People backstage of the hectic Martial LAW event were scrambling, making sure everything was going off right, especially as the main event drew closer and closer with each passing second. It was a big deal after all, the first official defense of the LAWless Title, and in a brutal stipulation like Hell in a Cell no less! Unfortunately the reigning champion wasn't in the mood to bask in the moment and enjoy the importance of things right now. In fact quite the opposite, it was a rare sight for anyone that knew her to see Raina so straight up pissed off looking!

The reason for her mood? Her current challenger, Rylie Marshall. For the last two months Raina had been victim to prank after prank, after prank from the little menace. Pranks like a put out cigarette in her gym bags so all her clothes smelled rank, stealing one of her pokemon figures from her lock and using it as bait to make her fall for that stupid bucket of water gag! Hell even a stupid rubber chicken had been placed all around Raina for at least a week making her thing she was stalked by the damn thing! Worst of all however was her basketball, her favorite basketball getting defaced with a marker to have a stupid face on it!

Too say that Raina had been going batty over the pranks, along with all the jerks trying to jump her for her lawless title was an understatement. So when it finally came out that Rylie was doing all these pranks as a way of baiting Raina into a title match? Well lets just say Raina was eager to give it to the brat. It also just so happened that, given the size difference it made them a easy candidate for the main event of Martial LAW, the company of course being eager to capitalize on petty squabbles backstage to market a big event. It didn't matter to Raina though. All she cared about was that she would get to have her hands on Rylie and with the cage to stop anyone from interfering, it was going to be some sweet revenge.

Making it to the entrance ramp Raina could barely be contained until her music started playing, prompting her to walk out, belt over her shoulder a ticked off look still on her face before she took the LAWless belt off and raised it overhead. Strutting down the ramp with a mix of cheers and boos around her Raina would focus entirely on the ring and the foreboding red steel structure that hung above it. Approaching the ring and hanging her title off to the official before entering the ring Raina would slip between the ropes and glare up at the entrance ramp heatedly, impatiently waiting for Rylie to appear so that she could get her hands on the girl.

Rylie was backstage, hopping up and down as her racoon tail swayed from side to side. It they swayed more frantically as she took a few deep breaths trying to calm her nerves down as she spoke to herself. "Fuck, I can't believe this...I'm going to end up choking under this pressure." She said as she stopped hopping and now started to pace back and forth. This wasn't just an important match for her, this was probably going to be the most important match of her life. She was now within grasp of the title she admired more then any of the others, one that spoke to her on a personal level. She was going against someone far more experience and probably far stronger considering the size difference.

Rylie only had four matches at this point, and her debut sent her to the hospital and she lost against her best bud Oscar on the second match. She did when her next two, going against a strong male opponent in which she was able to exploit a weakness a weakness of his to get the win, and then she won important rematch against the woman who hospitalized her thanks to finding a trainer that taught her a few things. Right now she looked towards that very trainer for some motivation. "Coach, if you have anything to say, I'm all ears." She said as she pulled a pack of cigarettes and a lighter from her flannel shirt pocket and pulled out a cig from the pack and put the pack away as she waited for some advice from her coach.

Jonathan had to admit that this was taking more of a toll on Rylie than he previously thought. He would think Rylie would be basking in this moment and championing how she planned to put Raina’s face into some wet cement or whatever. Then he heard the dreaded stipulation for this title match, one he himself was all too familiar with, Hell in a Cell. Jonathan remembered from his earlier career taking the world title into a match like this and he was scared shitless himself even playing the evil heel bad guy. Jonathan was younger than Rylie at the time being 21 when he first took a step inside the deadly structure and even though he put his heart into the match against a certain deadman, Jonathan left piledrivered and a crimson mask on his face leaving him out of action for four months to heal up his wounds and losing his title.

He knew how nervous Rylie was now and Raina was sure to pack on some hell herself for all the pranks she endured over the last few weeks. A part of him had to admit that this was sorta karma for what Rylie did, but he was her trainer and had to be on her side for this title match. He cleared his throat and talked to his student crossing his arms.

