Hiroyuki pondered the exchange after she caught onto his instructions to give his suggestions a shot, running a hand through his hair as he considered her proposition of applying something to Alanna herself. That something in particular was the Anaconda Vice.

"My knowledge of Wrestling as an art is rather 'foundational'. I know what you're talking about, though.", He added while agreeing to give it a shot. Hiroyuki put his hand on her shoulder to keep Alanna on her back as he moved his legs over her spread legs to shift onto her left side. After doing so, Hiro draped his right side over her chest, leaning on it a fair amount while keeping his legs farther out and slightly apart, resembling a BJJ Scarf Hold. He wrapped his right arm about her neck and her nape as well to loop it. Following this up, he began to move a bit quicker compared to his previous gentle pace. As such, Hiroyuki grasped ahold of Alanna's right wrist and bent it so her arm would curve inward to pronounce the blunt edge of her elbow.

After that, Hiroyuki went about interlocking both hands together by the fingers now that they were close together. This allowed him to attempt to ease into a squeeze from his right arm to put pressure on the left side of her neck as well as on an uncomfortable amount on her shoulder to complete the pin! If she were to tap, as usual, he'd ease up on it.

"-There. That should be it if I'm not mistaken."

Hiroyuki locked Alanna in the anaconda vise. His chest pressed up against her and pinned her on the ground. Alanna squirmed and tried to slip out, but the veteran had his hold locked in tight. Alanna tried to hold on, but the. pressure in her head was too much. She tapped his shoulder for him to release her. Upon doing so, she aught her breath and would say, I’ll have to remember that and practice it some more, but it seems effective. Say, do you mind if I request something else? I’m going to be having a KO match soon. I’ve never been knocked out before. Could you put me in a sleeper hold and choke me out? I’d rather find out what it’s like now to get a feel for my limits than find out on national TV.” Alanna once again sat and repositioned herself for Hiroyuki.

Hiroyuki blinked at her twice at that. Even after, his eyes did quite the expressive squint at Alanna. Then, he processed the rest of her speech in kind. Hiroyuki nodded at this, crawling behind her and planting his hands on her shoulders. Just so she'd know for safety reasons:

"You want me to strangle you into unconscious.---Fine. Remember, this will take seven to ten seconds for most submittees. If you apply it to someone else, pay close attention to how their body reacts. I doubt you want to cause someone damage to their brain through circulatory issues. Use the same care that you would with a Triangle Choke."

That warning said, Hiroyuki's left arm went to wrap around her neck and lock his fingers with the comparatively sizeable bicep of his right arm. His right went behind her head to better move into her scalp, thrusting her trachea into the crook of his left's elbow as the grappler kept his kneeled position behind Alanna. As iterated many times, this differed from an air choke as it pressed the blood vessels, going to her brain, on the sides of her neck closed. He drove straight to a deeeppp squeeze intent on dropping her flat in several seconds. Even if she were to struggle with him naturally, Hiro tried to make the space between his two covered arms smaller and smaller, regardless, to compress her neck and render her temporarily asleep while lightly pulling her back into his chest to keep control. Hiro didn't actually want to hurt after all, lacking a sadistic streak in his mental condition. To add in this, finally, the left side of his face pressed close to hers to nudge it further down into the Sleeperhold while his elbow ran nearly parallel to her chin!

Alanna adjusted herself as Hiroyuki pressed his chest up against her back. She felt the tension in her neck as he wrapped his left arm around her throat and interlocked with his right bicep. Hiroyuki began squeezing and pushing the back of Alanna’s head into the crook of his elbow. The hold expertly applied, Alanna immediately felt immense pressure in her head. The Frenchwoman didn’t fight it, not that it would have made a difference. Escape would have been impossible.

One moment she was staring at herself being choked in the mirror, her vision blurring at the edges. The next she found herself staring up at the ceiling, looking at Hiroyuki and Helen staring down at her. She was splayed out resting against Hiroyuki’s chest. ”Huh. What happened? … Wait did you do it?” she groggily asked.

It wasn't long before the girl went limp in the constricting embrace. When she did so, Hiroyuki nigh-instantly let her go by unwrapping his arm from around her neck. Equally as long, Alanna roused back from her slumber before the dread could creep into Hiroyuki's chest and down his spine. Seeing her awake now, Hiroyuki adjusted to push her body off to the left so her head could rest on his left arm while Alanna's body lay stretched over his thighs and middle. Slim yet worried eyes scanned her from head to toe before Hiroyuki finally responded.

"Yes. It wasn't painstakingly slow.", He said, referring to the hold itself. Hiroyuki pursed his lips before scooping her up properly. Her head would be settled at the crook of his elbow while his left arm also rested near her Teres Minor Muscle. His right arm had curled underneath both of the woman's legs as he stood up with an intermediate amount of effort, hampered by his less than peak performance body. This was a gesture meant to help with transferring Alanna over to the mirrored surface nearby and resting her against it by setting her down. If that was to be done as written, Hiroyuki turned to Helen.

