring to avoid any more tactics from her opponent. She grit her teeth and tried to will herself back into this. Knuckles still felt light-headed, but she was keenly aware now of the dangerous position she was in now. She needed to get herself back into this match, but her body and mind were rebelling against her willpower to do so.

"O' come on Roxie," now Aphrodite was trying to piss her off again, smothering Rosie just before the referee came to out a stop to such a move, "What's not to like about this?"

Her sarcastic tone was evident as she backed away before the referee counted the move and for her to separate away from Rosie. It was payback for hurting them from before, leaving red welts that would definitely show up for a day or two. A smother however wouldn't be of course what could win her this match and so after a little taunting towards the crowd that booed heelish attack, Aphrodite couldn't have been happier, rolling into the ring after Rosie and stopping the full count out. She'd brush her hair back, licking her lips as she stared down at her. Simple and easy prey ripe for the taking.

"Now, should I make you submit or make you cower in might of my power?" she'd ask with a laugh before attempting to pick up Rosie from the ground and get her back relatively on her feet, trying to grab between the legs to lift her up. This was it, a modified Gut Buster she called the Tough Love. If she got this move off, it might as well be over for Rosie as Aphrodite started to get her move ready.
