The Amazonia Encounter (for Highfly)

[Pegasus]

Kennedy saw Alania comforting William with a reassuring pat on the back as she sighed with Bobo screeching in her ear. She bit her lip and walked forward hands shoved in the pockets of her gym shorts.

“Yeah, my bad as well. Time and place. This ain’t the ring. I’m sorry, hon,” Kennedy apologized sincerely with a hand out to shake on it.

Alaina paused for a bit and then nodded to Kennedy accepting the handshake. "Yeah, I got carried away. But my offer still stands. If you want to face me in the ring pick a time and place. I will be there ready to roll." Alaina said simply, letting Kennedy know that she was being serious when she said that even if she was heated before. Alaina never backed away from any challenge.

“Then I’ll be ready to roll over ya,” Kennedy teased with a wink as both older women shared a healthy laugh together for the first time.

“Listen, as a peace offering, how about we workout together for the rest of the time we are here? We can get to know each other and you can help me understand how to get my arm better,” William suggested with a smile.

Alaina stood with her hands on her hips nodding her head. "Yeah... ok sure. Sounds like a plan to me. Lead the way." Alaina said as she stepped aside planning to follow the other two to wherever they wanted to kick off the workout.

Kennedy and William lead the way as the big guy stopped at some rowing machines seeing three vacant ones to use. Each wrestler sat down on one as they started their workout with Kennedy started slowly. William started with long strides happily as he knew this could be good for these three to get along.

Alaina was in a rowing machine and going along at a brisk but sustainable pace. At her age doing all she could to work endurance was always a smart decision. The amazon was focused on her pacing when she looked over at the other two. "So... what does a typical workout for you look like?" She asked, maintaining her pace and staying focused on attempting to keep that pace as long as she could.

“A normal workout for me consists of hitting the weights and many of the arm-centric machines. I also try to do the leg press a lot,” William replied.

“Machines that focus on the legs to increase my agility and also the weights a lot. You’ll find me on the staircase machine, leg press, and treadmill,” Kennedy added.

Alaina smiled and nodded listening to the two of them run down their workouts. "That sounds pretty solid. Don't neglect your core though. Kettlebells, working in weighted lunges, box jumps and all that will help and you still get to work your upper and lower body." Alaina said as she was rowing away keeping focused on maintaining that pace.

William kept his own pace up as Bobo yawned atop Kennedy’s shoulders as some other girls walked by cooing at the monkey. Kennedy rolled her eyes knowing how people reacted to her little buddy with either unstoppable cuteness or just gave her the weirdest of looks. She didn’t strike Alania for being the first type, though, so she didn’t have to worry about that she felt.

Alaina kept on rowing and noticed they had been going for quite a while. "Okay... maybe we can do a little circuit workout over there? I could set up a little something to do that you two may like?" Alaina asked as she kept on rowing, not wanting to stop until it was decided that it was time to move on. Stubborn pride was kicking in and looking like the first one to slow down or stop just wouldn't do.
