Apex Match: Eve Summers vs. Raquel Masters

Raquel wasn't prepared for this, the confident red head from Boston was perhaps overconfident based on her past success against Eve. The lightweight was easily lift and slammed hard in the middle of the ring, groaning and kicking the mat in pain. Soon she heard footsteps and Eve was airborne leaving Raquel shouting in agony as the moonsault landed! "UUUUUGGGHHHHHH!"

Raquel kicked and tried to push at Eve knowing that she was stuck in a pinning position already and in a lot of pain, not at all the start she had hoped for in what was the biggest match of her career!

The referee was not even able to get into position for a countout when Raquel already bucked her form to throw Eve from herself. Eve could see that Raquel was hurt by the scoop slam, and in truth she did not like seeing her in pain. She much preferred the playful oil wrestling spars they had took part of in the past, where they had not taken things too seriously. Eve was all too aware however that this was a wrestling match, and she could not disrespect Raquel by holding back... knowing Raquel well, if she held back, the lightweight would dominate her in a heart beat.

As such, Eve would grasp Raquel by her hair, looking to try and lift her upwards once more, scooping her form before she looked to land a second and more powerful bodyslam against her former lover. Once more she looked to plant her right into the middle of the ring, before she would slide down besides her, looking to try and wrap her legs around her exposed midriff for a bodyscissor hold against her!

"Ugh..... ARGH!" Raquel howled as she was pulled up, grabbed and then slammed yet again! The lightweight crashed down to the ground and groaned but that turned into another loud yelp of pain as Eve was not letting up!

Eve was going all in on this and the results spoke for themselves, she was the dominant woman in the ring so far! Raquel shook her head and thrashed about, shouting as she tried to swing elbows down into Eve's legs to try to hammer her way to freedom! "Not gonna work... not gonna go down like this!" Raquel said as she worked at Eve's legs while her own torso was in agonizing, throbbing pain!

For certain, Eve was aware this submission hold would not be enough to put Raquel out of the match, but each seconds she spent being viced between Eve's powerful legs meant that it was just a little more energy sapped from her, a little less stamina to deal with from an otherwise very dangerous opponent. Eve grunted, as Raquel began to slam her elbows down against her thighs, managing to inflict pain.

Eve was aware she could not keep the hold going for all that long, but she was intent to get a few more good squeezes in before Raquel would break free. Her ankles slapped together, before Eve's legs straightened, pouring on great pressure against the exposed midriff of Raquel for a brutal squeeze. She looked to rob her of precious air, but Eve was all too aware that a few more strikes against her legs and she would not be able to hold on much longer!

"Ngh! ARGH!" Raquel let out as she was still stuck! She shook her head and tried again to pry at the legs of Eve before renewing her assault with fists and elbows! She was desperate already as Eve was off to a great start and Raquel was struggling! The red haired wrestler was hitting with everything she had determined to escape. She didn't know what she would do when she was free as her torso was throbbing at this point but she knew she had to get out or this would be a fast, disappointing defeat in Apex. She couldn't lose a match like this again, not like the lightweight title match against Aoi....

Despite getting a good squeeze upon her foe, Raquel proved to be too resourceful. Her vicious elbow strikes began to get the better of Eve, and she could no longer keep her almost serpentine constrictor grip upon her core. Shouting out in pain, Eve would release Raquel's core from between her thighs, rolling backwards to put a little space between her and Raquel.

Given how hard she struck her legs, Eve did not immediately rise, favouring where her thighs had been struck hard. Raquel was fighting hard, unwilling to allow Eve to keep an advantage. Grimacing, Eve looked to get to her feet, but her legs were sore, making her a little sluggish, giving Raquel a prime chance to take the momentum of the wrestling match!

Raquel was hurting from the early onslaught by Eve. She had never seen Eve focus like that and zero in on anyone in a wrestling ring. Raquel shook her head and knew she had to fight through the aching, throbbing pain her whole body seemed to feel right now. She ran over at Eve as she was rising, and Raquel jumped. She clamped her legs around Eve's head and leaned back trying to send Eve to the mat with a hurricanrana! Raquel knew she had to start getting back into the fight so if the hurricanrana was a success she would stay mounted on Eve, letting out a loud shrieking howl as she began punching Eve's face repeatedly!

Eve gasped out as Raquel was quick to counter attack. Driven by determination and rage, Raquel was able to get the better of Eve before she could compose herself and counter, becoming victim to a big leap that resulted in Raquel managing to wrap her legs around her head and neck. With the momentum Raquel had, she managed to send Eve flying after managing to complete an impressive hurricanrana. There was mixed reactions from the crowd with both wrestlers seemingly having an equal amount of support... but Eve was left to fall on her back.

Raquel managed to deftly slide with her, keeping mounted upon her, before she managed to scream out loud, landing a vicious hook against Eve's face. She gasped out, caught off guard as sense was knocked from her, before a second hit struck her hard. By now she was managing to guard herself, but was in trouble from the wrath of Raquel who was giving her one hell of a fight!

After Raquel managed to land a couple more punches she stood up and bent down, yanking hard on Eve's hair to haul her up to her feet as well. Raquel slammed her abdomen with a knee strike before hooking both her opponents arms, bending her knees and lifting, holding Eve straight up vertically for a few seconds in a show of her own surprising lightweight strength before falling back to send Eve crashing down to the canvas with a double underhook suplex!

If successful Raquel would quickly cover Eve and hook a leg to go for the pin.

Eve grimaced out as Raquel was able to slam her down after an impressive Underhook suplex, lifting her upwards and vertically... holding her in place for a good few seconds to show off her strength and technique. That was before she allowed gravity to take hold, as Eve was sent sprawling downwards, with Raquel completing her impressive suplex. That combined with the flurry of strikes and the hard knee into Eve's stomach left her downed upon her back. This prompted Raquel to go for the cover, looking to try and sneak the win after such a brutal series of attacks.

Early into the two count, Eve was able to lift her shoulder, grasping out. She was hurt for certain, but she was not beaten enough to be kept down for long enough right now.
"Ugh... It's... not going to be that easy..." Eve would mention through gritted teeth. It was then she would try to wrap her legs around Raquel's chest if she could, looking to secure her arm as she attempted to lock her into a grounded submission, looking to try and sneak an armbar against Raquel!