"Would you like to go next? A spar?", Hiroyuki proposed as he finally turned his back towards the recovering woman so he could attend to her friend.

Helen watched Alanna struggle in Hiroyuki’s chokehold and then go limp within 10 seconds. She had seen her ex Alexios choke people out. She’d even asked him to do it to her too, so she was used to seeing it. She relaxed when she saw Hiroyuki let go as soon as Alanna was out and tend to her afterwards. Alanna went to rest on the sidelines and Helen agreed to swap in.

“My rival, Christina Perez, she’s a submission specialist. She’s knocked me out twice with a guillotine choke combined with a body scissors. She’s gotten me in it and I’ve slammed her into a wall… through a table… and I can’t dislodge her. How do I get out of a guillotine choke?”

Hiro got his answer soon enough. And, she was comparing herself to another she faced in the past.

"Hm? Think I'd have a good time competing with her.", Hiroyuki mused as he considered her question. Slamming was not a poor option when done correctly so you didn't wind up injuring yourself. From how Helena phrased it, Christina was notable in terms of durability. Therefore, he had to suggest other options for the woman to use. Hiroyuki pointed at the floor, inviting the girl to get on her back for him. That would be where he got in her guard, between the legs, and presumably she'd take the hint to put him in one so he could explain how to get out. Should she do so, then he'd first elaborate on an option she could use.

"Physically, she doesn't sound weak. So, you'd have a higher chance if you grasp her hands. This, clearly...depends on if 'Christina' accounts for your arms or leaves them free for one reason or another. Prying at her arms themselves won't do anything substantial since she'll have a tight chokehold. The same applies for Alanna's Triangle from earlier. However, target her hands--"

Hiroyuki paused to proceed with physical direction. That consisted of him grasping her wrists with both hands and working to separate them while pulling his head upward. If he was able to overpower her in order to separate her interconnected limbs, then his head would simply pop back up in a rush. That'd leave him in her guard should she not be able to hold him down.

"-and you'll be able to get out. But don't pull straight out of the Guillotine. It won't work and she'll likely tighten it further."

That said, Hiroyuki was only accounting for the established situation of the Guillotine + Body Scissors. Of course, if she did not want to switch, he'd be willing to teach her more about this scenario.

Helen held Hiroyuki with her guillotine choke. She thought, like it was with Christina, it was unbreakable. Yet Hiroyuki surprised her by wedging her hands apart and pushing his head down instead of trying to pull it out. He freed himself and the two caught their breaths with him still in her guard. “That was excellent! Show me more please!” Helen was truly excited at the prospect of knowing how to counter her nemesis’s holds now.

"Good girl.", Hiroyuki complimented before continuing with his instruction at her behest. "Raising your-"

Hiroyuki tapped his hip with his left hand on that side to better demonstrate his points physically. He leaned over to oppress her posture and isolate her on her back, hands on the mat at both sides on her head as he looked down at the senior woman. As he did so, Hiroyuki raised his hips up and crawled his knees closer to her rear end. That'd leave her lower half slightly suspended in the air. Finally, Hiroyuki would go to stretch his legs out like a bipod to lift her lower half further. His breath quickening in rate, Hiro pushed his right forearm over her throat where Helen's would likely be the next time Christina used a Guillotine Choke on her. His dumping of his mass would create an egregious amount of shoulder pressure on Helen as a demonstration. It wouldn't be completely cumbersome since he wasn't in the right position for a perfect Von Flue Choke.

"-hips will help too. Christina would have to deal with your weight being 'hoisted' directly into her neck since our legs help in keeping it from being uneven."

Before he was open to responses, Hiroyuki quickly switched to one more chain she could follow and do. Hiro targeted her left leg to try to push his right knee through and put stress on the guard to break it by pushing between her inner thigh and his waist for his knee to worm its way inside fully. If he was able to break Helen's connection, Hiroyuki would hop over to his right following the successful guard pass which would put him on the weak side of the hypothetical Guillotine and in Side Control. There, he retracted his posture into the compressed stature from when Helen and Alanna had him in their guards. First, he should clear up how much Helen knew so he's not unnecessarily retreading ground she was familiar with.

"Right, that reminds me. Can you pass guards or would you love some assistance with that too?"

Helen was truly amazed. She never thought to basically “crawl” up her opponent and apply pressure to their shoulder and head with her own body weight. Helen’s lower half definitely weighed more than her upper half. She asked Hiroyuki to practice this several times until she got it down. Once they finished there the two took a breather. When asked about practicing guard changes, Helen replied, ”Yes, please. Demonstrate that too. Assume I’m an idiot or completely new.”
