Evelyn Fallager vs Airani Dwi Melati Sukma
Spoiler
Image
It’s impressive how many people manage to fail their way onto a PPV but we now can add Evelyn Fallager or Miss Fallacy to that list. Actually it seems her life has been a long line of failing and gaining from that. Congratulations to Airani for the future win.” “I wouldn’t count on someone you’ve barely seen wrestle to be able to win a PPV match Jenna.” “I would! All she needs is the basics and a touch of ruthlessness and she already has Evelyn here beaten.” “What these two are getting at is that Evelyn has a long history of wrestling tough matches. She joined LAW after a year of training under one of our programs she debuted against Mina Takemi in a 2 out of 3 falls match, where the older and fiercer competitor proved too much for her.” “What Robin is leaving out is that she was losing before that, she was taken in because an ambassador liked her spunk but it was the way she took a beating that has kept her charm. Mina was a good show of that with the Fallacy gal losing 2 falls to nothing. It was one of her best showings in between getting knocked out by Rosie and pinned by Pansy the blonde or losing to former Loserbelt contender Piper Sherwood. She’s not the cutest loser we have but the American flag dressed girl keeps her appeal doing what many in the division do best by laying down for the real stars.” “While Evelyn has made a name for herself she has had a hard time making that name positive for anything that doesn’t involve being seen as a jobber, which she can fix by winning at We Are LAW 5. She knows how to look good in the ring and I know she will be a standout when the undercard starts.

I wish we could say the same about her opponent who is making her big PPV debut as well, after making her actual debut against the same girl Eveyln did. Mina Takemi Airani Dwi Melati Sukma or Aira if want to keep it short joined LAW and was made part of the Platinum Sky stable under the tutelage of Haruna Yamamoto. Her martial arts and technical prowess were standouts in her debut match even though it felt like stamina was her biggest drawback. The match turned against her the longer it went on.” “It’s bad to have poor stamina at 22, it’ll only get worse as she gets older.” “She’s not an old crone Tammy she has time to learn to improve and with what she already has she still did way better in one fall than Evelyn did with 2.” “The betting odds would pick the new girl to be the winner of the match as Aira has proven herself enough that Haruna deemed her worth taking under her wing, an endorsement bigger than a simple ambassador but anything can happen this Aira is untested in such a big setting, anyone who thinks that the stage has no impact is a fool. Evelyn won’t be intimidated by this point and if she gets a win we might see a change in her thanks to the momentum.

Annette Tatsumi vs Julie Dykstra-Liao
So we have another attention seeking streamer in LAW now? I swear social media has ruined too many things.” “It got her here, we shouldn’t be so quick to dismiss the way people find success.” “If she wants to show off her workout routine she can try Youtube not wrestling Tammy.” “If that routine is showing how she improves as a wrestler I think it still counts as work, both her and her opponent have shown how to make a name for themselves and it’s our job to show just how that came about. Making her debut in the PPV scene Julie Dykstra-Liao meets one half of the Danger Double Tatsumi’s Annette Tatstumi.” “Annette isn’t new to being on a PPV since she was one of the 5 teams in the LAW tag team gauntlet to decide the inaugural champs of the tag team division. Entering third they were able to eliminate the Pom Pom Punchers before being eliminated by the Wings of Wrestling sometime after, Annette’s complicated relationship with her sister has been the main talk of her teamwork with Haruka and she’s had her fair share of history in singles matches, but this will be the first time she goes solo at a PPV herself.” “Most of LAW’s tag teams have proven themselves in singles action and Annette seems to be pushing for that herself with a planned win over the kickboxing influencer to start off on a high note.” “Annette’s success in DDT was already noteworthy, it was enough to get her the chance to be the first champ with a memorable squash win over the British Bombshells but her actions in solo matches has been uncovered in her career mostly. She’s faced girls like Sienna Smith, Eirina Makishima, and Killer King to just name a few of the challenges she’s tackled by herself and proven herself to be capable without Haruka around to help her out.” “The sister team was good enough that Platinum Sky took them in and while Haruka has been busy in singles action some might say Annette has started to surpass her in star and name power. But nothing would help her name more than a win tonight against Julie. By the other coin a loss when she’s on a big stage might diminish the star power a little and while this chick she’s up against is an amateur and an ‘influencer’ she does have the look to outshine little Annette if she’s careless.

