A meeting before the match (For SimplyWoo)

"Yeah- I used to be a performer at one of those Midevil times dinner and theater shows back in Toronto. Fake punching, swordplay, horseback riding, that kind of stuff!"

Oscar smiled as he explained the context of his old job to Rylie during their walk. When they reached the arena, Oscar gave a low whistle at the available seating and the ring.

"Yeah... we're not the only people to have a falls count anywhere match too- just the first of three. Some high-ranking wrestlers slotted for the main event might be watching the match too to get some ideas. Plus I'm sure the camera people won't have any trouble either"

Oscar nodded his head, raising his eyebrows at Rylie's suggestion for the pool area.

"I'm a pretty good swimmer and Katrina made my costume waterproof... so it could work! After that we could maybe hit the dining area- see what we can find there?"

The moment swordplay escaped Oscar's lips, Rylie's eyes widened as her racoon ears twitched as her tail zoomed side to side excitedly as she finally let go of Oscar's hands to clap her hands together quickly after Oscar finished talking. "Yes! OMG, I'm so glad you said that, I have something in mind involving swordplay during our match, but that's all I can say other then we're going to commit to it!" She then heard his suggestion as checking out the dining area and nodded her head enthusiastically. "Yes, absolutely, lead the way big guy." She mentioned as she wrapped her arms around Oscar's arm letting him escort her towards the dining area. "I'm getting so hyped dude, this is going to be such a fun match. I just hope we'll be in a well enough state to party after our match, I want my body to be in a well enough condition for Moira to take shots off of if you know what I'm saying."

Oscar laughed at Rylie's adorable reaction and nods his head.

"Deal! I won't pry at whatever you're scheming up in that head of yours. I look forward to seeing what you have in mind"

With Rylie holding his arm, Oscar would walk on over to where he saw the dining area set up.

"I can't lie... I'm excited about this too. Practically the whole world is going to watch this match! I might be in somewhere out of my comfort zone in this... but I promise I can try and make this work for both of us"

With the mention of Moria and the implication of body shots, it brought a blush to Oscar's face and a chuckle to Rylie.

"O-oh? You like... fancy her or something? That's sweet..."

Although it was quite personal, Oscar still found the romance heartwarming. It brought a wide smile to his face as he'd ruffle Rylie's hair with a free hand.

"I don't like the idea of pulling my punches against anyone- but if you want to be well enough for my friend I can make an exception"

Oscar would smirk, shooting the rascal a knowing wink as they walked into the dining room.

Rylie closed her eyes and grinned and blushed as her racoon ears wiggled as Oscar ruffled her hair, pretty much petting her as she let out a "Heeeeeee." She then replied to Oscar about not pulling punches. "I'm not asking you to go easy on me homey. We should have a fair amount of recovery in between throwing our punches and stuff on the way of moving from place to place. I'm just saying I hope you don't end up resorting get to the point of you unleashing that Barbarian rage of yours." She teased as they entered the dining area as she licked her lips. "Oh man, look at that food, I probably haven't had a lot of what they are serving before. I'm only used to the equivalent of a college diet and fast food.' She then looked at Oscar with a mischievous grin on her face. "Oh we're definitely going to fight our way into the kitchen for sure. Come on!" She mentioned as she dragged Oscar into the kitchen area as she announced. "Don't mind us, we're just special guests taking a look at what you have to offer." She giggled.

"Oh! That I definitely can do. No problem! It's not like you've done anything to deserve that kind of rage to begin with either"

Oscar nodded his head, understanding Rylie's request a bit more clearer, pleased he wouldn't have to pull his punches for the most part.

"Besides, I don't really like tapping into blind rage in matches. I prefer to think of it as 'focused furry' if nothing else"

Entering the dining area, Oscar would let out an low whistle by the size of the hall and delicious looking foods people snacked on. The sight made his mouth water as the two soon to be opponents would arrive in the main kitchen, bringing a hum from Oscar as he glances around the busy area.

"Well... the kitchen could work too. We'd just have to be extremely mindful of sharp objects and hot surfaces. I'm not looking to knock you into an oven or anything"

"Hehe, no, but we could always maybe swing at each other with a sack of taters or, maybe we can put one another on the butcher's board and make a clearly telegraphed butcher knife swing that's easy to dodge.' She mentioned as she pulled away from clinging to Oscar's arm as she looked around. She then noticed the lobster tank as she bent over to look at them a little better. "Oh hello fishies, clamp clamp clamp...clamp clamp clamp!" She mentioned as she was making claw gestures with her hands bringing it closer to the tank as if trying to communicate with the lobsters. "Sorry you wound up here little guys. I will honor your sacrifice of assumed deliciousness."

"Yeah- if anybody is going to use knives it won't be me. I think that would royaly piss Katrina off and to be frank- I've seen her when she's angry... it's kinda hot, but also really scary. You're welcome to take a swing though"

Oscar snickered as he watched the lobsters in the tank, listening to Rylie.

"Y'know I've never had lobster before- but I hear it tastes like steak... in any case- where should we go after the kitchen? I remember reading something about a dancing hall somewhere on the ship. Want to give that a look?"

"Yeah, I've heard that too, like a salty steak." She mentioned as she then heard him suggest looking for a dance hall. "Hmmm you know what, if there is one, it shouldn't be far from here. It's seems only right to have party and food be close to each other." She mentioned as she then twisted around to face him with a playful grin on her face as she raised her arms up into the air. "Carry me there?" she asked as she winked at him as she wiggled her fingers as if encouraging him to do so. "Besides, I haven't got a chance to experience this hug of yours everyone squeals over since my ribs have been damaged."

Oscar looked down at Rylie and blinked his eyes at the rascal's request before a smile formed on his face.

"Weeeelllll... since you asked so nicely, sure!"

Oscar would let out a fun chuckle before leaning forward and scooping Rylie right off the ground and up into his arms! He'd give a bit of a squeeze as well, wanting to give Rylie the smallest taste of his bearhug without actually trying to hurt her too bad on account of the ribs.

"I suppose Katrina told you about my bearhugs? May I ask what you've been told about them?"

Oscar spoke with a curious tone as he'd attempt to walk out of the kitchen and towards where he believes the dance hall would be.

Rylie would grin as she bounced up and down on her tip toes, creating a lovely jiggle as she hopped up and down in a cute manner as Oscar reached down to scoop her up, she wrapped her arms around Oscar's neck and yelped as she was pulled off of her feet. Then let out a cute yelp followed by a giggle as she felt Oscar begin to squeeze her a little as she she buried her face into the side of his neck as she continued to giggle from Oscar's taste of his bearhug as she pulled her face away from his neck. "Nhhh, oh boy, I'm going to be in serious trouble." She mentioned as she then replied to his questions as she threw her arms up in the air. "Dude, who hasn't talked about your barbaric brace? Kat, April, Tina, lookit, your arms engulfing my entire body! Your hugs are epic bro! Nhh! Ooof!" She laughed as she felt her back press against the kitchen door as her back pressed against the push bar to open up the kitchen door as Oscar led them towards the direction of the dance hall. She wrapped her arms back around his neck as her tail swayed side to side happily as she closed her eyes and leaned her cheek into his, smiling as she was happy to experience a friendly hug from someone new as one hand cupped against Oscar's head, running her hand through his hair slowly. "Sometimes I feel like this is a dream I'm about to wake up from, having friends like you, Kat, Moira, and April come into my life to help me out. I can't express enough thanks other than to say I love you guys."
