Dance with the Devil: Maria Tempesta (D) vs Raquel Masters

It was another day in the LAW arena, and another new wrestler was making her debut.

A heavy metal track growled over the music system as a new figure strode into the arena. Standing at 5"7 with a fit and athletic build, the new girl was glad in a tight-fitting, interweaving black and fuschia two-piece that seemed to perfectly compliment her dusky skin tone. Her hair was dyed a shocking white, and her smiling face was framed by the horned devil-mask of a luchadora. Raising an arm to her cheering fans, Maria Tempesta sauntered into the ring, moving with a casual ease that spoke both of a sexy confidence the ring skill that came with it.

Upon reaching the ring, Maria grabbed the bottom rope and pulled up on it, slowly rotating herself upside down so that she was briefly alluringly tangled in the ropes like a pole dancer, flashing her fans a wink. The crowd, naturally, ate it up. Flipping over, she dropped to the mat and strode to the edge of the ring, reclining against the ropes to watch the opposite ramp (and in the process, giving the audience a nice view of her ass, not that she minded). With a sultry smile, she waited to see who her first victim in LAW would be tonight...

Raquel was back in action having qualified for Apex. She was still in need of an opponent for the Apex final and right now she was out to build all the momentum she could. Raquel was not going to lose out on this chance and tonight she was going to make a statement to whoever it was that was going up against her in Apex.

Clad in her pink and white two piece attire Raquel came out into the arena, swaying her hips and shaking her backside before giving it a slap and sauntering her way down the ramp. She winked and blew kisses to the crowd, making sure to keep that hip sway in her step. She was all smiles as she then jumped up onto the ring apron in one leap, then vaulted over the top rope into the ring in another. She bounced around and stood on a turnbuckle facing the crowd and striking a pose before turning to walk to the middle of the ring to face Maria. "Hey babe, I hope you are ready for one hell of a night with this firecracker." Raquel said with a wink.

Maria watched as her opponent finally arrived, much to the hype of the audience, who burst into enthusiastic cheering at her entrance. It wasn't hard to see why: the brunette was quite the looker, and she knew it. She made a show of shaking her stuff and moving her goods as she made her way down the ramp, and Maria allowed herself to sit back and enjoy the show. The fact that the other girl's attire revealed much of her tone, slender body made her that much easier on the eyes. It was a pity, Maria thought, that she was going to have to crush her tonight.

As Raquel made her way into the ring, she moved to the center and gave Maria a friendly greeting and a flirtatious wink. Smiling, Maria moved up towards her. "Mmm, I certainly came for a fun night," she said, nonchalantly stretching her hands behind her head to allow Raquel a good look in turn. "I just hope you don't disappoint."

As the ref told them to get ready, Maria would start to circle Raquel. As she did so, she would extend a hand towards the brunette to offer a handshake. "The name's Maria, by the way," she added. "I'm looking forward to getting to know you more tonight." If Raquel shook her hand, then she would give it a nice, firm grip in an honest pre-match handshake.

Of course, once Raquel moved away, Maria wouldn't let go: instead she would hold onto her wrist, yank her forwards, and spin, hoping to pull Raquel face-first into an extended elbow!

Raquel smiled and shook Maria's hand with a smile on her face before the lightweight was caught off guard and smashed with the sneak attack! "Oomph!" Raquel groaned as she stumbled and fell to her knees stunned from the sneaky strike. Raquel shook her head and tried to collect herself but the momentary daze was enough to keep the window of opportunity open for her opponent!

The crowd erupted into boos as Maria's elbow hit home, clocking Raquel in the face and sending the pretty brunette stumbling down to her knees, momentarily dazed. Maria grinned at the sound, knowing that she was making the proper first impression as LAW's latest heel. But she wasn't about to get distracted by the crowd-- not yet, at any rate. She had just stunned Raquel, and now she needed to capitalize on her opponent's stunned state.

With Raquel on her knees, Maria suddenly ran for the ropes, bouncing off of them, moving swiftly while Raquel was still stunned. Dropping low, Maria would press her palms against the mat and spring off of it, hoping to land with her knee across Raquel's back or (preferably) the back of her head with one of her signature moves, El Bota del Diablo!

Raquel was still reeling from the opening sneak attack, strutting up to her hands and knees. She wanted to get up and fight back but she was absolutely devastated by Maria! A running strike came rocketing in, smashing her head and sending Raquel down to the mat in a heap! She howled in agony and flopped her limbs around but otherwise seemed to be half-conscious after the tremendous impact that had totally left her in a daze!

The crowd continued to boo now as Maria firmly took control of the match, launching herself across the ring to nail Raquel with El Bota del Diablo. The blow sent the pretty brunette crumpling to the mat; rolling over onto her front, Maria noted Raquel lying facedown in a daze, and grinned, playfully leaning back on her palms and doing a pinup pose for the crowd even as they boo'd her.

"Sorry, chica, I should have warned you," Maria purred as she crawled over to Raquel, grabbing a handful of her hair to pull her face up so it was level with hers, "I'm not exactly what you'd call a nice girl." So saying, Maria would stand, yanking Raquel to her feet by her hair, before suddenly spinning to the side, using her grip to try to whip Raquel around and slam her down face-first into the mat again!

Raquel groaned as Maria grabbed her by the hair raising her up. "Oh shut up you b-ARGH!" Raquel howled as her face was smashed to the canvas! She rolled to her side flailing and flopping her legs about as her hands covered her throbbing face! Raquel was off to a horrible start and reeling as the sneaky Maria was now in control, quickly taking advantage of the situation against the struggling Raquel.

Whatever curse Raquel had been about to launch at Maria, it was lost as the Cubana used the other girl's hair to throw her down again, face-first into the mat. The crowd was now getting raucous with their boos now; Maria gave them a dismissive wave with her hand as she circled Raquel, who was now rolling onto her side, clutching her face. So far, so good.

"How you doing, chica? Got something on your face?" Maria sneered as she circled Raquel. "Here, let me help with that." Reaching down, she would yank on Raquel's hair again to lift her into a sitting position...before running towards the opposite ropes, bouncing off to hopefully drop low and raise a knee as though to drive it hard into Raquel's face!

It was all a feint, of course; instead, the moment Raquel brought her arms up to shield her face, Maria would instead stomp down hard on the other girl's ankle, hoping to keep her on the mat and keep her reeling.

Raquel saw Maria coming right at her face and she guessed that even guarding wasn't going to stop that momentum so she ended up throwing a wrench into Maria's plans.... Raquel grunted and rolled hard out of the way so Maria would miss her entirely! It wasn't until Raquel was scrambling up to her feet that she realized she ended up dodging the feint and intended attack making her incredibly lucky. However she was crouched low trying to regain her bearings as she needed to decide how to fight back. She opted to swing around and send a hard spinning kick into the abdomen of Maria, hoping to connect!
