Megumi Mutoh vs. Hikaru Sawazaki

Hikaru was pacing in the back, she had heard of Megumi and her reputation before. After her debut in LAW she felt like she had something to prove. Clad in her yellow and black wrestling attire Hikaru was ready to go tonight.

As her music played and she made her way to the ring she waved to the fans as she walked, smiling and taking in the polite cheer from the audience. She climbed up onto the apron and through the ropes eager to begin. She had a lot to prove and felt like Megumi was as good a foe as any to show that she belonged in the bigtime!

It was not a secret that Megumi Mutoh, the Genius of Wrestling, would be wrestling in LAW after walking out of Wrestle Angels. It was speculated that she was to make her debut in this league tonight, and indeed, the speculation was right. Waiting in the gorilla position, Megumi was waiting for her cue to show up. Clad in her trademark red minidress, Megumi crossed her arms under her modest breasts, humming to herself as she waited.

When her theme song was played (which was selected by LAW itself), Megumi stepped out into the stage, greeted by the thunderous cheers of the crowd that were eager to see the Genius herself wrestling in the ring of LAW.

While Megumi might not be the most sociable person around, she still enjoyed the limelight, waving her hands and high-fiving any of the lucky fans as she ran down the ramp, heading over to the ring. Once she reached the ring, she slipped between the ropes, entering the ring.

After entering, Megumi took a look at her opponent. For some reasons, she felt somewhat familiar to her, but she couldn't quite put a finger on it. Could she be a fan who somehow became a pro wrestler?

Hikaru watched as Megumi made her way out and bounced on her feet from side to side. When Megumi made it to the ring Hikaru gave her a small nod as she approached the center. "Let us have a good match yes?" Hikaru said as she extended her hand. Megrim wasn't one of those women who used dirty tactics... not like the woman she faced in her debut. Surely this match would go better! Hikaru believed in herself and that is all she needed right? Be confident, be smart and focus on her foe. She could do that, and she figured she could emerge victorious.

Hikaru was going to win, regardless of how good Megumi was. She was going to demonstrate that she belonged on the big stage. After the handshake the bell rang and Hikaru circled about her hands up and ready. She then lunged in and tried to open up the match with what she considered a simple but hopefully effective forearm smash to the chest against Megumi!

Megumi was still thinking about who Hikaru was, thinking that her name might have rung the bell somewhere. Had she met her back then in the Wrestle Angels? Well, she somehow fit the criteria for being an alumnus of Wrestle Angels, though she couldn't be so sure.

Her thought process then was interrupted by Hikaru who extended her hand, generally displaying the spirit of sportsmanship. "Oh, yeah, of course," Megumi nodded, smiling as well as she took the handshake. Shaking hands with her opponent wouldn't hurt her, or at least if the opponent in question was courteous enough.

So, the ref would then start the match, calling the bell. Both wrestlers would be in the middle of the ring where the match would begin. As a starter, Megumi would get close to Hikaru, locking up with her with standard grappling stance, going for a contest of strength with her.

Hikaru circled and locked up with Megumi, trying her all to win the strength face off! However, the fit Hikaru found herself being outclassed by Megumi, taken aback by the power her opponent was displaying!

"N-no way!" Hikaru muttered as she was being forced back slowly bit steadily against her will! Hikaru groaned and fought back but knew this was a losing battle.

While wrestling, Megumi wasn't one to hold back, making use of her prodigious strength effectively as evidenced when she locked up with Hikaru, pushing her back. While Hikaru's effort was admirable, she was facing the wrestling savant of Wrestle Angels, Megumi Mutoh.

Megumi would continue pushing Hikaru back, looking to overpower her physically as she planned to give herself a burst of push, hoping to send the other girl right onto her back, or at least onto her knees. All the while, Megumi would try to think of her next move, figuring out the best way to take down her opponent.

Hikaru was not doing well at all, forced back onto her knees as she was stuck in Megumi's grasp! "No! This isn't supposed to happen!" Hikaru said still in shock. She had to do something and fast otherwise she was going to be stuck. Out of desperation... far too early to be desperate as far as Hikaru was concerned... she tried to use her close proximity to MEgumi to lunge her head forward, head butting the womans abdomen to try to jolt her.

Hikaru wasn't looking to land any sort of knockout blow or anything too devastating, but if the headbutt surprised Megumi she could at least escape her clutches and roll back, rising to her feet and getting to reset herself.

Megumi kept on pushing, slowly overpowering Hikaru in their contest of strength. It was clear who was the stronger one between the two of them in terms of pure physical strength, but it looked like Hikaru was getting desperate. In her desperation to get herself out of this disadvantageous position, she went to deliver a headbutt into Megumi's abdomen, jolting her, causing her to yelp as she would step back, quickly letting go of the other girl.

The headbutt was hardly painful, but it did its job to distract Megumi. Seeing Hikaru rolling off, trying to rise back to her feet, Megumi decided to not let her have her chance to recover as she would step forth, looking to hammer her forearm right at the side of her neck, looking to disorient her a little with that strike.

Hikaru got up and stumbled back, slumping down to a knee as her neck was struck hard by Megumi! She groaned and swayed as she knelt down trying to collect herself! She was not at all off to the start she had hoped, and she felt awful. she had to show everyone she could hang with a woman like this, but all she managed to do was be a glorified punching bag! Hikaru tried to gather herself enough to prepare herself for Megumi's eventual approach, trying to lash out with a punch to the abdomen as she drew close!

After striking at Hikaru's neck with a forearm strike, Megumi was looking to land more hits on her, approaching her. She saw the punch coming, which was aimed at her abdomen, so she would take the punch into her body, wincing a little as Hikaru's fist was driven into her. "Hngh!!" Still, she would then grab a hold on Hikaru's wrist with both hands before pulling her by her arm, twisting her around so that she could end up behind her while still holding her by her arm.

Still holding Hikaru by her arm, Megumi would hook her arm under Hikaru's armpit and did the same with her other arm under the other armpit. With her arms hooked under both Hikaru's armpits, Megumi would try to heave her opponent up, throwing her over her head with a dragon suplex, sending her crashing into the canvas shoulder first, which she would proceed with a pinfall attempt by bridging her body.

"ONE!"
