Main Event - The SWAT Cats (c) vs The Thundergirls Tornado Tag/FCA for the LAW World Tag Team Championships

The challengers were rolling! The Thundergirls kept the momentum alive by acknowledging each other while staying on top of the champions and keeping them in check! After pointing at one another, Alaina and Tina went right back to work on Kat and Aurora!

"Urfgh!" The Galaxy Cat would cough as sputter as Alaina brought both her closed fists down onto her chest and solar plexus! The lightweight crossed her forearms over her chest after the impact! The afro puff on her head settled onto the announce table as she turned her petite frame onto her side and writhed in pain!

Meanwhile, Tina took this chance to show off the fact that followed in Alaina's footsteps! The former middleweight champ pulled Kat up and tucked The Super Kitty's head between her thighs! Armstrong demonstrated her strength and techniques by flipping Hart up and onto her shoulders! But it didn't stop there!

"Ungh! No way!" Kat would exclaim in surprise as Tina began to spin over and over! The fans in attendance between to count her spins! And as they did, Alaina jumped into the apron in a quick motion! The Thundergirls put all their talents as a team on display as they set up to have Amazon Alaina Sanders leap from the apron and Missile Dropkick Kat before Tina bent down and floored the heavyweight luchadora by Powerbombing Kat onto the hard, thinly padded concrete at ringside!

Gasps and shock filled the arena as the tandem tag team offense of the challengers connected and left Kat in a heap on the floor at ringside! She laid there motionless with her arms and legs splayed out! No part of her moved, save for her sizable chest heaving with each deep breath!

Alaina descended her buff heavyweight frame onto Kat's own to cover her for the pin! As extra insurance, she had The Tigress Tina make a beeline for Aurora, who was still laid out on the announce desk! And as Tina did, the referee slid in besides Kat and Alaina to count!

"ONE.....!" Kat remained unmoving underneath Alaina! Tina had gone for Aurora! And as she reached for the lightweight luchadora, Estrella turned and swung her leg in an arc parallel to the surface of the table, aiming a roundhouse at the side of The Tigress' head to cut her off!

"TWO....!" The SWAT Cats were in deep water! Kat still couldn't move!

Should Aurora's kick connect, she'd push herself up to her feet right away! The Galaxy Cat would leap from the table and aim to bring the soles of her white boots down onto Alaina's upper back and neck for a Double Footstomp to break up the pin! If Aurora pulled this off, she'd fall to her side and clutch her core and chest again! The momentum of her jump would have her roll one or two rotations! To say the champions were on the back foot would be an understatement!

"Ugh!" Tina groaned as the kick caught her off guard leaving her stumbling and shaking her head.

Alaina meanwhile thought she had it, and was feeling like Kat wouldn't kick out.. but she didn't have to. Aurora came crashing down on her and made the amazon groan as she rolled off Kat, rubbing her back and kicking for a moment before rising to her feet. Alaina staggered up and looked to pull Kat up and sent some hard punches at her face before looking smash Kat's head off the nearby barricade before scooping her up to slam her down on the hard ground at the feet of the fans!

Tina stumbled back over to Aurora, running and jumping up as she looked to hit her with a running leg drop on top of the smaller SWAT Kat transitioning to a headscissor hold on the woman while squeezing as hard as she could!

The commentators at ringside and the fans in attendance were on the edges of their seats as the referee was counting! But just before the three count could be called and the champions could lose, Aurora managed to rally and make the save with some dynamic aerial offense!

Aurora had collapsed to the floor at ringside after breaking up the pin! Fans cheered The Galaxy Cat for making the save! They were behind the champs as they held out for the time being! But none of that could change the fact that Alaina and Tina were driven! The Thundergirls we're hungry! The pair of Amazons bounced back quickly and made sure to stick to the champs like white on rice as they continued their quest for the gold in this match!

"Grrr" Kat would groan as Alaina pulled her up off the ground!
Kat would throw her elbow backward as she rose up, looking to hit Alaina's muscled midsection, but it would take a whole lot more than they to stop The Amazon!

