Dan watched as Eirina completes the sprints and side steps. She held up very well and Dan was impressed. "Good job! Take a 30 second break, and then you get to go through tmwhat you just did three more times!" Dan said with a smile. "After any given aet if you need a longer break we can go uo to a minute in between. This will get your muscles moving and heart pumping, or so I hope. I will get a really good idea of where you are at after our workout today." Dan said.

"I am impressed so far though, the first set looked downright easy for ya but we will see where ya are after there more sets" fan said, looking down at this stopwatch. It was nearly time for her to go again!

Eirina completed the exercise without problem. While beads of perspiration started to appear on her face and body, and her breathing became slightly labored, she was still good to go. When Dan instructed her to repeat the exercise after a brief break, she did just that, doing the sprint before the side steps.

At the end of it, Eirina ended up getting sweaty from the exercise, but she seemed pleased with the result. She felt a little exhausted, but that's how exercises usually did to people. After completing all the sets, she headed back to Dan, listening what he got to say next. "Haaa... so, what's next?" She asked.

Dan smiled and kept track of Erinia's times. They were impressive. Once she shook off the ring rust she would be a forceninside the ropes.

Dan grinned as Eirina asked what is next. He ran her through four sets of alternating kettle bell squats and deadlifts (four sets of 10 each at a challenging weight for Eirina) and then with leg extensions, and keg curls on a machine.

About half an hour more went by and Dan looked over at Eirina and then at the ring. "Ok, if ya think all that went well we can do another half hour of ring exercises. We can run ropes for endurance, work on grappling footwork, lock up qnd push for strength, you name it." Dan said befoee smiling. "So far your fitness has shown to be very good and you look amazing, you have great form in all the exercises and push through like a champ."

Eirina ran through all the sets of workouts, breezing through them. She made sure to not overdo herself, so she thought that she did great for all sets. When all sets were done, half an hour had passed.

"Alright, I'm ready," Eirina said after wiping the beads of sweat off her forehead with a fresh towel. "Well, I'm used to do exercises before. And... you're being an excellent trainer is probably one of the reasons why I breezed through them," she purred, getting herself closer to Dan as she couldn't help herself to tease the handsome trainer.

Dan felt himself blushing again, trying to shake it off as beat he could. He had to be professional, and he also had to constantly remind himself of that.

"Thanks! Well I am up for whatever ring work ya want to do. You have more experience in the ring so you tell me what you want to work on and we'll go from there." Dan said as he made his way to the gym back, noting in his notebook what they had done so far. "I have my ring gear with me if I need them." He added with a little wink.

Eirina loved the sight of Dan's blushing face, and she would never get tired of it. "Well, I'm thinking about just doing a normal spar, if that's alright with you..." she told Dan. And when Dan told her that he got his ring gear with him, Eirina couldn't help but feel the anticipation of seeing him in it. "Ooooh~ I'm looking forward to see you in it," she said, winking back at Dan.

It happened that her workout gear was drenched in sweat, and she happened to have brought her usual ring gear with her in her bag. "Speaking of ring gear, I also brought mine. Since the one I'm currently wearing is sweaty, I'm thinking about changing into my ring gear for this." She winked at Dan again, sticking out her tongue playfully. "It's pretty sexy, just so you know. I hope you can look forward to it~" she said, trying to get a reaction out of Dan again.

Dan smiled and redness deepened. "Oh sure! I am up for that and I... of course you'll look amazing, I hope I do too and we train well!"

Smooth, real smooth Danny boy. He made his way to the locker room changing into his attire. He had his patterned tights, kneepads and boots on as he made his way to the ring, ready to go. He took a few deep breaths. Be professional. Don't act like a pervert. Be a gentleman. Alaina will murder you if you get a rep for being a womanizer.

Those thoughts all ran through his mind as he awaited Eirina.

Eirina headed over to the locker room in order to change into her ring gear. She wore her usual wrestling outfit which consisted of white-and-red wrestling top and trunk that one would consider as a bikini ensemble, as well as her wrestling boots and detached sleeves. Once she put them on, she headed back to the gym, where Dan was waiting for her.

Presenting herself before Dan, Eirina would make a twirl in order to give Dan a full look on her appearance before she held both her hands together on her back as she would lean forward, posing cutely while winking at him, sticking out her tongue playfully. "So, Dan... what do you think?" She asked, hoping to hear positive things from the trainer.

Dan looked over Eirina and smiled without realizing it. She looked absolutely gorgeous. Phenomenal. He tried to be polite and professional as best he could. "Eirina you look amazing, that attire really highlights your figure perfectly." Dan said with a nod, holding the top rope up and sitting on the middle rope to make it easier for her to enter. "Okay so just standard match type rules in place or is there anything different we're adding?" Dan asked, wondering exactly how this training session would go from here. Eirina seemed to have a good idea as to what was going on, so he was curious to see where her mind was at.

Eirina beamed happily when Dan complimented her looks. The trainer sure knew how to please a girl, right?

"Hmm... just a standard match should be enough. Though..." Eirina made a cute thinking pose. "What if we put something at stake here? How about... the winner gets to ask anything from the loser?" Her blue eyes twinkled mischievously as she suggested the additional stipulation. "How about it, Dan? Wanna bet for a bit?"
