A promised training (Alicja and Susanna)

Sue would blush again, this time falling for the distraction. She would not notice as her opponent slipped her arms behind her back and suddenly the two muscular bodies were pulled together. Sue was feeling the full, incredible power of ALicja. Sue began to scream a loud pain at first when her body was compressed, followed by loud moans of pain. “good one!” she would compliment her trainee, wondering how long ALicja was going to keep that up.

Alicja groaned from exertion and smiled. "Getting thought by the best! That's a bearhug right?" She said, relaxing her hands just for a split second before she would clamp on even harder. At the same time she realized her legs were doing nothing, and if there was one way to get lifted and slammed that was by leaving the legs free. As such she tried sneaking them on the inside of Sue's to then hook around her knees in a sort of a grapevine.

The sudden bust in the clamp made sue scream out again. She would bend backwards as her trainings partner was about to crush her chest… “what are you doing?” would sue ask shocked as Alicja was squeezing their muscular frames together so hard that sue began to panic as she was feeling how the air was squeezed out of her. She began to wiggle and throw her body from side to side in a panic as Alicja tangled their legs together as well taking away more and more chances of moving… “why?”

Sue's reaction made Alicja relax the hold immediately, she thought that this was what she was supposed to do but it was very clear to her now that it was not and she looked mortified at her screaming teacher. "Oh my god, I'm so sorry, I though I was supposed to keep it tight right there, are you ok? She said in a paniced and worried tone as she hoped that she did not hurt the other woman.

Sue would breathe in deeply as she would be able to breathe again… “You should not attack your trainer for real during a training… when I am not expecting it my body is all lose and soft… your strnegh could really hurt me…” would sue say rolling of her opponent.
She would look away shy. “I maybe got a bit too carried away… I should have not let my guard down and loosen my muscles up. you just looked kind of… cute down there and I kind of got distracted.” Sue would feel how she was starting to turn red, realizing what she just said looking the other way trying to not show it to alicja.

"I'm really sorry, I'm new to this... I'll make it up to you somehow I promise" Alicja blared out quickly, embarrassed at what in hindsight was quite an obvious mistake on her part. Then she heard the rest of what Sue was saying and a smile returned to her face. She scooted closer and looked down into Sue's eyes. "I'm distracting to you huh? Well... I hope that's a pleasant kind of distraction." She said with a wink.

“hmm It was a cute distraction, you look cute when you are on your back!” would sue say with a small giggle as the woman was sitting up in front of her. Sue would then move around on the mat spinning around and gently laying her legs around the midsection of Alicja to hold her In place. Sue leaned backward, putting her hands on the mat to rest on them while looking at alicja with a smile. “how would you like to try this bearhug again? I promise this time I will fight back!” She would give her friend a small wink, feeling a new feeling in her belly. Normally she loved to fight and test her strength with other woman, but with Alicja it was different. Way more intensive!

Alicja was surprised with the newly found boldnes Sue had just shown, though it was a pleasant surprise. Now she wondered how well it would keep up. "So you like being on top of me? Can't really complain about that." She said, pushing Sue slightly so she would be sitting around her hips, then she would sit up with a smile.
Her hands would wrap around the woman, not squeezing yet, just holding her close as she brushed their cheeks against each other. "On your signal then" she whispered softly

Sue would turn slightly red again as her bust would bump into the bust of her opponent as the two cane together. She would mirror her opponent and go with her arms around the body of her for pulling her in until they were as close as possible without squeezing each other yet. Chest again chest, six pack against six pack...
Sue's heart was racing so fast that she was sure alijca could feel it beating.

"Go" with that signal sue began to pull her opponent forwards against her own body beginning to use her arms to squeeze her opponent against her own muscular body. She tired to domainte and outdo her new friend trying to squeeze harder then her... But she knew how mighty her foe really was

As soon as Sue gave the signal, Alicja squeezed as hard as she could. But just as she did, so did her teacher making her feel every pound of difference between them, Alicja knew she would be no competition for Sue, not for long anyway but she persisted. Sqezeing as hard as she could she gritted her teeth, bending her neck and unintentionally pressing her mouth into the blond's shoulder before a sighed pained moan escaped her lips.