“This match ain’t no joke and you clearly know this. However, we got to shake the nerves when you go out there, because Raina wants to eat you alive in order to keep her belt. It’s gonna be hard. Just know that. But I know you, Rylie, you’re stronger than what you are now. You’re a hardcore badass. If anything, this match type favors you more than you know. Use that cell to your advantage. It’s sharp and brutal enough to exploit, personal experience included in that statement. You have technical brilliance and mastered Strong Style so use that for your offense. Finally, do what you do best and lay some hardcore violence on Raina. Chairs, kendo sticks, throw a table on that mix as well,” Jonathan explained.

Jonathan would then stop Rylie from pacing and look deep into her eyes giving her a comforting hug.

“But on a personal level, while we have the time, I’m proud of you for taking this leap of faith, running with it, and hoping for the best. Not many wrestlers can take this match on and face their fear. I know you’re scared and nervous, but I’m right here. Win or lose, I’m proud to be your trainer. Here, I have a gift,” Jonathan continued as he pulled out a black armband with ‘THE REFORMATION’ written in grey lettering along with the initials ‘RM’ in the same color just under the title. “I run this faction called The Reformation and we are family. There’s a lot of members and I want you to join. You’re pretty much like my daughter at this point and it’s more symbolism than anything. Even if I’m not in that cell with ya, I’m fighting by your side no matter what.”

Jonathan put the armband on Rylie’s right shoulder to hopefully give her confidence a boost and the ring worker came into the locker room alerting both of them that time was ticking and Raina wasn’t set on waiting forever. She probably would lose patience and come backstage dragging Rylie out by her tail if they didn’t hurry. Jonathan urged her forward as he patted her back for good luck.

As Jonathan was motivating her and telling her what to do and to use weapons, she smirked mischievously as she already prepared for that by setting her garbage can full of goodies under the ring after the ring was set up for today's pay per view, including lightsabers and her infamous rubber chicken. Then when it came to Jonathan having a gift for her and calling her a daughter she smiled and had to have a wrestling match before her match with Raina as she fought against tearing up. She kind of felt that same way in seeing Jonathan as a father figure, in fact the little time she knew him, he was already a better father to her then her actual father was. "Aww hell yeah, consider me in Pops!" She accepted the reformation armband and hugged Jonathan back and whispered, "Thanks dude." to him as she then pulled away. "Time to go kick some ass." She said as she smirked at Jonathan before bringing the cigarette to her lips and finally, bringing the lighter to it as she took a drag as she strutted out of the locker room, but not before snatching the baseball bat she had propped against the door as she made her way towards the entrance.

As Rylie's music hit, her fans went nuts, surprised to see her in a title match so soon, but sure enough, here she was as she exited the curtain, pulling the cigarette from her lips and exhaling the smoke into the air as she then rested her baseball bat on her shoulders as she had a sexy strut to her before stopping down the aisle and smirking at the coach that was beside her as she then pulled the bat off of her shoulder and held it to the air as she let out a battle cry as she stared back at her opponent. She then flicked the cigarette away and high fives some of her fans and even took the time to stop to lean towards some of the younger fans to let them pet her as she smiled and closed her eyes and let out some happy racoon noises before pulling away from them to continue to make her way to the ring. She then hopped up onto the edge of the ring and balanced herself standing on the middle and top rope as she stared at Raina, pointing her baseball bat towards her belt with a serious expression as she then looked up at the cell being lowered down as she looked on with nervous energy as she then hopped down from the turnbuckles, landing on the mat as she then tossed the bat to the side as it rolled over to stop just under the bottom rope on the edge of the ring as she warmed up with some stretches, keeping her eye on Raina as the announcer introduced the champ and challenger and went over the rules of the cell, to which they were none as the case finished lowering, sealing in the two wrestlers and the referee.

Raina was pacing impatiently with a low growl in the back of her throat as she waited longer and longer for her opponent to come down. After all the pranks and ribs at her expense she was finally gonna get the chance to get payback against her! Soon the brat herself would come out, trying to look cool in her skimpy little outfit smoke a cigarette. It didn't matter to Raina, she just wanted her to get to the ring already!

