"The limit breaking comes after a bit of training, you will be swinging heavier weights soon enough but it takes a little before you get there. And you want it to hurt tomorrow, not while you are training. A piece of advice, if it ever hurts when you train, stop." Alicja replied, she could certainly relate to wanting progress now but it was all the better that she was here to cut these notions before they could hurt Ruby.

When the other girl returned she smiled shyly and rubbed her neck. "If you feel up for it, though I'm really no good at it so you might have to go easy on me." She replied to the offer, standing up and looking at the ring before looking back at Ruby to follow her lead.

Agh, why are there so many rules to this. No way Nora and Yang follow them. Ruby groaned as she took the towel and wiped her face with it. Now heading to the ring, Ruby would look back at Alicja. If we are doing this then you are gonna keep me on a sprinters pace with this workout stuff Ruby said with a smile as she looked back and approached the ring.

I’m plenty up for this btw, got enough stamina to lap you twice Ruby joked as she entered the ring between the ropes. Ruby would even be nice enough to sit on the middle rope to help Alicja in. Once Alicja was in Ruby would bounce on her heels getting warmed up even more Alright, how do you wanna go about this? Just a spar and you’ll pick things up? Or step by step

"They had time to make mistakes, you are in the rush so you don't. I can fix you up with an express plan though there will be a lot of rules." She said heading into the ring with Ruby.

She slipped under the ropes and gave a slight laugh. "I bet you are right but no need to flex on me that hard." She replied, stretching her back as she went to the corner. "Let's go with a spar, they already put me in the ring so I need to get used to the real thing."

I’m gonna be holding you to that. Express plan, express lane, express deliver…That’s all I got Ruby smiled as she was more excited to work out rather than the spar. Alicja was playful with Ruby as she commented back on her stamina. Hey I need something to brag about. Not everyone is some good looking sports model
Once warmed up enough Ruby tossed her towel away and looked back at Alicja. Ruby would flex some of her boxing skills as she threw some lightning fast strikes. It might’ve been to fast for some normal shadow boxing but that was just her natural speed.

Spar sounds good, I’ll set up the automated bell. We’ll go until a pin or submission. Sound good? Ruby said, regardless of Alicja’s answer she went to set up the bell. Don’t take this too personally. I’ll be going about this like normal Ruby said as she got into a wrestling pose. Waiting for the bell to ring, it was now all up to Alicja for how this spar started.

"When I'm done with your training you can land on a front cover of a magazine too, I guarantee." She said finishing her stretching. "Sounds all good to me and I already figured I'm gonna get my ass kicked so no hard feelings there." She said settling into her stance, a little awkward at first but it soon enough clicked. "Just don't hurt my ride too much."

Just as she finished the bell rang and Alicja stepped forward, hands raised, trying to go for an elbow collar tie-up. Initially, she would push in this position, trying the obvious maneuver with her size advantage as a sort of distraction. Then she would pull at Ruby's neck, the other hand disengaging to grab her below the knee before lifting up and bending backward in an attempt at a fisherman suplex.

Ruby let Alicja get through with her pre-match rituals. Since Alicja was nice enough to let Ruby show off a bit. Ruby wasn’t going to be a helicopter teacher, unlike Alicja, Ruby was going to let her make the mistakes. That way they have something to build on later. Laughing along with Alicja’s joke Ha, I make no promises. This’ll be the only time I get as some mutual ‘payback’

Now with the spar underway, Ruby let Alicja take the start of the match. She would go for a elbow collar tie-up, Ruby reluctantly went with it. Since the natural physical between them was present. Alicja was going to use this, to your advantage in two ways. One to bully Ruby into a good position. Two is to trick Ruby that she was going to do that. Instead pulling Ruby’s neck and the inside of her knee, moving fast Alicja acted with flipping Ruby for a fisherman suplex! Leaving Ruby in her sparring partners clutches

Ngh, good to see you have a back of tricks to play with. Ruby groaned as she complimented Alicja. Ruby would kick out of the pseudo hold and kip herself up. Allowing Alicja to get up so they can keep going. You had me believing you were an absolute newbie

Alicia rolled on her belly and pushed up, jumping to her feet and scattering back into her stance. "I have my moments, just don't get used to it." She replied in her usual self-deprecating manner. As far as she saw it, Ruby allowed her to get that move-in, Alicja was after all a newbie, even if she got some luck from time to time.

Seeing how the smaller girl was still waiting on her she would move on with her offense. Stepping closer she would attempt to send a combo of a right cross followed by a left hook and a round kick from the same side. Her movements in that were somewhat clumsy and stiff but far from the worst in terms of technique.

Ruby smiled along with Alicja’s response, Oh come on, half of the fight is confidence. Not that I am much different. Ruby said yet admitted that she may not be the best teacher in confidence. Whether or not Ruby allowed Alicja to deliver the suplex didn’t matter. What mattered is that Alicja knows the basics, now its all about building a better foundation.

Now with both in neutral, Alicja would close in with her offense. Stepping in close to send a right cross. For Ruby she saw all of this in slow motion and moved in quick with a sharp and fast jab to Alicja’s nose. Hoping that would snap, Alicja’s head back and stop her offense. If it did both of those things, Ruby was going to channel some of her sisters boxing and close that gap. Sending a continuous one two combination. As if she were walking Alicja back into the ropes with these face punches.

Deciding to go onto striking proved to be a terrible idea. Alicja managed to stumble back from the first strike just by inches but her footwork being all over the place she soon found her luck running out, She rose her hands to block and walked back, trying to get the distance she needed to regroup but she could not get that, regardless of how fast she moved, Ruby had no trouble keeping up and it took no time at all for Alicja to find herself up against the ropes. She was doing her best to block the punches coming her way and though it worked to a certain extent, far more of them were hitting their mark, with each one making the following hits all the more frequent as the polish woman started to accumulate damage at an alarming rate.

Alicja had her own bag of tricks that caught Ruby off guard. Still that didn’t mean Ruby was just going to get caught slipping here. Little did Alicja know, Ruby’s sister is a champion boxer. It wasn’t a one to one transfer but Ruby did pick up some things. Enough to make her a pretty damn good striker. So once she found her opening, Ruby was going to make the most of it. Throwing her continuous one two combo and walking Alicja to the ropes. Some punches landed better than others, others were blocked. If Ruby was going to make this spar have any worth behind it at all. Then she would need to do some big stuff.

Ruby would leave a gap between her punches, hoping that Alicja would bite. Whether she did or didn’t hardly mattered. Ruby leaned in close hoping to nail Alicja in the stomach with an uppercut. Ruby would actually fake out this punch, hoping to blow through Alicja’s guard and nail her on the chin with an uppercut!
