A Thunderous Smackdown: Dominique Heiani (D) vs Lauren Fredericks

Match Type: "Standard."
Win by scoring a pinfall of three seconds on the opponent, forcing a wrestler to submit, or by knocking the wrestler out. Additionally, if a wrestler remains outside the ring for too long, they will be disqualified after a ten count. Furthermore, if a wrestler performs an illegal move and is caught in the act by the in-ring official, they will be disqualified.
Standard rules - DQs, Count-outs, and the submission or pinfall MUST happen within the confines of the ring.


Dominique was excited. Unlimited energy coursed through her veins as the fiery, electrifying woman bounced around her locker room. She had finally made it to the big leagues. She was an official resident of LAW, and now, she was about to make her debut. She couldn't help but feel ecstatic over how immensely pumped she felt. She was so damn enthusiastic she couldn't even sit still for a few seconds. "This is it, baby, this is IT!!! I'm finally performing on the biggest, grandest stage of them all!!! I finally get to achieve this dream." She let out a deep sigh. This was the culmination of everything she had been working on these past couple of years. The young upstart was fueled up and ready to FIGHT. She wasn't just motivated about tonight...she was hyper-fixated on her match. All she thought about was going to that ring, kicking some ass, and showing the locker room what she was made of.

As a young woman from Seattle, Washington, she had lots to prove going into this. She was a rookie, but she still wanted to show her potential. She wanted to show that she wasn't some bright-eyed, bushy-tailed, snot-nosed brat who only knew how to play wrestle. No, no...Dominique was a fighter through and through. She was going to showcase her unyielding spirit to everyone out there in the arena...Especially to her opponent, Lauren Fredericks. Shortly after hyping herself up a little more, she gets the cue to head out as her theme kicks on, filling the woman's heart with this burning passion, further motivating her to go out and give everyone a taste of SWEET VOLTAGE!!!

"...Making her debut, hailing from Seattle, Washington...THE MOST ELECTRIFYING INDIVIDUAL TO EVER STRIKE THE CANVAS OF LAW...standing at 5'3 and weighing in at 139 lbs...DOMINIQUE....'SWEET VOLTAGE'...HEIANIIIIII!!!"

And there she stood...Poised at the top of the ramp with that amazing smile of hers. Her electric yellow and lime green outfit fit snugly against her thick, hard-trained body. She posed and celebrated this amazing moment in her career with the audience. Her explosive, upbeat attitude infected all the spectators she interacted with. The woman's uplifting, hardcore presence was infectious as she played off the crowd. She proceeded toward the ring, sliding under the rope and popping back up with an insanely slick kip-up. With a loud roar, she calls out to the audience and bathes in a sea of cheers and praise. The fired-up woman with the booming personality of a thunderstorm began to speak as she grabbed a microphone. "WHAT'S UP LAAAWWWWW!?!?!!!! MY NAME...IS DOMINIQUE...HEIANI...AND I AM HERE TO BRING THE THUNDER AND KICK...SOME...ASS!!!!" She said through bated breaths, garnering another sea of applause thanks to her awe-inspiring intensity.

"I'm just a small-town girl from Seattle...and I may not look like much, but I am ready to prove that I belong here. I've put in the hours, I've done the work, and I have CLAWED my way through hell to get to this point!!! Because it doesn't matter who you are, where you come from, or what you've done...you CAN achieve your dreams, you CAN become a star, and you CAN be the greatest in the world. And that's what I intend to do tonight...I'm taking the first step on my journey, and you might be taking the first step on yours...but we don't have to take it alone, right EVERYBODY!!?!?!?" She yelled, gaining another pop from the crowd. "HELL YEAH!!! We're all in this TOGETHER...so let's bring the THUNDER tonight!!!! LAUREN!!!! I CHALLENGED YOU SPECIFICALLY TONIGHT BECAUSE I WANTED A REAL FIGHT...I understand people will look at this matchup and think...Wow...Dom's about to get crushed...but one thing you need to know about me is...I ENJOY an uphill battle, and I would love nothing more than to be battered and beaten in this ring and fight my way to victory than achieve an easy win...because when I succeed, when I BEAT you, Lauren...it'll be the most satisfying thing. Because when you can beat the odds and silence the naysayers...NOTHING and NO ONE can stop you!!! So without further ado...Lauren, if you wouldn't mind coming on out...LET'S TEAR THE ROOF OFF THIS PLACE." She said, tossing the microphone out of the ring.

Lauren was backstage in her blue swimsuit, white kneepads and boots with her arms crossed shaking her head as she paced around waiting for her turn to come out. A random rookie who was just starting in LAW could choose an opponent and they called out Lauren? Lauren wasn't going to let some random rookie just call her out and beat her.

As her music played Lauren came stomping out and looked pissed. She had a mic in hand as she made her way to the ring. "Who the hell do you think you are? When you come you wrestle whoever you are scheduled to wrestle and deal with it! If you think I am just some creampuff you can beat for an easy win I am gonna wham-bam-bodyslam that blubbery backside of yours so hard it bounces more than the ring ropes! Listen little girl, you aren't going to waltz in and act like you own this place. You need to earn things around here and not make demands right away like some spoiled child!" Lauren said throwing the mic to the side.

