The jungle girl and the Barbarian's meeting: For ZorzLeth

After a few matches, Oscar was back in the gym and continuing his training- or rather he was taking a break from his typical workout routine as he sat down on a bench and flipped through his notebook while drinking some water and wiping his forehead with a handtowel. In all honesty, Oscar was happy with how things have been going in LAW- very happy indeed! However, he knew he couldn't be in the training program forever. Eventually, Oscar had to look toward the future and see about graduating- which meant facing tougher opponents than other young lionesses and rookie wrestlers. While he had already done so during his cross-promotion in Leviathan, Oscar felt like he could do better... but how? Well, that's why he was scanning his notebook. He was mostly in his own headspace as he studied up on the notes he wrote on his own moves while pondering what else he could do with his large, bulky frame.

Oscar was minding his own business, not bothering anyone else, when a young woman approached her. This woman had long, black hair, which was tied up in a ponytail, and piercing blue eyes. Her fair skin and ample body were clad in what one could describe as jungle-themed attire. It was mostly black with some additional details, such as grey fur accompanying her top, a loincloth, stockings that exposed certain parts of her feet and her arms being wrapped in grey bandages.

Juding by her current look, of which her body was sweating and she had a towel draped over her shoulders, she had been at the gym for quite some time. She had been practicing on punching bags and was taking a break until she noticed Oscar.

"Are you...Oscar? the woman asked Oscar.

Oscar took a break from his brainstorming session as he glanced up to see the young lady in front of him. Possibly another wrestler given her choice of outfit. She wasn't anybody he had seen before, but she seemed friendly enough. The young lion would be polite and close his notebook up, setting it in his gym bag before turning his head to the woman and giving her a friendly smile.

"That's my name, miss! something I can help you with?"

He slightly tilted his head to the side as he spoke. In all honesty, he was curious how this lady knew his name but chalked it up to the chance she might've seen one of his matches.

“Nice!” The woman said as Oscar confirmed his identity to her.

“I figured that I recognized you. the woman continued, “Rylie showed me pics of her friends and you were one of them. I wasn’t expecting to see you until she introduced me at some point, but hey can always say that is a good thing.”

Oscar perked up at the mention of the rascal of LAW herself and fellow young lioness, Rylie Marshall, and grinned ear from ear!

"Oh! You're a friend of Rylie's? Awesome!"

Oscar offered the woman a friendly handshake, his grin unwavering.

"Any friend of Rylie's is definitely a friend of mine. So- who might you be anyways? I don't think I've heard Rylie mention you yet"

"Yeah, Rylie was actually planning on introducing me to all of her friends." the woman responded as she shook hands with Oscar, "But hey, I can tell her that we got this meeting covered." After shaking hands, Fang grabbed her towel to wipe some more sweat off her neck.

"My name is Candace Lewis," the woman responded, "Although I tend to go by my nickname of Fang." Fang sat down next to Oscar as they continued their conversation.

"Is that so? Well, I'd still love to be a part of that. Rylie and the gang are pretty great people. I don't think I'd be the wrestler I am if it wasn't for the training and guidance they gave me when I joined the training program"

Oscar chuckled as Fang introduced himself, scooting over a bit to give the woman some room.

"Fang it is then! Nice to meet you. So- if you don't mind me asking, how long have you been in the business?"

"I have only been in LAW recently," Fang admitted as she sat down on the space that Oscar allowed for her, "I just completed a few matches, but I am enjoying it so far." She laid back on the chair, as she arched her upper body a bit to stretch.

"How about you?" Fang asked, "How long have you been wrestling for?"

"Not as long as some other members. December should mark six months since I joined up with the young lions"

Oscar explained as Fang sat down, giving the woman his full attention as he turned his head to chat.

"I've been having a blast with all of it too. Oh man... the people I've met and the stories I could tell..."

The Barbarian Prince let out another chuckle as he took a water bottle out of his bag, offering it to Fang.

"Feels like I'm living my best life in this business honestly. I'm still green in plenty of areas but I'm hoping to work on myself in those areas before I attempt to graduate"

"That's good to hear." Fang said as she noticed Oscar hand her a water, "So strong, handsome and a gentleman. Rylie gave a very accurate description." Fang laughed as she opened the bottle and said, "Thanks." She drank some of the water as Oscar spoke more about himself.

"Well, I'm sure there'll be plenty of opportunities for you to learn a few thing." Fang said, "After all, anything's possible, especially being able to join an industry when one's mother does not entirely approve."
