The prodigy and the queen. Nozomi meets Amy

Well she got the first set down. She heard Amy telling her to stop, now came the second set with a twist. Nozomi didn’t know what to expect as Amy guided Nozomi to the proper position which appeared to be Nozomi on top of Amy. She didn’t know why but this was apart of the training. However the moment she went down, WHAM! She felt Amy punch her right in the gut. It made Nozomi wheeze in pain. “Ok…….I get it now.” She said trying not to slump over Amy, she’ll have to do push-ups while taking the same amount of gut punches. Well that’s one way to develop abs. Nozomi tried to keep her cool and do another rep. BAM! Another gut shot, Amy was serious about this and so was Nozomi. The punches hurt but she was determined to make it through.

Amy paid close attention to Nozomi reaction giving her a slight smile not saying an single word about it but... Yes indeed... This was still child's play compare to what is still yet to come... One would wonder how much energy this sort of trainning will take on her trainee... In what type of shape she be in once On My Way Bob comes by ? As a fair reminder about what Valentine said about it earlier... On My Way Bob will be the norm, the standard, everytime Nozomi comes by, she will have to go trough that course before even starting the training but for now... She needs to get over this part. Surprises were still to come thought. Some fun ones, some more tricky than the others but she believes that perhaps Nozomi will be able to hang in there and not decieve her.

Nozomi felt her body burn from the gut shots she was receiving. She knew this would be hard but she didn’t expect this. Every punch felt harder and harder. Each rep felt like it took a minuet to do. Well in a strange way it might help Nozomi build some ab definition so that’s a positive to take away from this. “Yeah…..this is…..definitely…….harder.” She said in between grunts from both the push-ups and the gut punches but Nozomi held on despite the growing pain she felt.

Amy kept her smile and positivity, simply remaining silent not saying much until her trainee made decent progress... Once Nozomi reaches the half way mark, she decides to finally speak to sorta cheer her up to keep on going but reminding her also that is far from over. '' Not bad. You're half way there, is not the time to fall now. '' She would say keeping an close eye at her trainee. Some say a moment please sir is worse and more disliked than this but most of them did not have to do push ups right off the bat after the former challenge.

Those words did keep Nozomi going despite the pain being now obvious on her face, could you blame her though? Amy wasn’t holding back with those gut punches. However she knew it’s only gonna get harder and harder so she pressed on. She’d make it into the classes no matter what.

As Nozomi gets closer and closer to the finish line... Amy increases the speed and strength of her punches... In the last moments of this exercise, Valentine was hitting so fast it felt like 4 blows at once. Once all is said and done, she stops ready to catch her if need be. '' Ok. You survived, for now. '' She tells her giggling.

When Amy said she was done Nozomi let’s out a weak smile “oh good, now I can slump on you.” She said unable to hold herself up and plops on top of Amy. She was in pain, her gut is on fire. Nozomi was breathing hard her heart was pounding, but she did it. She made it through the next step of the training. The way this is going Nozomi will be a full gym member if it keeping going like this.

Amy giggled quickly catching her in between her arms holding her tightly against her while letting one of her hand work her magic on her trainee. '' I guess you need some rest, mmmh ? '' She would say calmly with her voice looking at her as her hand went through her student hair, neck and slowly going over her back. It was basic stuffs for the trainer but she hoped to help her trainee relax. There was still 4 steps ahead of her before the infamous On My Way Bob Challenge.

When Amy started to help Nozomi rest from all those gut punches it felt like a huge weight was lifted off her shoulders. “Yeah I wouldn’t mind one.” She said as she let Amy help her relax from such a hard hitting training method.

Amy kept operating on Nozomi with what felt like basic movement for her but then again... One got to keep in mind that she is doing all that with only one hand. '' Are you curious what is yet to come ? '' She would calmly say while her trainee rests on her.