As Lauren climbed into the ring she stomped right over to Dominique and stood chest to chest with her, bumping her and looking into her eyes. As soon as the bell rang Lauren would step in and send a flurry of hard forearm strikes into Dominique's chest!

After Dominique called her opponent down to the ring, she was given a bit of a verbal shakedown after the blonde woman entered the fray. Lauren carried an irritated attitude with her, showing her displeasure toward one of LAW's newest signees. She grabs the mic and tries to impose her dominant figure over the dark-skinned newbie, much to Dominique's chagrin. After hearing Lauren's words, the Seattle native merely scoffs, utterly baffled by Lauren's accusations.

"Spoiled child? You've got it ALL wrong, Lauren...I'm not demanding a free win. I'm demanding a CHALLENGE. One that only someone like YOU can give me. I came to LAW to prove that I'm the best...And without a proper fight, I can't do that. I specifically called you BECAUSE you're one of the strongest people here. The only one calling you a creampuff...is yourself." Dominique said, standing her ground as she stared off with Lauren, coming face-to-face and chest-to-chest with the woman, not allowing herself to be intimidated.

"What I WANT is to be able to prove that I belong here. What I WANT is to show these people what I have to offer. What. I. WANT.....is to show everyone that I am not, nor will I ever be, a WASTE of a call-up." She said, garnering a few cheers for her impromptu but passionate promo. However, before the two could start swinging on each other, a referee slides into the ring and backs them away so that they can call for the bell.


DING DING DING


The match is on, and Dominique rushes toward Lauren, who opens up with a series of hard-hitting Forearm Strikes, prompting Dominique to defend against the powerhouse's opening flurry. Lauren's strikes batter the dark-skinned woman's arms, already causing them to sting tremendously in pain...but the electrifying, green-haired woman stood firmly, countering with a swift dodge to get around behind Lauren's blindspot. If successful, Dominique would send a STRONG kick to the back of the woman's leg to send her down onto one knee.

Lauren hammered away at Dominque but her strikes seemed much less effective than Lauren would have liked to see. As she stepped forward to swing again she missed and felt a hard shot to the back of her own knee! "UGH!" Lauren said as she stumbled forward dropping down to a knee with a look of pain etched on her face! She grabbed her leg and tried to stagger back up but the move effectively left her stunned and wide open to follow up offense by Dominique. This was not good, as Lauren couldn't stand the thought of losing yet again to some woman just showing up for her first match in LAW.

With Lauren down on one knee, Dominique followed up with a continued streak of offense. She swings her leg around to kick Lauren's back while still behind her. Afterward, the green-haired woman darts to the front and sends a left kick to Lauren's shoulder, pulling it back and then launching her right leg upward for a kick at her jaw. Coming off of that combination, Dominique would begin to feel fired up as she shouts with an energetic fury. If Lauren remained dazed and downed, the woman would be subject to a Seated Blockbuster as Dom dashes over to the ropes, rebounding and jumping over Lauren, dragging her head and slamming the back of it and the back of her neck down across the canvas.

Lauren was down and things were quickly going from bad to worse as the debuting wrestler who called her out was off to a hot start that left Lauren looking like a hapless rookie! Lauren saw Dominique coming but couldn't move and her head was brought crashing down to the mat painfully!

"AAAAARRRRGGGGHHHHHHH!" Lauren howled as she cradled her head in her arms while meekly kicking the mat as her thighs trembled with each kick to the canvas. Lauren was a bit embarrassed but right now she was in a lot of pain, unable to do much to fight back or even rise to her feet at the moment!

After nailing a picture-perfect Seated Blockbuster, Dominique performs a flashy kip-up, much to the delight and fanfare of the audience, who cheered her on. She turns toward Lauren and grabs the woman by one of her arms. Feeling fired up, the debuting woman takes a risk by swinging Lauren around in an Irish Whip. Her aim here was to sling the woman into the nearest ropes and make her rebound off of them. If things went successfully, Dominique would attempt to nail the woman with a Modified Blue Thunder Bomb. It would take a lot to muscle up Lauren and execute the move, something that would require a lot of Dominique's might. That wasn't even accounting for if Lauren countered or not. Still, Dominique took a great risk to achieve an even greater reward.

Lauren moaned as she was pulled up and sent running to the ropes. Lauren lumbered over to them and bounced off running right back at Dominique. The big blonde lumbered forward and tried to pick up some speed although she was hurting. Lauren would leap at Dominique and extend her arm trying instead to crash into her with a leaping lariat! Lauren hoped she could connect with that as opposed to being hit by whatever it was that the debuting rookie was setting up.

Dominique was prepared to scoop up Lauren and slam her down with her follow-up Blue Thunder Bomb, but Lauren had the wherewithal to recover in the nick of time. With a leap forward, the tall, strong, blonde woman would crash into her dark-skinned opponent with a powerful Lariat that would flatten Dominique against the canvas. The green-haired grappler would release a stern grunt as her back hit the floor, her chest aching from the strike Lauren delivered upon her.

With the momentum of Dominique halted for the moment Lauren had to keep it up to maintain her own control of the match. Lauren pulled Dominique up and grabbed her between the legs and around the shoulder before lifting her up and spinning around! "The basics can be real fun girl, no need to be fancy!" Lauren said before slamming Dominique down in the middle of the ring, flexing her biceps as she stood over the ebony wrestler.
