Apex Match: Kira Kusanagi vs. Hikaru Sawazaki

Hikaru was rising when she was clubbed in the back of the head, groaning and falling down to the mat on her stomach! "Uggghhhh...." Hikaru cradled the back of her head in her arms as she rolled around on the canvas. Things were looking bad now as Kira loomed over the reeling Hikaru. She kicked the mat in frustration trying to rouse herself to rise up to her feet.

Kira smiled evilly as she clubbed her smaller opponent in the back of the head! Now that Hikaru was on the mat it gave Kira time to ponder about what she’ll do to this pathetic piece of trash.”your an Angel correct? Well time to clip your wings” She laughed before grabbing each of her arms and pressing her boot right on her back. If the goddess was successful she would begin to pull her arms back trying to snap her body like a twig!

Hikaru felt her arms grabbed and pulled back as Kira pressed her foot against Hikaru's back! "AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Hikaru screamed as she shook her head, thrashing about as the painful hold quickly jolted her body. Hikaru was in a very bad spot and things were starting to get out of control. She was on the wrong end of offense against a heavy hitter and if this kept up she feared she would blow her chance to pull off an upset victory in the most important match of her career.

The crowd would go faint with silence hearing they’re underdog Angel screaming her lungs out. Kira meanwhile laugh and leaned her head forward to whisper into her ear”Im amazed your back hasn’t snapped like a twig” She said with nothing but coldness in her voice. The goddess dropped her opponent’s arms and went to roll her over to lift her up. If she was successful she would put her opponent high in the air for a powerbomb!

Hikaru was in agony as Kira mercifully let go of the hold. However Hikaru felt herself pulled up and placed in a position that she was familiar with. She had been power bombed enough before so she reached back to grab the back of Kira's legs. Hikaru knew she had to change the flow of the match and with a scream she stood up and lift, flipping Kira over her back onto the mat behind her to counter the power bomb attempt!

Kira had Hikaru right where she wanted her. As she lifted her up she smirked evilly about to send her down straight to hell! Unfortunately it would be cut short as she was about to drop, Hikaru found the strength to lift her up and slammed the goddess down to the mat! It caused a giant thud to be heard across the ring! The Goddess laid down in pain trying to find the strength to stand up.

Hikaru knew that Kira would be quick to rise and this was not good... Hikaru jumped up and tried to crash down on Kira with a leg drop to keep her on the mat! Hikaru wass trying to pile on any way she could to get momentum in this match as she still had high hopes of pulling off the upset! No more underdog Hikaru, no more being treated like a jobber this was her night to prove she belonged!

Kira was groaning in trouble from her opponent new found strength leaving her down on the mat. Then things only got worse as Hikaru went for a leg drop! Kira had no choice it was do her die. She mustered what she could to try and roll away from her opponent. If successful the goddess would away a moment to breathe and catch herself. If not then she would be a sitting duck for whatever else the young wrestler had in store.

Hikaru came crashing down on nothing but the canvas! "ARGH!" Hikaru groaned as she was sitting on the mat in pain rolling to the side as she grabbed her legs. That landing was not at all what Hikaru had in mind and she was left stunned on the mat. Kira having a chance to act was the last thing Hikaru wanted. This match had the potential to spiral out of control.

Kira let out a small sigh of relief as she was successful with liking out of the way. Now that Hikaru was on the mat, she can do whatever she wanted. Kira stood up and she went to grab Hikaru by the arm and pull her up. If she was successful she would wrap her arm around her neck, and the other around her leg to lift her up for a Fisherman Suplex!