“Jenna can you back off on the influencer stuff already?” “If people streamed things like dominating their opponents that might suit more but people seem to think recording their daily lives makes them more important. It just means you expose yourself more. Take for example the fact that this girl is clearly gaming in clothes meant to show off the things people really want to see from her. Even her training videos feel like the beginning of a different kind of video instead of giving the people a proper look at her training.” “But if she made a video of her fucking a captured POW you’d be all over it wouldn’t you?” “At least THAT wouldn’t be mindless teasing and actually entertaining. Even just a video of her beating someone up would get my like.” “Judging by her views she doesn’t need any likes from you Jenna. She’s gotten her attention and with it she had her fair share of buzz when she announced her signing here that her debut match got good ratings simply from the number of people who aren’t even wrestling fans who stopped by to see how she was doing.” “It doesn’t always work so well. Julie’s debut didn’t go as well as some of her streams did, facing Alison Tumbleweed the kickboxer was shown that her skills were good but not the best. Just when it looked like she had Alison on the ropes she was surprised and brought down for a pin to start things off on a loss.” “No one was talking about her wrestling skills when that match ended, they might have noticed how she got hands on with her opponent in a standard match, almost making LAW have to bump the rating for the event, Alison beat her by simply keeping her still with a kiss. If she’s that easy to pacify, all that kick boxing skill won’t mean anything.” “She was on top of things before they turned to that, and she wasn’t really bothered by the loss.” “That’s a problem if you ask me, she should be bothered if her actions are costing her matches instead of helping her win them.” “Wow Robin is speaking sense! I agree all that sexy stuff is nice but unless she’s going to become a cute jobber for us like Origa or Ossi she needs to actually use that body she’s always showing off to actually win. She can try the hentai division next.” “She actually is. Her match with Annette is exactly that, and instead of a pinfall it’ll be about making her opponent climax to win. Annette has some experience here but if Julie wants to really let loose with another woman she won’t get a better chance or stage to do it for some time so I implore her to make the most of this moment. All her fans are watching.

La Mariposa vs Hayleigh Hayashibara “Jorogumo”
Spoiler
Image
The growing number of indie wrestlers we scoop up grows each and every day, and while this is a match you might have seen somewhere else if you followed those circles, this is the first time these two will fight at LAW or at a PPV.” “The undercard gets these kind of matches, LAW is smart to show off the new talent so much on such a platform.” “It shows some trust in them to perform at such a level, not that we expect talent like La Mariposa or Hayleigh to ever give a floundering performance after they have done so much in other places.” “Both of these fighters have so much pride and charisma it’ll be hot seeing one of them forced to say I quit to the other and start off their time in LAW admitting that they’re inferior to a better wrestler.” “Both of them were around her on different deals before they earned a full time contract and both deserve it, and will leave no doubt with this match. La Mariposa might be at a slight disadvantage given that while she is a skilled lucha libre her skills are in high flying offense and agility. Impressive talents that have allowed her to reach the great heights that have put her name on many wrestling headlines, but won’t do much to actually get her to force a submission out of Hayleigh.” “High flying is actually the one thing that Hayleigh could say she’s atrocious at, I don’t think she’s ever gone to the top or used the ropes as a springboard in any match within the last few years.” “She’d be in trouble if this was a scaffolding match or a ladder match but an I quit match is about breaking the opponent down usually with submissions that force them to endure pain slams and strikes can’t do. Hayleigh’s submission game is the stuff she’s known for, she’ll be able to bend and break the lucha wrestler until she’s telling everyone that she’s had enough before long.” “If Mariposa lets that happen, we can see any match of their past that shows that Mariposa isn’t going to play victim to Hayleigh and despite the match being one that you expect submissions you can make someone quit with many other strategies.” “A smart wrestler knows her game and La Mariposa has been doing this long enough to only accept a match she could handle.” “Assuming she cares, this is a big money contract. What if she just accepted without knowing what she signed up for?” “Quite an assumption to think a wrestler would make when they were already making money. I don’t see either of them making that mistake, still the match won’t end with both winning. An on and off feud continues on LAW so tune in if you want to see the next and maybe the last part of this saga.

