The Daredevil vs. The Pegasus! Natalie McCathy vs. Ingrid Galatea

[Pegasus]

Natalie saw Ingrid make a mad dash for the ring as the referee had just uttered the first half of ten before stopping as Ingrid laid on the mat tired from dashing in. Just a spilt hair too late! Natalie was a bit bummed she couldn’t get an easy victory, but then again, this match would’ve been a waste of time so she couldn’t complain too much getting another chance to kick some Pegasus booty. Natalie got Ingrid up by the blonde hair directing her into the corner as she revved up her left skate’s wheels and lifted it to run it across Ingrid’s stomach rolling the wheels on her opponent’s exposed skin!

Ingrid knew she was in massive trouble when she got into the ring, her energy tank was on fumes as she needed to take a breather. And it seemed like Natalie was not intending on giving her a breather to say. Ingrid felt her long blonde hair being pulled and she was pushed into the corner.

Ingrid did not want to be humiliated by some girl in roller skates, her integrity could not let her, she had an image to keep. Ingrid heard Natalie's skates rev up, and knew that an attack was coming right at her.

As Natalie pulled up her leg, Ingrid used both her arms to attempt to pull Natalie's leg back down. "I won't be humiliated by someone I clearly outclass." Ingrid would say before then launching a kick to Natalie's midsection.

This was almost too easy for Natalie as she was running circles around this supposed wrestling prodigy. Natalie knew how to turn the events of any match into her favor and this time would be no different. However, Ingrid had enough of the tricks and taunts as she grabbed Natalie’s leg pushing her off as Natalie struggled to stay on balance leaning on the top rope. A kick came into her stomach as she was sent rolling and covering her stomach. She panted a little bit as that kick had plenty of force behind it.

Finally Ingrid had a break, and an advantage at that. She finally created an opening while Natalie was not gonna strike back at her, and therefore it was time to attack. Ingrid knew that something was giving Natalie an unfair advantage.

It was time to get rid of those roller-skates.

Ingrid attempted to push down Natalie onto her back. If that managed to work, Ingrid would then say "Roller skating is lame!" before grabbing one of Natalie's legs and attempting to pull off her roller skate and in Ingrid's mind, make her fight fair.

Natalie yelped as Ingrid pulled her feet out from under her and she tried scrambling backwards, but the Pegasus was already on top of her. After hearing her little quip, Natalie fumed a little bit as Ingrid tried pushing off her skate. Natalie tried kicking Ingrid away with her free leg and had a lot to say to this stick in the mud of a wrestler.

“I swear to God….you people trying to take off my skates! Those technically count as my foot wear for matches. You can fight me with them or just continue being a pain in the rear! Also, screw you, roller skating rules! ” Natalie exclaimed as she would try to back up and roll back to her feet with the skates in tact.

Ingrid knew that allowing Natalie to keep her roller-skates on would be a bad idea, one that would give her a decisive speed advantage. Ingrid was not a slow wrestler, but there was no way she could keep up with Natalie at this point.

Ingrid felt herself being kicked with the end of a skate towards her chest. "OOMPH!" Ingrid gulped, nearly letting of Natalie's leg, but still managing to hold on. "Okay then, if you wanna fight like that, then I just make sure you can't skate!"

That was what Ingrid said before attempting to turn Natalie on her stomach, and if she managed to do that, would stand over Natalie's back, and lock on a Single Leg Boston Crab.

Natalie had managed to successfully prevent her skate from coming off which would have put her at a slight disadvantage. She definitely couldn’t wrestle with a skate off as it would be hard to control the other one coordinating with a bare sock. Ingrid decided that if she couldn’t get Natalie’s skates off then she’ll just make it harder to stand as Natalie felt herself tossed on her stomach with the Pegasus locking in a Single Leg Boston Crab! Natalie screamed as she pounded her fists on the mat and tried to crawl forward using her free skate to push the wheels forward for better momentum.

Ingrid now had full control of her roller-skating opponent, she would not let Natalie make an embarrassment out of her and professional wrestling like so many LAW wrestlers had. And to make sure Natalie could not move her legs and use her skates.

However, Ingrid saw something out of the corner of her eye. She saw Natalie attempting to use her free skate to push herself towards the ropes. Ingrid's solution to this however was simple.

"DUMB ROOKIE MISTAKE THERE!" Ingrid yelled before attempting to grab Natalie's free leg, if she managed to, she would attempt to lock in a Full Boston Crab.

As Natalie tried pushing herself for the bottom rope to grab, Ingrid quickly grabbed her free leg and fully executed a Boston Crab! Natalie screamed and her hands swarmed the canvas trying to find anything to grab to propel herself further. Natalie made a fist with her right hand and pounded it on the mat as the referee got down wondering if she would submit. Natalie shook her head before the referee could ask her and she had to think quickly. She tried placing her hands firmly on the mat to lift her lower half up to catapult Ingrid into the ropes to release her!

Ingrid was never really a user of the full on Boston Crab, she only ever really used the Single-Leg/ Half Crab variant to wear down her opponents. Therefore, her Boston Crab was not as well applied to Natalie as to say someone like Mary Clairson or her trainee Saori Aiko would apply it.

This made it much easier for Natalie to get loose, as Ingrid was just focus on wrenching the hold and causing as much damage as possible to Natalie.

And before Ingrid knew it, she was flung into the ropes, her neck bouncing off and causing her to rebound to her back. Ingrid grimaced as she held her neck, having let go of Natalie and knowing she was in trouble.