"Gah! Urf!" A pair of stiff blows to the face knocked the fight out of The Super Kitty, allowing Sanders to follow up by ringing the luchadora's bell and bouncing Hart's head off the barricade between themselves and the fans! Alaina finished up her combo by flooring Kat with a hard Scoop Slam into the thinly padded concrete floors at ringside! Fans reacted with a range of emotions as The Amazon laid out The Ace of The SWAT Cats with authority!

Meanwhile, Aurora wasn't faring much better! Armstrong recovered and got right on top of her! The inaugural middleweight champ stumbled over to a downed Aurora in a hurry and jogged to pick up speed before jumping and bringing her leg down onto the lightweight's chest with a Running Leg Drop!

"Gahhh" Estrella would cough and gasp breathlessly! And Tina would see to it that Aurora's breathing troubles didn't end there! Armstrong locked her tanned thighs around Aurora's neck and head! The blonde would flex her muscular lower body as she crossed her ankles and locked Aurora into Headscissor submission hold, choking the little luchadora out!

Tina kept her legs clamped on Aurora and held her arms out, smiling to the crowd while nodding her head. "Ya see what happens when ya mess with the Thundergirls? You can knock us down but we are never out!" Tina said while flexing her arms.

Alaina meanwhile had Kat down on the ground and wanted to try to show off a bit. This was either going to pay off big or fail hard. Alaina was going to find out one way or another. She hoped her scoop slam would do the trick, and she climbed up onto the barricade but faced away from Kat with the old 187lb grappler showing some agility by balancing herself! Alaina swayed and wobbled but after a moment she managed to steady herself. She let out a scream as she jumped back trying to moonsault on top of Kat who was laid out on the ground at the fans feet nearby! Alaina was either going to crash down on top of her and stay there for a pin... or her momentary balancing act led to Kat recovering just enough to move out of the way leading to a hard belly-first landing onto a hard floor!

Alaina and Tina continued taking it to Katherine and Aurora! The brawny, bronzed babe Tina Armstrong had Aurora under lock and key in a crushing Headscissor hold at ringside! A fair distance away, Alaina has been working over Kat! The challengers and the champions contrasted each other in that regard. The Thundergirls were able to divide and conquer. Each of them dominated the champs individually, effectively turning this tag match into two one-on-one contests, whereas The SWAT Cats relied on the synergy and their tandem tag offense just to stay in this!

"Ugh..." Kat would groan as she lay there on her back.

The Super Kitty had been slammed down hard. She winced in pain as she looked up to see that Alaina wasn't looking to set her up for yet another slam! Instead, Sanders scaled the barricade separating the fans in the front row from the main eventers competing right now! It wasn't often that you saw Alaina take such risks, though she was more than capable of busting out a crisp Moonsault! But when the heavyweight got up there, she needed just a moment to find her balance! And at that moment, Kat found the wherewithal to cut in!

"Nhhhggrrr!" Hart would groan as she pulled herself up off the floor of the arena and dashed for Alaina!

Kat held the small of her back with one hand as she did, but she quickly pushed past the pain and the punishment to lunge forward with both of her palms in front of her! The fans in the front row would cheer the sight of the beautiful and muscular Alaina standing tall on the railing! But just as soon as the cheers came Kat would stagger in front behind and push Alaina's ankles forward to try and drop The Amazon into a seated position on the railing!

If Kat got her way, she'd quickly turn around such that she was back to back with Alaina! Kat would let out a battle cry and summon her strength! The Super Kitty would push past the pain she was feeling and look to grab hold of Alaina's mighty biceps!

"KYAAAAH!" Hart would scream as she tried to pull Alaina up! The luchadora would stand up straight to get into position for a Razor's Edge Powerbomb!

But Kat wouldn't simply let it tip and throw her longstanding career rival overhead! No! Hart would demonstrate her own strength and wrestling ingenuity! She'd look to walk forward a few steps, carrying Alaina in tow! Kat would turn towards the steel steps at ringside! There would only be a single moment of anticipation before Kat looked to throw Alaina's entire 187-pound frame onto the steel steps, right onto the upper back and neck!

