Botan vs Aegis - Hunting day

Botan after losing to Huan, wanted to show a sign that that was just a one time thing, so she when she was putting on her costume, Botan would take a small bandage and wrap it around her hand, feeling quite professional, though when she was told it was time to go in, she quickly took it off.

Her music playing was clearly a way to brighten up the, and when the song finally reached its point, Botan would appear greeting everyone with a smile, advancing at a steady pace, she would step into the ring, letting out her signature "roar", waiting in the corner for her opponent to arrive

Aigis Kirijo was ready to go out and fight in her third match within both LAW, and LAW's Apex tournament. Having joined the organization well into the qualifying period of the tournament, Aigis had gone out of her way to ensure that her qualifiers were completed in as short a time as possible. Others had been concerned that the blonde was sighting matches scheduled too tightly together, but with the ease Aigis had won her first two bouts, she was rather unconcerned with that.

Aigis made her way from backstage down to the ring. This time taking a slower approach with her entrance compared to her first two bouts. As opposed to charging down the ramp into a leaping show of agility and acrobatic skill, the blonde chose to walk today, allowing her to smile and wave at the crowd unlike before. She even struck a robot pose with a young fan on her way down to the ring.

Botan didn't have to wait long for her opponent to arrive, and when she saw her from the ring, she would have a smile towards her, looking at her being quite happy and smiling in front of the crowd, she clearly knew what kind of opponent she would be, Yukari at least by losing had left something more than a victory for Aegis, Botan knowing then what she should do, she would be ready and when she looked she would point her finger at her.

"You may have defeated our light heavyweight star, but now it's time for you to see what a heavyweight like me, the White Lion is!!!"

she would say so determined to win this fight, trying to forget about what happened in her first fight at the Apex event.

Aigis entered the ring, and was greeted with a challenge by Botan. "Oh? Are you acquainted with Yukari, Botan?" Aigis asked. The white haired woman at least seemed to be referencing the last match that the blonde had fought against Yukari Akiyama. It was a convincing victory, but Botan didn't appear to be angry over it. Just determined to win.

"Shall we begin?" asked Aigis, getting into a battle stance and waiting for the bell. And once it rang, the robot girl would go on the attack. Aigis wanted to see if she could overpower Botan, so she went in for a lock up, trying to drive her opponent backwards. And if she could get Botan off balance, Aigis would take advantage by pulling away with her arms and instead shooting her leg into the wolf's gut.

Botan when she heard Aigis, she knew that this opponent did not seem to be afraid of her words, something she expected, and when finally both were in the ring, the bell would ring, and with it the fight that Botan had decided to test her new routine.

Not even 5 seconds passed when Aigis lunged towards Botan, noting that she was going for a clinch, Botan would not change her stance at all, she knew she had to take it easy, and when she and Aigis put their arms together, Botan would let Aigis get too close to her, before her arms, instead of being held by Aigis' hands, they would pass over them, to try to join and close on the back of Aigis' neck, looking to trap her to attack with a Knee to Aigis' stomach.

Aigis wanted to lock up, but it appeared as if Botan was looking to keep things more fluid. The white haired woman avoided Aigis' hands, instead reaching towards her blonde head. The intent was to counter Aigis' charge with a knee to the stomach. And It would connect. "UFF!" Aigis grunted as she took an attack boosted by the force of her own momentum.

But Botan hadn't actually done anything to halt Aigis' forward charge. In fact the wolf even pulled Aigis forward for her knee strike. So despite getting hit, the robot still collided hard with Botan. They crashed down hard to the mat, with Aigis coming down on top, with both women having taken a hard hit in the exchange. Aigis would recover and try to shift herself a bit to the side, so that she could wrap her arm around Botan's throat for a guillotine chokehold.

Botan when she hit hard the body of Aigis expected that she would stop in her tracks and could give her attack, but when she did not stop, let's say that with only one leg it was difficult to keep the balance, so both girls went straight to the ground when Botan stumbled, and being on the ground, Botan had the disadvantage of being below Aigis, situation that the Robo girl took and took advantage of when she began to wrap her arms around Botan's neck, for a few moments Botan wondered what was happening, until she remembered this movement from a training she had seen, so her brain immediately warned her that she was in danger, making Botan before Aigis closed her grip, she would hold with her hand the wrist of one of Aigis' hands, trying to stop her and gain some time to recover and change the situation at that moment.

Aigis wasn't able to act immediately after having taken Botan down on account of taking a knee to her gut. So the wolf was able to defend herself against the blonde's chokehold by grabbing Aigis' wrist and pulling it away from her throat before the robo wrestler was able to lock in her grip and start choking. "Secondary attack pattern initiate," said Aigis to go along with her robotic theme.

As for what Aigis' secondary attack pattern was; she would keep applying pressure with the arm that was meant to apply the guillotine, so that Botan would have to continue dealing with it. Then with her second arm, which normally would be used to tighten the first arm's grip, would instead be used to throw repeated punched at the top of Botan's white haired head.

Botan had managed to stop the block, although when she finally saw how it didn't seem to stop eh even said some sentences that left Botan confused, a Rafa of blows would be pronounced against her, adding to that, the other hand of Aigis had started to attack without even having closed the block, giving two problems to Botan, who while trying to place her feet firmly on the canvas, she would try to hold the blows as much as possible while her hands would split to prevent the attack from continuing, feeling how the blows hurt, she knew what she could do, but she had to hold on. ...

Aigis was putting intense pressure on Botan from both above and below the wolf's head. One arm was trying to force it's way through to establish a chokehold on Botan, while Aigis' other arm was trying to rain down blows on the crown of her opponent's head. As Aigis attacked on two fronts, likewise Botan had to defend both points of attack. She kept one arm gripping Aigis' wrist to keep it from choking her, while covering up her white haired head with her other arm. Some of Aigis' blows managed to find their way through to the wolf's head, but many of the robo wrestler's punches deflected off of Botan's arm.
