Personality: On the outside can look a little bit cold, with brief flashes of anger when annoyed by small things, with even rarer flashes of positivity on her face. Phoebe is a woman of mystery, with little number of people even aware of her past professions. Any time anyone asks her a question about her past directly got either a punch to the face, or simply had the conversation tip toe around the subject.
One thing that Phoebe definitely has is a strong sense of morality. She will act whenever she sees something that she doesn’t, and the person on the wrong moral end of her judgement would be lucky to walk out, dead or alive.

Phoebe Isabella Justice was born in New York, to a middle-class family. Little is known about her academic accomplishments, but she already had known success in several combat sports and gymnastics while at school.
After graduating from the school, she went to college for a course in journalism, but after finishing, would choose to go to a Police Academy rather than stay in her field. After 3 years on the force, she would transition into detective work, but after a year, would quit, opening a Private Investigative office in Brooklyn.
A year after opening her office, she started to appear in wrestling companies around the area of New York and a few other US indies. After a few tours in Japan, she caught the attention of LAW scouts, and, when offered the contract, she signed it.
A few weeks afterwards, she closed her office in New York, with her buying an office in Japan, likely for similar purpose as in America.
