Breaking Bread Instead of Backs: A Meeting Between Alanna Antoinette and Emma Leblanc

As Emma was asking the woman to give her chair back, Alanna turned her sunglasses up and shot the woman a death glare. The Frenchwoman mouthed "Get the fuck up" menacingly. The woman in Emma's chair apologized, quickly got up for Emma, and walked away. "Well look at that! See? A little confidence and assertiveness goes a long way. Keep practicing at it," she patted Emma on her shoulder. Alanna sat down on her chair. "Can you get my back?" Alanna asked pulling out some powerful sunscreen for her pale skin that would otherwise turn beet red in the sun.

Emma smiled a bit when the woman let her have her seat back, oblivious that Alanna single-handedly threatened the woman out. While the Canadian was getting back to her seat Alanna asked if she could help out with her back.

"You really want me to help you put sunscreen on? Ummm sure...I can help with that~"

Although it was strange for Alanna to ask Emma didn't think too much about it and wanted to help as she took the sunscreen and waited for the French woman to turn her back so she can help and apply the sunscreen.

Alanna turned over and lied down on her stomach. She then unclasped the back of her bathing suit so Emma could get all of her back. She saw a waiter come by and ordered two Chardonnays. ”You know, we’re going to fight each other again when this cruise is over? This doesn’t change our conflict… But perhaps I was too harsh with you in the beginning.”

The Young Canadian began to apply and rub the sunscreen all over Alanna's back causing Emma to blush and look around hoping no one was watching.

When the waiter came by Emma pretended to pay no attention, although it was quite obvious that her face was red from the blushing she had been doing.

When Alanna began to speak to the Canadian, Emma would looked down at Alanna and started to sigh.

"No...in all honesty this was my fault there...I was the one who made things even more heated for no reason...I'm still sorry eh..."

Emma stopped herself...she remembered what she had said and looking back at it...it made her cringe...

"So sorry eh...i...umm...sorry eh...I need to go..." The more she thought about it the more it made her uncomfortable around Alanna. Emma would get up and start to move away from the French woman, all too ashamed to even be next to her.

Alanna had her head turned away from Emma as she applied the sunscreen. She heard Emma’s apology and, before she could reply, Emma had started walking away. “Merde!” muttered Alanna as she had to re-clasp her bikini before getting up. ”Hé! Attendez!” She followed after Emma and attempted to grab the Canadian’s hand. Unfortunately for Alanna, she had been drinking all day and it had finally caught up to her. As she reached for Emma’s hand, the Frenchwoman stumbled directly into her.

Emma stopped herself when Alanna caught up and grabbed her hand causing the Canadian to turn around and look at Alanna with a sad face.

However she noticed that the French woman was stumbling so Emma decided to help and support Alanna so she dosent fall to the floor in her drunken state.

"Alanna...your drunk...no offense but your also kinda heavy...sorry eh..." Emma kept apologizing. She looked at Alanna wondering what she wanted to say to her as her ears perked up ready to listen to what she has to say to her.

”Emma… mon cherie. Helen talked me off the ledge. I know you’re a good person. You said those things in anger after I assaulted you. I don’t judge you. I know we are to continue fighting in the ring but outside of it… Can we start over? Clean slate?”

"I...ummm...s...sure...I would like that..." Emma smiled a bit when Alanna was willing to bury the hatchet. The Candian would stare at her in the eyes wondering if she really meant it or was trying to ambush her...

Alanna noticed that Emma was looking into her eyes. Alanna was too drunk to tell that Emma was being wary of ambush. They just stared at one another. Not knowing what was coming over her, a sultry smile formed across Alanna’s lips. She tilted her chin and leaned in, inviting Emma to kiss her.

"Huh!?"

To her suprize Emma didn't expect Alanna to make a move like that on her but the French woman's smile and her lips were pulling Emma in almost as if Alanna was a magnet. When Alanna got closer the smaller woman blushed deeply and accepted the invitation as she would move closer, close her eyes, and kiss the French woman passionately.