Honoka Kobayashi vs Kiera Quinn
Spoiler
Image
You know what I call this match? The battle of failing upwards. Both of these two are known for their massive defeats but not only end up growing as wrestlers but staying in the public limelight.” “That’s a little rude.” “I’m not here to be polite, I’m here to discuss the facts, like the fact that Kiera had no business being in a middleweight title match and Honoka only fills up a spot that many others do better than her and has no business being here.” “Some you like, some you don’t like. I know sense isn’t anything that people come to see you so I’ll just leave it there Jenna. The match she’s referring to comes between Honoka and Kierra both who have been in LAW for some time now and have their names tied to some historic moments, even if a win-loss records don’t really show it.” “Despite some people trying to tell you that these people don’t belong here, they're both more than whatever you’ve heard. Honoka isn’t just a long time recurring face, she's an OG. On top of being the first lightweight to win against a heavyweight she’s been fighting to put respect on lightweight wrestlers since the start. She doesn’t need to cheat or make a mockery of her competition to do so.” “We have Rose Gold for that.” “Rose Gold cheats.” “She actually wins too.” “Did you not just hear us mention that Honoka won the Lightweight war and the match with Elisa Hamilton, a heavyweight?” “Win? Ha! You know better than that Robin, sure she was on the winning team for the Lightweight war but she didn’t win it. She stayed in the match as a ragdoll while her teammates were barely able to scrap a win. She was the third girl on her team eliminated but somehow did the least amount of work despite being the team mascot. As for her big win over Elisa, last I checked she was just a giant jobber herself. So what’s impressive about her win? What is worth talking about is her 7 loss streak since that match, where Honoka’s been smothered and knocked out and beaten by everyone she’s ever faced since. She’s even losing faster now than she was before because as we sign and raise actual talent she hasn’t improved at all.” “Only a few of those matches were as bad as you say, she puts up a good fight most of the time, I think her confidence is her biggest problem and people like you don’t help her.”Her latest match is one of her choosing, the rules are all completely defined by her. Kiera accepting these rules is either because of confidence or insanity.

Given Kiera’s own record I think she’s just desperate, or praying Honaka’s as incompotent at making rules as she is wrestling since she has impressed no one. After a series of losses her biggest loss is how she was somehow allowed to fight Lillian for the Middleweight title and lost before you could have come back from a trip to the concession stand. A footnote in her sisters rival with the champ but the fact she got a title match stains the record both champs have been keeping with it.”Everyone can have bad matches, it’s unfortunate that Kiera’s was a title match but her other matches show that she had what it took to do well and things just fell out of place.” “From Kiera’s debut against Persephone to her match with Lillian while Kiera has struggled getting her first win, her energy in her matches and endless confidence places her somewhere between the loser Jenna sees her as and the potential bound winner Tammy sees her as. If you want to actually see what she can do, it’s best you watch her matches. If would like a run down, she has a a style closer to striking, relying on speed and power to be mobile and wear her down before she she can either twist them into a submission or hit them with a final move for a pin.” “Aside from her middleweight championship loss to Lillian she was a participant in the 2018 LWS tournament but fell to eventual finalist Sarah Luther, which if you asked Jenna she would tell you that despite her performance losing to a finalist is proof she had no chance.” “Well asking Tammy would get you some speech about her heart even though her heart got trampled like the rest of her.” “If you asked anyone who’d been in a ring before you’d know that while she has promise her lack of strategy which she admits to and her current tactics don’t work as well as she wants them to. It might work on Honoka if she wasn’t making the rules and if she loses again I’d advise her to consider making some changes. LAW has many potential stars who don’t work out and she won’t be able to take up spots forever if she’s found to be inferior.