"WE'RE THE TAG CHAMPS, ALAINA....!" Kat would cry out as she tried to hit this massive Powerbomb variation! If Kat did hit it, she'd drop to her knees with one hand on the floor and the other on the small of her own back!

"And it's gonna stay that way....!" A breathless Kat would assert.

Meanwhile, Aurora was in no shape to contest Tina! But she was able to keep her wits about her! It was subtle, but when Kat first positioned herself back to back with Alaina, the two nodded to each other! Estrella anticipated that Tina might abandon the Headscissor to dash to Alaina's rescue! And if Armstrong did, Aurora would play possum for a moment to let Tina get up to her feet, only to grab hold of the middleweight's ankle and trip Tina the moment she made a beeline for her tag partner!

Alaina was taken totally ff guard by the push, feeling like her slam would be more effective... but she had underestimated Kat. Now she hit the rail and her tailbone throbbed but Alaina was quickly lift up! She kicked and struggled but soon flew through the air smashing hard into the corner of the steel steps! Her head bent forward at an angle and skid along the edge as she howled in agony! She flopped to the side in a daze as her skull took the bulk of the impact and the back of her head was slashed open! Red blood began caking her hair while her hands were turning red as she weakly rolled to the side in a haze seeing double in addition to being bust open. She was down and out all in one massive move by Kat!

Tina saw it and sent some punches to Aurora before getting up. "Okay Kat ya want to try your luck with me again huh!?" Tina said as she got up. Aurora grabbed her ankle and Tina stumbled but the agile tigress didn't fall. Instead she tried to turn and thrust her heel right into Aurora's face! Tina wanted to take her out and knew a hard shot like that to the face or jaw would leave her in a daze... but it turned Tina's attention away from Kat for a moment and that would surely cost her...

By capitalizing on an opening, Kat was able to turn the tides! Her technical ability and her explosive move wowed the fans and the commentators! Part of her felt concerned for Alaina after busting her open like this, but Kat knew that hesitating here would cost her this main event match as well as the gold!

In her periphery, Kat had seen Tina peppering Aurora with strikes! By the time she was finally able to move freely, Armstrong had nailed the lightweight luchadora with a stiff kick to the face to set herself free!

"AUGH!" The Galaxy Cat groaned as Tina freed herself. Aurora would end up on the flat of her back. She'd hold her mouth with both hands and kick the ground beneath her in pain!

That exchange gave Kat the chance she needed to rise and get up close, however! When Tina turned around to direct her attention to The Super Kitty, Kat would be right there and ready for her! The heavyweight luchadora would look to surprise Tina by kicking her in her washboard abs to force her to double over! If Kat was able to get the drop on the former middleweight champ, Hart would reach over and embrace Armstrong, interlocking her fingers together to secure Tina in a Gutwrench!

If Kat got her way, she'd look to follow through but hoisting Tina up and flipping her into position for an Inverted Powerslam! Similar to before, she'd take this chance to turn and set Tina up for a hard landing in much the same way she did Alaina! The Super Kitty would look to Powerslam Tina onto her front and onto the apron of the ring beside them!

Tina was caught totally off guard by the kick and the quick actions of Kat led to her being lift up and brought crashing down against the corner of the apron the hardest part of the ring! "ARRRRGGHHHHHH!" Tina howled as she writhed on the ground at Kats feet. The tigress was hurting when she looked over and saw the bloody mess that was the back of Alaina's head. She slapped the ground hard and shook her own head, trying to grab onto the apron and pull herself up to her feet knowing she had to fight back against Kat while Alaina recovered.

"A-Allie ya look like hell but I need ya to get your big ass up before Aurora does..." Tina said trying to motivate the big heavyweight. Alaina muttered and mumbled something so hopefully she got the message.

The amazon was still on the ground and near the steps, her one arm on top of them while her other hand was on the ground. Alaina looked up and was still seeing a hazy double but she knew Tina was in trouble. Alaina mumbled something incoherent and tried to zero in on the action knowing that Aurora would be back in the mix soon. Right now though the challengers were back in a precarious spot.

