A purple top hat with a queen of hearts sticking out hung by the inside door of the bar, one of Tokyo's latest additions just a few blocks down the street from the LAW Arena. A curvaceous figure walked through the now unlocked front door and took the hat off its hook before placing it on her head. Even without an audience, she was always sure to put on a show.
"Miss me, hun?" she asked the college-aged girl behind the counter with a mischievous smile. She had originally told the girl that she'd be tending alone tonight, but that was before Moxxi decided to plaster posters all around the backstage LAW arena advertising MoXXXi's Red Light in hopes of enticing a few of the girls she had her eyes on that were constantly seen backstage. Sure some were crew and other behind-the-scenes personnel, but Moxxi truly had her eyes on a few of the talent.
"Let me handle the bar tonight, sugar. You keep the tables from getting too rowdy, and don't be afraid to put your hips into it," she said with a slight laugh and a wink.
MoXXXi's Red Light sat at the corner of the main road to the LAW Arena and a smaller road just a few blocks from an apartment building known to be a favorite of LAW's talent and employees. One way or another she was going to drive traffic to her bar. It wasn't a giant bar by any means, but it had enough space that Moxxi would soon need to hire several more staff members than the handful of local recruits if her planning worked. As the owner walked past the empty hostess stand and down the aisle with booths on either end, she eyed each table, noting that they had been cleaned from the night before. She came to a stop in front of the bar, which was visible from all parts of the front of the building. Her hands moved aside the barstool as she leaned over the bartop so that the college girl who was finishing up the last glass would have a full view of her cleavage. Moxxi's eyes darted to the back left corner of the establishment where the wrestling pit and ring sat.
"I trust that you had time to study that book?" she said in a hushed tone. A few days before, Moxxi had seduced one of LAW's secretaries into providing her with access to the talent roster record books and all the information about their current talent, including names, physical stats, and, most importantly to Moxxi, faces. Sure a lot of this was public information, but Moxxi was interested in recognizing the faces of those who hid theirs. What better way to know that you had LAW talent in your bar than being able to recognize them at a glance, especially when you're new to the area.
Within a few hours, Moxxi opened the doors to the public for the day and watched with joy as the men and women began to shuffle in for their share of libations, food, and, hopefully, entertainment. About three or four hours into the shift, Moxxi's eye was caught by her assistant manager's secretive gesture as an enticing Mexican woman walked through the doors. A smile broke on her lips as her mind filled with ideas.
