JJ vs. Piper (Apex Qualifier)

JJ had Piper close as her hands were still holding Pipers ankles. JJ kept hold before swinging her head back to smash Piper in the face with the back of her head hoping to send her down to the mat on her back! JJ hoped she could do this as she would let go of Pipers legs and spin around to face Piper, mounting her to smash Piper in the face with hard mounted punches in order to hammer her way back into a dominant position in the match!

Piper cursed to herself, knowing how bad of a position she was in now that JJ had turned things around and gotten on top of her. 'Shit!' The blonde thought, bringing her arms up over her face, trying to block the hits now raining down on her in a desperate bid to keep herself from getting too damaged by the larger woman, her legs kicking out desperately as Piper tried to dislodge the woman from on top of her!

JJ felt Piper buck and kick, forcing JJ to move. She stood up but quickly stomped down on Piper's torso to keep punishing her! "Damn it girl just stay down!" JJ shouted as she jumped up, tucking her knees in. JJ aimed a double knee drop right on the torso where she had just stomped hoping that this would really hurt Piper! She knew Piper would feel this one, provided Piper was still where she was on the mat in one second!

Piper grunted and groaned as she thrashed wildly in a effort to get her opponent off her, something that was only briefly successful before being caught with a stomp to the chest! "Gah!" Piper winced out as a result of the pain. Looking up however the blonde's eyes would widen seeing JJ take to the air with her knees pulled back! 'Shit!' She thought to herself before immediately rolling to the side to avoid the painful move and save her skin!

JJ jumped up and crashed down painfully to the mat hitting nothing but canvas! She groaned and rolled to her side, curling up in a ball and reaching down for her knees clearly in pain after her offense had completely backfired against her.

Piper would groan and hiss softly in pain after just barely managing to avoid what would have been a disastrous move had it connected with her. Forcing herself to her feet Piper would glare over at JJ who seemed to be in a similar position but paying more attention to her knees which had taken a hit. Sucking in a breath Piper would square herself up and prepare for the moment JJ began to get up, launching herself forward and turning on her heel, shooting her leg out for a thrust kick to JJ's face as she would start to rise!

JJ sat up only to take a hard kick to the face crumpling back to the mat in a heap! She covered her face with her hands and was kicking the mat in pain. How did Piper just keep coming after JJ smashed her? JJ was starting to doubt herself, did she not hit hard? Was she some sort of creampuff who couldn't take a hit? JJ was getting frustrated as she was laid out yet again by Piper.

Piper was still wincing a bit from the lingering pain in her back and side after JJ's bombastic, repeated attacks. Fortunately for the blonde however her sense of timing had been as impeccable as ever and she had managed to not only avoid a devastating move but land one of her own on JJ to lay the larger woman out! "Heh from this position you're not so tough." Piper said smugly as she bent down, grabbing her opponent's leg and lifting it up before dropping down to her side while twisting to try and deliver a dragon screw onto the woman's leg!

JJ grunted as she was hauled up with her leg held. She glared at Piper and shook her head. "Oh just shut up you blonde bitch!" JJ hissed and as she was spun she lift her other leg up. If JJ was going to hit the mat hard she would swing her free leg up and smash Piper in the side of the head with an enziguri to take her down with her and hopefully shut the prissy cheerleaders mouth!

Piper had managed to barely edge out a lead against JJ, but of course in the blonde's mind it was as if she had this match in the bag. Far from true but such was the curse of ego on a competitor. As she lifted JJ's leg up for a dragon screw Piper would do so, but not before her opponent would manage to land a kick of her own on Piper in the process! "Ugh!" Piper groaned out as she was hit flush by the move and sent down to her side, holding her head and groaning in pain as she tried to sit back up.
