Tsubasa felt Ilaria trying to muscle her way through the idol's grip with her legs. And while normally it would make sense that this would work, and rather easily at that, the legs of the Italian were in one of the worst positions possible for generating power. First of all was simple direction. Ilaria was pushing up and away against Tsubasa pushing down and in. Furthermore, the legs primary power source were the thighs. And from this position, Ilaria's thighs were taken completely out of the equation by the hold.

As for Ilaria's attempts to elbow Tsubasa, there just wasn't enough reach for her. At least she hope it would as nothing so far did and it wasn't exactly the best attempt at getting out, maybe just creating an opening.

It took some hurried, panicked thinking, but Tsubasa felt like she had found a way out of her predicament. If she just reached her hands up, grabbed Ilaria's throat, and started squeezing, she could beat the redhead as long as she could stick out her groping a bit more. But then Ilaria gave an interesting alternative. Why don't they both let up? If Tsubasa agreed, she imagined she could likely get the advantage back again.

"O-okay," said Tsubasa as she loosened up on her grapevine. "But you have to get your hands off of my chest in a way that keeps my top on my body. If I didn't care about that, I'd have already gotten out of this and gone back to submitting you." If Ilaria did do as she said she would, Tsubasa would then release her grapevine completely and get up off of the Italian, allowing her to stand as well.

Ilaria bearly stopped herself from giving a released sigh. She was in deep waters here and getting a chance out was exactly what she hoped for. "Deal." she said, loosening her hold and gently pulling her hands out, and once she did, grabbing the fabric to adjust anything that might have been put out of place by her attempts.

Her part of the deal being completed she scrambled up to her feet and gave Tsubasa a nod. This time however she would act first. She would charge at her oponent, hand raised as if going for a lariat before she would duck down and attempt to sweep Tsubasa's feet.

Tsubasa was definitely relieved once she felt Ilaria removing her hands from underneath the idol's outfit, as well as doing so gently. And since Ilaria had kept up her end of the deal, the idol responded in kind. Releasing her grapevine completely and getting up off of the Italian, resetting the round back to zero. Though this time, Ilaria was the one who opened up on the attack.

Tsubasa leaned forward to try to duck under the lariat, but she had bitten on a fake. Instead, Ilaria was coming at her ankles with a sweep. "Eep!" yelped Tsubasa as she lost her balance. The idol fell forward, towards Ilaria. Something that Tsubasa would try to take advantage of. The idol would try to wrap her arms around the Italian's thighs and pull them towards herself as she fell. If this worked, Ilaria would end up on the ground as well, on her back. And Tsubasa would be laying down on and holding onto her legs.

As she saw Tsubasa lose her footing, Ilaria got excited. That however would prove to be premature as soon her oponent would grab a hold of her legs, falling on top of her. That was of course not ideal as the Italian would try to twist her body, using a momentum she could generate with her upper body to turn them around and land on top.

If that would not work, the redhead would resort to a more old-fashioned approach as she would rain punches down on her opponent in hopes that would force her to let go.