Emaline vs Corey Sniper
Spoiler
Image
Oh great, her again. Why would they allow her to join Apex?” “The same reason everyone else does. She doesn't get excluded because she annoys you.” “I’d like to thank the updated security for making sure no busts in here like last time. Special thanks to the officials who took our concerns very seriously.” “I’ll thank the next girl who sends that trespassing she-witch to the hospital with a twisted spine, the nerve to say that I’m biased. I expect that from Tammy, but for someone like Emaline to dare think I have a biased agenda as a commentator who speaks the facts is just-ugggh, I can’t think about her without getting angry.” “I’m sure the fact she went on to win the match we were talking about has left Jenna in cold sweats since. The Enclave leader known as the Emerald Viper has made sure that her name has spread across LAW backed by her partners Yoro and Shira to become someone even some of the top names of LAW have decided to tangle with. She’s proven to be a crafty and calculated opponent who sometimes gets ahead of herself but nevertheless remains dangerous to everyone she’s fought.” “Emaline has made a history as someone with big highs from dominant victories to major lows with hard hitting losses, like her loss to Skylar Jones that put her in the hospital.” “For a few precious months we were at peace.” “She learned nothing from how she acts now, besides maybe picking her opponents a little better. Emaline has refused to let any setback stop her or kill her desire to be at the top.” “You sound like you admire her, Robin.” “What’s not to admire? Many focus on her stable and how she’s used it but she’s not doing anything that many other successful wrestlers haven’t done already. She has brains, a good look, and she knows how to get in many of her enemies' heads. With time she could be running this place as a champion.” “If Emaline wins a title without apologizing to me first I quit.” “Wow. You might actually get me to root for Emaline to win Apex with a promise like that.” “With that we should mention that this is a qualifier match. Both girls will get one step closer to Apex win or lose but we all know that winning puts more eyes on you going into it, and Emaline knows that a win over Corey will put her on the right path.

If Corey is smart Lily will be close by for this one. No way her opponent isn’t pulling out everything to get a win for a match this big even if it’s another undercard one.” “The currently undefeated jill-of-all-trades and one half of the sniper sisters is going along for this once in a lifetime opportunity to be the crowning champ for the top title in the promotion. With her lifetime of experience from the indies to Wrestle Angels and back again we know she’s faced someone like Emaline before and knows to keep eyes in the back of her head when dealing with this kind of person.” “Corey’s experience in tag team wrestling already makes her naturally aware of the kind of environment you fight in for matches with multiple people, if she only has to worry about Emaline or about the Enclave coming after her she’ll be right at home.” “She shouldn't have to worry about those kinds of things in a standard match Apex qualifier or not.” “It comes with the business she’s in, Corey won’t complain about it now so no point in doing it for her.” “I would love to see Corey show off the importance of her kind of training and experience. The time she spent away from her sister wrestling on her own has made her ready for any wrestling environment. Lily should still be there to help her little sister out but Corey with all she has under her belt shouldn’t need her to handle her business. With Apex being such an incentive to give it her all this match could take some people’s breaths away, a fitting end to the undercard section that might as well be an opener for the main course.” “Don’t tell that to the girls who are actually opening the PPV who might have something to dispute that with, which we will be getting to right after this break.

Kieda Uzai vs Karbon Mannering
Spoiler
Image
Looks like Kieda found herself back on here after being jumped by Emaline, but against a male opponent this time.” “Karbon Mannering has been wrestling in LAW against many names. I'm surprised it took him this long to get a main card appearance.” “I’m not, the men have to work much harder to get anywhere in LAW, they just don’t seem to have the same appeal to our audience, if they did we’d already have a belt they could win.” “With only 4 wins in 16 matches Karbon has had a tougher time than he thought he would. Taking professional wrestling as a hobby he arrived in some very simplistic design looking much like how many Young Lions and Lioness’ look when they first start out. A personality that seems to border on chivalry and a condescending nature he started out taking on as many people as he could. He had a basic understanding of how wrestling worked but one thing that seemed to get him was the fact he was wrestling mostly women and not being sure how to handle them. He really isn’t sure how to handle the one he’s facing today despite one of his 4 wins being against her.” “Kieda’s history has a bit more going for her, being a well known regular to LAW PPV’s. However major victories have proven harder for her to get to on them. Her two famous battles before today involved the Hentai champion Eirina which was a tough loss and the last PPV against Emaline. The final match of the undercard ended with the Viper pulling a fast one and using the numbers to overcome Kieda and secure the win.” “She’s looking to gain that big one, with this one being on the main card she has a chance, however honestly the way things look it might be a match that favors Karbon over her.

