Dana Ashford vs. Touka Akan - Old Acquaintances

After flattening Touka's body under hers, Dana went for a full body pin, and the referee started counting. The referee reached the count of one, and the proceeded to the count of two.

"TWO!"

But before the referee could reach the third count, Dana would immediately push herself up, pulling Touka with her, breaking the pin and cancelling the count. Dana had an amused smile on her face as she looked at Touka's beautiful face.

"It'll be improper and humiliating to end the match with that. let's do this the proper way." Dana told Touka as she would stand up, still holding her before she put her into a front facelock.

Securing the front facelock, Dana would then reach down to Touka's bottoms before she hoisted her up, holding her upside down, like preparing a vertical suplex. But instead of falling backwards, Dana would bring her down with her signature finisher, the jackhammer, also known as the Sword of Damocles!

Touka was slowly mustering the strength to kick out, knowing she only needed to get her shoulder up for a moment to pull it off and keep herself in this match, but she was outplayed by Dana breaking up the pin herself. Touka was still trying to understand why she did that when Dana pulled her up and lokced her in a front facelock before she realized the real plan at play, and was trying to fight out of it as Dana continued to hold her close, when her arm went over Dana's head and she grabbed her bottoms she tried one last time to pull herself away only for Dana to overpower that and bring her up, holding her perfectly still in the air before she would turn them around and bring her down with her Sword of Damocles, a move she had seen end matches several dozen times.

"Goouuuggh!" Dana screamed, as she hit the mat with all the force Dana could muster. The first thing she felt was the way her chest seemed to be flattened by the unrelenting power of her back hitting the mat and Dana being on top of her to crush her like a pancake. Once she finished screaming she felt lightheaded without anymore air, her legs weakly flopped and her arms gripped on Dana for a half second before they too went slack.

The Sword of Damocles was the ultimate move that had taken out many legendary figures throughout Dana's career, and here, she used the move on her friend, Touka, to bring an end to this match. Seeing that Touka's body had gone slack, Dana would do something that many felt was a mere formality at this point. She placed herself on top of Touka, hooking one of her legs, going for a pinfall attempt.

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

Touka had never been hit by such power with one move, it was a devastating hit that proved that Dana knew how to close a match when she wanted to end it. Touka tried to move her body but the pain from the jackhammer had taken out any ability to put force behind herself and no way to push her arms up. Without either of that she had no hope of getting Dana's weight off her and the pin couldn't be broken in time.

"THREE!"

"Ngghh.." Touka moaned, defeated. She knew that beating Dana would be nearly impossible but she still hoped for the best and knew there was more she could do. Dana was tough and stopped most of that from happening and because she was quicker to act she would take her well earned victory.

With the third count, the match was over. Dana rose up as the bell was sounded, signifying the end of the match. The referee raised her arm, declaring her the victor. As always, Dana had her smile on her face. Whether the people liked or hated her, it was undeniable that she was a phenomenal wrestler, and tonight, she had proven herself to be a very formidable opponent as she managed to take out Touka Akan in a match, and here, she got herself another win under her belt.

After a while, Dana looked at Touka and held out her hand, offering her help. "Hey, can you stand?" Dana asked, smiling kindly at her friend. "I hope I didn't hurt you too much, Touka." Considering that Touka was her friend, she showed some rare courtesy to her opponent after defeating her. This earned her a bit of approval from the audience, as evidenced by their cheers.

The match ended in a upsetting defeat. Even though Touka knew that she was an underdog in this fight she still hoped for the best and gave it her all, the bearhug came out of nowhere and made any hope of coming back and winning impossible. Touka was still planted on the mat until Dana offered a hand to help get her old friend off the mat. Touka shook her head when she asked if she could stand and when she started to get back up it was because Dana was close by holding her ready to help her up.

"I think that ship sailed with that...last move." Touka said, her tone telling Dana that she was alright even after that. It hurt still and her body was hurting the more she tried to get up, but she had a slight smile on her face despite the bitter taste of defeat she had to carry with her.

Helping Touka up, Dana had decided to assist her to leave the ring. "Well, if you don't mind, I can bring you to my favorite spa tomorrow. I'm sure the massage will fix you up in no time." Dana gave Touka a kind smile. "And it's been a while since the last time we hung out, so we might as well do some catching up in the meantime." And with that, both woman would leave the ring. Despite the fight, Dana had reaffirmed her friendship with Touka. Despite her reputation, Dana still valued her relationships with others.
