Drake Benton is driven by a desire to make money and be the best at his chosen sport. He grew up in Wisconsin, going back and forth between Milwaukee and his family's farm. Drake was larger than most other kids and was also somewhat of a bully due to his natural size and strength. He was fast tracked into football and wrestling in high school and college. Once Drake went to college, he learned he couldn't just coast on his size and natural strength, so he became incredibly disciplined with his training regimen. Unfortunately, he didn't make the cut for professional football and hit a ceiling with amateur wrestling as well (especially with making money). Drake knew the booker of a local pro wrestling promotion and had been to several shows. The booker saw a man of Drake's size and potential and offered to have him try out pro wrestling. Drake had grown up watching pro wrestling on TV and loved all of the trash talk, so he figured it wouldn't hurt to try. He took to it naturally and felt like he had truly found his calling. He grew in stature in the local promotions and had demolished all the local competition. Once again, Drake found himself unable to break into the big leagues in the U.S. Frustrated, Drake branched out to other countries at the advice of friends and was picked up by LAW. Drake moved to Japan and resolved to destroy the competition there and establish himself as a bona-fide international star. Wanting to make money, he offered his services as muscle to anyone in LAW who was willing to pay his price...