This isn’t just a match to get on the card, these two have a history.
A lover’s spat in my eyes, I’ve seen the way these two look at each other. It’s cute but it better not get in the way of performing.” “I doubt it will, Kieda loves the spotlight and won’t let it be ruined just because she’s crushing on the guy she’s up against.” “Why my coworkers think it’s a crush or at least a match built on some fledgling respect is the fact that they don't have a simple back and forth history of competitive matches even if record wise Karbon and Kieda are 1-1, which would naturally lead one to believe this match is about both of them trying to gain the second win.” “Yes for those who think this is another run of the mill rivalry, actually looking at the meetings between them show it’s more than that. Sometime before the first match Karobon and Kieda met and Kieda ended up feeling somewhat embarrassed about how that meeting went down and wanted to avenge it.” “The first official match between them was a triple threat match involving Mina where the two ended up making Karbon look lost in that ring before they highlighted his main weakness, he’s still a guy and can’t help himself when hot women are able to get to him.” “They had him going all over the ring once he started. Kieda won of course, by the end of the match Karbon couldn’t say his name.” “The next bout between them had no third party, just a single match with Kieda having some confidence after making a fool of Karbon last time.” “No repeat success here! Karbon found a way to win without Mina to make things complicated. Well more complicated because these two seem to find a way to make a single staredown into fireworks.” “The last PPV was another meeting between them, while Karbon wasn’t on the card he came out in support of Kieda near the end of the match with Emaline after the girl started to cheat to screw over Kieda, Karbon wanted to help but direct interference would have cost Kieda anyway and he wasn’t willing to be as cheap as Emaline’s partners in crime.” “Unfortunately for her, if Karbon had some backbone Kieda might have gotten a win. I bet this is what’s propelling this rematch and I expect Kieda to prove to Karbon that his ideas on how people should be in this business are misplaced.” “It could be that she wants to fight him again.” “They can call their one night stands whatever they want. Kieda has a loss to avenge and Karbon holds the singles win, two things to motivate her into winning this one. We know she doesn’t like to lose to the same person.” “She doesn’t like to lose at all you dumb shrew just like everyone. Ugh. I think Kieda has the edge, Karbon can be good but if this match gets spicy he might just lose his shorts.” “I guess I’m the only one who thinks Kieda has too much of a soft spot on Karbon to do her best and he might end up upsetting her again. Plenty of time to find out for ourselves.

Lexy Alan vs Harmonia Edelstein
Spoiler
Image
Lexy ended up on this list twice? Will she even have time since she might still be talking to Ossie when this match starts?” “It’s an interview not a fight.” “As we all know Ossi will be a natural good sport in an interview about how much of a failure she is.” “Well Lexy knew she might need to be ready for those when she took up interviews, all that matters is she’s ready to take on Harmonia when the match starts.” “Funny thing about this match is that Lexy is just a victim by chance, Harmonia seems to only want to beat her because of who she’s friends with instead of anything she’s done.” “Lexy is associated with two people Harmonia doesn’t like, Jem Holland who has a helpful little bit of history between them and Rose Gold who Lexy worships completely. The two had a match that did not end well for Harmonia but she did anger Rose Gold a bit even in her defeat.” “I don’t know why people keep antagonizing someone with so much talent, that kind of jealousy never ends well. Harmonia should have just accepted defeat the moment she knew she was beat by Rose and stopped trying to humiliate a champion.” “Given Rose’s anger she succeeded at that, so I expect some more between them at a later date but Lexy is also best friends with streamer girl Jem Holland who has always been vocal about what she thinks for publicity sake.” “She has called Harmonia out on her worth as a wrestler. While Harmonia sees herself as a superstar Jem sees her as just another face and name that won’t make it big in LAW. The two got a match to settle this and despite Harmonia having better luck on the match she still lost to a roll up by the clever Jem.” “A victory on her record to back up the trash talk and her idea that Harmonia is all ego wrestling Jem hasn’t shut up and Harmonia has made it clear that a rematch with Jem is in her future.” “Jem isn’t on the card, so why is she facing Lexy and not her?” “She might have refused, at least Lexy sends a message to two people she has issues with instead of one.” “Or she’s scared of both of them, Rose sent her backing and Jem proved her point, maybe Harmonia is scared of being irrelevant by 2023. I know I’d be getting exposed this much by two popular wrestlers.” “Weren’t you shit talking Jem for getting beat on her own stream last PPV?” “She can still have a point. Harmonia might just be a flash in the pan and someone still needs to say it.