After some playing with the crowd and teasing Rylie would finally approach the ring, hopping to stand on the ropes while locking eyes with Raina who glared fiercely at the woman with fists clenched in anger as she bounced on her feet, preparing to get started while the ref went over the rules, making Raina roll her eyes while bouncing on her feet. Finally though it would come to a head as the cage would finally start to lower, trapping the two... and prompting Raina to charge forward like a bull, right at Rylie, aiming to crash into her and take her down to the mat right away with a shoulder tackle!

Rylie was observant of Raina's mannerism's while she approached the ring, the pacing, her mannerisms, the look on her face. It was like a caged animal waiting for it's pray to be put in the same cage so it could attack and devour it's meal. This brought a smirk on Rylie's face as this got her the attention of what she wanted the most. She knew Raina was ready to charge at her the second the cage lowered and the bell rang, but that still didn't stop the surprised look on her face as the predator was charging right for her. Still, she expected this to come and with her ring awareness, she knew she was near the corner. As Raina attempted to tackle her, Rylie would have took a step back, grabbing the top ropes at her sides as she would have then hopped up and spread her legs as if to leap frog, hoping Raina would charge underneath and end up having her upper body dive in between the middle and top corner turnbuckle to collide her shoulder into the ringpost as she would then try to sit on Raina's back and roll her body forward to drop to the mat and hook her arms around Raina's thighs to try to pull her away and down into an attempted sunset flip to try to start the match off with a surprise early pin attempt.

Raina was ticked off and fed up with Rylie and her shenanigans against her to the point she was ready to turn the girl into a pancake that would have have to get peeled off the mat! Naturally eager to get started in doing so Raina would charge forward the moment the bell had rung and immediately leapt towards Rylie, wanting to splat the girl with a shoulder tackle! However as Raina got close she quickly spotted how the girl pulled herself up, no doubt for a leapfrog or drop kick! 'Shit!' Raina thought, instinctively ducking under the girl... and in turn crashing into the corner head and shoulder first with all the forward momentum. "Ugh..." Raina would groan before feeling something land on her back. Unable to do anything about it Raina would get flipped over and pinned against the mat with a shocked look on her face! 'Oh no!' Raina thought as the ref dropped down.

"ONE!"

"TWO!!"

"THR-!"

Just before the three count Raina would buck her hips up while twisting to the side to kick out! Raina had managed to just barely escape and keep the match on, the crowd immediately going into a loud uproar at how close the match was to being over right then and there!

As Raina kicked herself sideways out of the sunset flip, Rylie looked to the ref with wide eyes and then back to Raina. 'WaitdidIfuckingwi...NoIdidn'tshitfuckballs, stayfocused.' Rylie relayed in her head as she immediately regained her shock from the crowd pop and realizing she didn't get the surprise, but she did get Raina to crash with her aggression as she shifted from her sitting position from the flip to shifting to her knees and pushing herself quickly to her feet and lunging at Raina to try to slap her in a headlock from Raina rising up from her position. She didn't just try to headlock her though, she would use the strong style taught to her by her coach to make sure her forearm would ram into the back of Raina's neck first before her arm would curve around to pull the side of Raina's head to the side of her breast as she would then lock the side headlock in.

Raina groaned softly, absolutely humiliated by the fact that she had been pinned and nearly defeated so easily by her challenger. That near fall alone serving to get the fans roaring in response already at the dramatic near fall. Rolling herself over after escaping the pin, trying to get up, only to get cut off by Rylie catching her in a headlock attempt, pushing her right up against the woman's chest! "Gah! Ughhhh!" Groaning as she was squeezed tightly by the woman Raina would soon growl angrily as her hands would wrap around Rylie's waist and leg respectively.. If successful than Raina would pull up, aiming to try and counter Rylie's skill with raw power, lifting the woman up before falling backwards to try and spike the woman with a suplex!