The momentum swung back in the favor of the champions! Tina and Alaina were looking worse for wear! Alaina, especially! But Kat and Aurora weren't looking ship shape either! In much the same way that Tina was trying to will Alaina back into this contest, Kat was checking in on Aurora.

"Rora! Rora, stay with me!" Hart would pull her partner up to her feet. Aurora was doubled over. She was still gasping for air after being choked out by Tina. But The Galaxy Cat persisted!

With a thumbs up, Estrella communicated to Kat and to the fans watching that she was somehow still good to go. She eyes Tina and Alaina from across the ringside area.

"Kat, get me in there." Aurora asked her partner while staring intently at the steel steps that Alaina was leaning onto for support, and that Tina was nearby as she tried to rouse Alaina. Kat nodded in response. The two SWAT Cats had a wealth of tag experience between them. Without needing to verbalize it, Kat knew what Aurora had in mind!

Kat would grab hold of Aurora's wrist and drop down to one knee! Her biceps would tense as she looked to hurl Aurora towards the barricade closest to Tina! With skill and poise, The Galaxy Cat would channel the "cat" part of the gimmick and use the boost from the Irish Whip to jump onto the barricade and run across it before jumping toward Tina!

"HRAAAH!" Estrella would let out a battle cry as she jumped from the barricade and looked nearly fly over Tina's head!

Aurora would look to embrace Tina's back and bring her ankles near the former middleweight champion's neck! She looked to use her momentum to flip Tina over and set the blonde up for a Canadian Destroyer Piledriver! Aurora realized that even with the speed boost, the size difference between herself and Tina was vast. Against a lesser opponent, she could probably pull off a Canadian Destroyer like this without help! But Tina was especially strong for a woman of her size! In the worst-case scenario, Tina could counter this into a Belly to Back Piledriver or an Air Raid Crash onto the steel steps behind her! Aurora had already suffered one aerial counter at the hands of Armstrong, but this time would be different! This time, she had Kat with her!

The entire time that Aurora had spent leaping onto the barricade and jumping, Kat was charging in! She counted on the fact that Alaina had been thrown for a loop! If Aurora had managed to get into position, Kat would run at Tina with her arm cocked back, ready to let loose a vicious Lariat! If all went well, Kat and Aurora would be primed to hit Tina with one of their signature tag team maneuvers! With Aurora upside down and parallel to Tina, Kat would look to nail with a Lariat stiff enough to send the girl backward such that Aurora could Piledrive Tina onto the steel steps behind her!

If this somehow worked, it would shock even the referee! Estrella would somehow keep her grip on Tina's legs, against all odds! The official would hesitate before counting! But if and when she did count, no one in the arena expected a kick out!

Tina was hurting and felt Aurora crash into her leaving her standing? Tina was in a haze trying to piece together a way to counter her way out, about to fight through the pain to move and send....

Kat smashed into Tina and the SWAT Kats plan worked to perfecting as Tina's head smashed down on top of the steel steps leaving her pinned as she howled in pain! Her head smashing the steps led to her being cut open at the top of the head but this was nowhere near as bad as the gash Alaina had although her bright blonde hair on the top of her head was showing a bit red as well. Tina moaned loudly in pain, bucking and struggling but with her nearly knocked out these gestures were token at best.

The other bloodier member of The Thundergirls was out of it and she heard what happened. Alaina still was seeing blurry images and she ran over, swaying and stumbling down to her knees as she heard a pin count. She wasn't sure if it was one or two, and Alaina was seeing double so she stood up and ran forward again before flying low and horizontal, spreading herself out so she hopefully could crash into whoever it was.... Aurora she thought... pinning Tina!

Alaina's unlikely breaking up of the pin at two and a half kept the match going but her dazed, wide eyed look as she hobbled up, falling into the apron said it all. The bloody amazon very well could have been fighting with a concussion, and after Tina's hard smash and also bleeding skull she may not have been in much better shape. The first time these teams met it was a quick win for the SWAT Kats and given the state of The Thundergirls it was very much an uphill struggle to even get back into the fight at this point. Alaina was leaning against the apron and Tina rolled towards the announce table, reaching up to try to pull herself up as her near knockout on the steps kept her from trying to use that for aid again...