Lexy been a public face for years for her interviews, more so than the matches she takes part in. Every big name has some ties to her, but her most famous match is when Rose Gold turned her into a sweet little servant.” “I think they had a meeting before that and the match merely finalized what was already established. Since that fateful day Lexy has been in the public eye, sure it’s besides Rose Gold but no one can say that Lexy hasn’t found success picking her master so wisely.” “The con of this partnership has been some loss of integrity. She’s had a falling out with old friends and her attitude seems less open and nice than before. She’s in no danger of losing her job but her days as the biggest interviewer in LAW might not be as undisputed.” “Lexy didn’t wrestle much before meeting Rose so while she was an active competitor calling her biased never crossed anyone’s minds. Now her pro Rose stance everywhere has led some to think she would bury anyone who thought about outshining her Ace. This would include Harmonia. If she can beat her she can hurt her chances at getting a foothold in the upper echelon of LAW. By that I mean the upper card of LAW not the tag team, what is that duo up to?” “If Lexy survives this match she can ask them later. Harmonia might not let that happen if it means she can send a message that she’s on a roll. Her second PPV match might not be as personal as her last one but the stakes are still high.

Kyoko Akan vs Ryori Bleck
Spoiler
Image
The first LAW Apex qualifier on the main card and it involves a meeting between a middleweight in Kyoko Akan and a Lightweight Ryori Bleck.” “No major history here besides both girls wanting to shoot for the top, if you want to avoid some Twitter drama that the two have gotten involved in.” “These two will get into Twitter spats with anyone, or actual ones if it comes to it. Kyoko hasn’t missed a PPV but despite her ego making her seem like a big shot she hasn’t moved much higher than an opener for the main card or a closer for the undercard. Though this match is the first one to have no involvement with her strange war with Da Xia that seems to be going on forever.” “Kyoko has been talked about extensively, both for her history as the most well known of her family in LAW today and her Belly Queen nickname and title, it’s only her history as a wrestler that matters today since Ryori doesn’t care at all for her name or imagined titles.” “I can think of so many things Ryori hates about girls like Kyoko, on Twitter she’s already made it clear she can’t stand her size and goes on her usual rants about her chest size.” “Funny that since there is a lot of discourse about Kyoko’s tits-” “We are NOT getting into that conversation, we are here to discuss her wrestling abilities since that’s what she wants to propel her to Apex and being LAW’s top champion. What size her chest is sounds like something fans with too much time on their hands can talk about, not professionals.

I’d rather go more into Ryori anyway. So this girl is 105 pounds of pain. She cares to make no friends, hates being underestimated and knows how to make anyone pay for doing so. Ryori tends to make anyone who stands opposite of her in the ring suffer from strikes and suplexes while running her mouth to make sure that everything hurts both the soul and the body. Basically she likes getting the complete beatdown, starting off with dominate early wins making Haruka Amami, Gold Liger, and Rise Kijukawa submit just a few minutes after the match started to gain a 3-0 record. Sanea Saitou lasted longer than all of them and managed to avoid a submission loss but Ryori still beat her without being challenged.” “Ryori hates idols in wrestling and ended up facing them early on in LAW. The fact she beat them all quickly just proved to her that they didn’t belong. But she went on to beat acrobats like Ty Lee in the Lightweight classic to show that she could take on anyone. For further proof Izuka Midoriya learned that Ryori was pretty dangerous when he too was left tapping out.” “In case you got the idea that Ryori was unstoppable Ana Liger was the first one to prove otherwise. Trying to avenge her fellow idols and her sister she gave Ryori a match she wouldn’t forget, but one she wasn’t awake for at the end.” “I think Ana got lucky, Ryori was caught off guard from the enar roll up and that let Ana slip in her finisher, play that match back and it doesn’t happen again.” “Ryori’s 6-1 record stands on it’s own to make her case for a Lightweight title shot, but with Apex coming she couldn’t refuse the chance to do something to put her on the map, she can be the Lightweight champ any time, being the first Openweight one would put Tsun Tsun in the history books forever.” “Kyoko might be the toughest match she’s ever had, but she’s proven she can do some nasty things to people and she might be able to twist the Queen until she’s calling for her own head. No matter what this match will put both of them closer to Apex where one of them could very well be calling themselves the star of the show.

Yuki Kazikura vs Satsuki Hayano. POW Match
Spoiler

When you want to prove yourself you’re willing to do anything to make a point. Such is the story of Yuki Kazikura today, accepting a POW match to try and improve her standing in LAW after a string of failures.” “While I think this is a mistake, I’m glad that her opponent isn’t some brute who might make things worse for Yuki if this match doesn’t work. Even after her big promo all she really promised is that she would put her name out there which is how everyone should be trying to live by.” “It was bigger than that, while she ended it with the promise that everyone would know her name the bigger picture is that for all anyone claims they’ve accomplished it only gets them so far once they’re in the ring. Names or titles are irrelevant in the moment between the opening and closing bell and all that can be assured is that the better wrestler will emerge victorious. Satsuki Hayano has every intention of doing that despite Yuki having the experience and easily being recognized as the bigger name in this match.” “Despite Tammy’s hopes, Satsuki has the drive to be as ruthless as they come. She may not be the kind of brutal Yuki has felt before but that could just be a matter of time.” “Yuki has been trying to bring up her name value after failing to get the lightweight title.” “Take notes that'll be a trend going forward. Failure brings others to try and find some other success.” “As I was saying. Yuki’s failure to defeat Aoi for the Lightweight championship was the beginning of a rough patch for the long time indy star. Yuki had always run through her career with something of a glass ceiling on top of her. She was good and always made an impression but was never on top or treated like a must see talent anywhere she went.” “She’s still young.” “Sadly that may be the problem, the youth want all of what they can get later now. Yuki’s a good soul but I always worried her desire to break out was causing her to judge and push herself too far. She took another tough loss at the following PPV in a mercy match which seemed to make her want to push herself more. This followed a string of victories that ended up benefiting her and putting her back on the right track.” “Which was followed by her getting knocked off the track. The last person she beat was Amano Jaku which led to a rematch in a hardcore barbed wire match. Yuki had never quite had a match like it and honestly should have been more careful but like she tended to do went all in.” “It was a valiant effort but not a match for the faint of heart. Yuki ended up getting badly hurt in the aftermath and the unsanctioned bout ended with Yuki being knocked unconscious in the aftermath.” “The loss didn’t hurt her record and the win streak she was on put her on the path to the Lightweight classic tournament. Her big chance to go after the Lightweight title again.” “Sadly despite being a favorite to win, she was tapped out in the first round by Xiomara Tempest.” “After her showing there things managed to get worse, not only has she not won a match since but soon after she found herself against Amano’s friend Skylar Jones. We’ll get into Skylar later but to brief you on her here she’s someone who tends to take the slightest offense to a friend as justification to do grievous harm which is exactly what she did to Yuki here taking advantage of the no DQ setting. Yuki lost and was put back in the hospital in the aftermath of this beating.” “It’s been a tough road for her. One that she keeps trying to buck so her new challenge is something fans have been a little worried about."
Satsuki seems to crave being put in danger but unlike Yuki she’s somehow less fortunate about it.” “Her intro to LAW was beating and humiliating Vanessa Vixen as if she was just a rookie and making her climax and submit in front of her wife with a smile on her face.” “Just what Yuki needs. Someone to sexually humilate her to go with the physical beatings she’s been taking.” “Judging from her skills I don’t think she’d be above physically beating her down. She enjoys the high stakes no matter what. It’s like she’s an adrenaline junky who wants nothing more than to have something to wager on.” “With her body instead of something like money.” “For now. From how she sounded before anything is fair game but because LAW like its sex that’s mainly been what’s been made to peak her interest. Her match with Yuki proves to be a POW match so while Yuki might avoid a trip to the hospital all you need to know is what she’s willing to do to Vixen to figure out that Yuki might be in a bad spot.” “Yuki has proven to be scrappy when her back is against the wall so now she has to learn to take on someone who’s just like her with an even darker ambition. Her nimbleness mixed with training in arts such as capoeira and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu means it's hard to pin down who has the speed advantage. Yuki can take advantage of her agility and familiarity with the ring yet Satsuki is the person who I suspect will win if this match turns into a brawl.” “That’s what I’m afraid of. Yuki trying to prove herself and fighting satsuki at a fight she’s good at to prove she can do it when she should be trying to win. This match isn’t going to be good for Yuki fans to watch.

Arma-Gil-O vs Ducky Williams. Smother Match
Spoiler
Image
A match made in heaven for both competitors. Ducky Williams has always been considered the best face for taking butts to the face but in the short time she’s been here Arma-Gil-0 has made it known that she wants to bring smother matches to a whole new level.” “Ducky has been a known face for wrestling, alongside her partner Black Swan the two made a name for themselves in tag team and singles action with Ducky nearly being the first tag team champion and having had a few close calls to become the second hentai champion in a triple threat match with Eirina and Eileen.” “Gil hasn’t had much luck in getting title matches, but she’s been trying to make new titles to fight for with her admitting one of her desires for her time in LAW is to work towards making a smother championship and using her matches as a platform to show that a market for such matches exists.” “Which usually means she ends up getting sat on by everyone and liking it.” “From her fighting spirit I think she likes winning more, she just doesn’t mind the negative outcomes too much.” “LAW doesn’t make titles just to indulge in other people's fetishes or else we’d have to make 20 official ones yet she thinks getting smothered out is going to make people tune in more?” “It works. Gil has gained a fair bit of fame not just for her matches but her nice personality that has made her fast friends and a disturbing number of people who want to bully her for existing. Earlier this year when she announced she had intentions to stop wrestling after the PPV was over support came in from all over either wishing her well or wishing she didn’t go. They actually got their wish, because sometime after her announcement Gil signaled she would at least stay to finish out the Apex event that is coming our way with the hope it can make her stay a little longer.” “Gil isn’t having her first rodeo in a PPV with her match against Amelia Roux last PPV, but it was a tough mismatch for Gil since she was expected to bury the bigger and stronger Amelia in sand and smother her for a 3 count. It didn’t go her way and Amelia had something to say about Gil’s tactics after the match, giving her a few more smothers and squeezing while she had Gil helpless post defeat.” “The booty loving goat is 10-19 taking on another seasoned vet in Ducky, so expect the blonde fighter to prove that her superior record saves the day and makes sure that the goat eats the ducks plump ass.
Ducky has earned a place in LAW, Gil is a huge fan of hers and part of the reason this match took place was because she wanted to go out in style fighting her idol. Easy to see why when she’s taken on big names like Kat Hart, Karen Starring, and Eirina Makishima in matches people still talk about and has gained notoriety for her use of her booty to smother people even in matches that don’t call for it. Which has led to people smothering her back and before Gil showed up was an unspoken face of smothering.” “It’s spoken about much more now, while Gil has officially been in more smother matches than Ducky has, Ducky still has managed to do it in more iconic ways, girl even managed to end up in a tag team double elimination smother match. Didn’t even know you could bring that to the tag team division but she found a way.” “Between the two of them we’re looking at the biggest smother match in LAW history, if Gil does leave soon this match might be the biggest of her career, but if Ducky can take it she proves herself as the unofficial smother champion once again.
